There was no heater at the smoking terrace, but when I mentioned it to the GM. He was happy to hear my idea. It will be nice for the smokers to be a bit comfortable to stay at the smoking terrace.

I loved the country side feeling of the hotel, another experience from city centre, which I had also tried during the stay in Amsterdam. Got a bar called Moxy there, the manager and staff there were very helpful. Very chill atmosphere. Got a laundry room, free to use. The view there from the room or building was great, wonderful sea view. Besides, the breakfast was okay, but gotta wake up early.

Need to improve the cleanliness. Need to get on a bus from city centre, 15 - 20 mins. But as said, another type of enjoyment.

The room was spacious and very clean, with a fantastic big window. The kitchen was also very good and well equipped with various utensils - better than another apartment hotel we stayed. Breakfast was minimum for this kind of hotel, I thought, but it's okay.

The view from the the room was gorgeous and fantastic, and we totally enjoyed the view of many ships and barges slowly passing by. However, I was mildly concerned about the constant white smoke from a factory chimney on the other side of the canal, and dust from a barge from which crops (I think) were reshipped to smaller barges day and night.

I had a studio room with kitchenette and bathroom, which was great. Gym is well equipped. Staff is friendly. Public transportation convenient.

Breakfast was bad and with limited choices. Scrambled eggs were pre-made, lukewarm and kept in a big pan, not tasty. Bread was half baked, baked beans lukewarm only etc. Coffee not tasty and from a machine that only had only cow’s milk. I would absolutely recommend if you’re staying for leisure to have your breakfast elsewhere, especially since breakfast isn’t cheap at the hotel. I had breakfast included but ended up having breakkie elsewhere after the first morning.

location, not far away from town, good access by bus or ferry, corner rooms is top my pick.. friendly staff

spa facilities is good, but got issues with changing rooms and lockers (can be improved) sauna not all times is on temperature, on day was cold little disappointed. breakfast can be better, not to many variants to choose of,

The property had facilities that I required to make my stay comfortable.

The air conditioning fan was loud and I kept experiencing the green light from the room phone keep turning on and off. This interrupted my sleep throughout the first evening.

Breakfast was okay. It was small but just right to start the day off. Views were good and there's a convenient bus to Centraal every 5ish mins.

The beers were €10 a pint and the staff wouldn't even bring them up to you. You had to go down to the moxy and get it yourself. Also, the restaurant on the ground floor had soooo many mice scurrying around! The staff said it's normal... :/ Finally, don't get an 8th floor room as it can be quiet annoying when people walk and move upstairs in the reception area at all times of the night.

It was refreshing, loved every bit of my stay, the breakfast was a bit bland but overall it was okay. Best part was the view, it excited me so much, definetly coming back again

I loved and enjoyed my stay, the only thing was the deposit that was charged from My card before arrival, when I arrived at the hotel, I was charged full price and was told the initial deposit will be released, its over two weeks and I still haven't received the deposit, I know it will eventually be released but why take a deposit in th first place if it will take some time to be returned or why not charge the balance of the fee at arrival instead of full price and then deposit. Its a lot of money out of pocket. I know this may be a policy but maybe it should be reviewed a bit because I was never told I would be charged beforehand when booking

The hotel main win is that it is located on a harbour and the views were amazing, that being said, it takes sometime to reach shops and supermarkets. Unless you rent a bike. The rooms were impeccably cleaned, and everything was neatly placed. The one thing that bothers me was the lack of lighting, in our suite there were no lights on the pantry area itself ( backlight) there is one single tiny light source on the ceiling. Other than that, the hotel was very comfortable.

We were delighted with early check in (almost four hours before the official check in time), with a simple registration for Marriot Bonvoy program. Breakfast was tasty, but pretty much the same every morning. Decent gym, pool and sauna too.

Temperature in the room can only be increased/decreased by 3c, which is not ideal for someone who prefers either cooler or warmer room. Location in not ideal if you're looking to see the usual attractions, but Uber is 13-15 Eur, and there is a pretty nice connection with a #48 bus to Amsterdam Centraal.
