Really great stay. Amsterdam is pricy, including hotels and this was a really great option. 12 min bus from the centre or a 35 minute walk which for us was perfect. We walked all the time as it was nice and easy but you have the option of the bus or a metro station a shorter walk away which you can hop on to. The hotel staff were really welcoming. The hotel itself was quiet, pleasant. Good sized rooms and super comfortable huge beds! The restaurant is really nice too: great for morning coffees to fuel you for the walk but a good menu for anyone wanting to sit down and eat (be it breakfast or dinner). The hotel staff even left some nice little waffles in the room with a welcome note for my boyfriend as a treat for his birthday. Would definitely stay here again upon my return.

This won't apply to the majority of people but i would love to see some vegan options for breakfast, lunch and dinner on the menu - we would have definitely investigated the restaurant more if that was the case. The coffee was fantastic though and i was very happy there was oat milk for me. :)

Location is very convenient with a bus stop at the door providing easy access to lots of attractions such as the Concertgebouw, the van Gogh museum, Anne Frank House etc. Very close to the centre of the city. I did not realise how close and also did not realise how expensive taxis are, but at least I got some enjoyable detours on the way ;) Ambience of the hotel is really nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. Everything you would expect from a 3 star hotel - clean, comfortable, convenient. There is a pool next door that guests have access to.

I can't say the breakfast is value for money but that is probably my personal taste and there were some nice things available in the buffet. No other complaints at all.

Nice hotel. The location is very convenient and quiet with a bus stop just outside of the hotel. In about 10 minutes you are at the central station, from where you can go anywhere. Spacious room, comfortable beds and pillows, great staff.

When we first came into the room there was a sewage smell. Later we realized it was coming from the AC, but it was impossible to turn it off. The staff offered to change our room, but we weren’t staying for long and it wasn’t that bad. The breakfast could have had more gluten free options and maybe some variety on different days. But overall our stay was very pleasant.

The hotel was very clean, the room and lobby were beautifully decorated with artistic touches, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was good but not exceptional, offering a decent selection without being particularly memorable. Despite these minor issues, the staff's responsiveness and the overall cleanliness made the stay enjoyable.The location is convenient, with Bus 22 stopping right in front of the hotel, providing easy access to Central Station and downtown Amsterdam.Late check-out is available for €10 per hour, up to a maximum of 4 hours, which adds flexibility for travelers.

The room wasn’t very spacious for a family of three. Additionally, one of the three beds was quite noisy, which slightly impacted comfort. The AC in our room was not working, but the staff was helpful and provided us with a heater as a temporary solution. The price was on the higher side, likely due to our stay during the New Year’s Eve period.

We had a corner room which had good windows with plenty of natural light. The staff were helpful and friendly. I found the bed too firm for me the first night and mentioned it to reception who organised for house keeping to add a mattress topper which made a huge difference. The breakfast buffet was good and the restaurant food was very good. Location does not have restaurants and cafes close however you can hop on a bus outside the hotel easily.

The bed was too hard for my hips but this was rectified with the addition of a mattress topper.

Perfect for visiting Amsterdam with a very efficient bus stopping just outside the front door. Easy and cheap travel into Amsterdam (approx £2-3 per day for return) using debit cards - bud make sure to have a card for each traveller. Really clean, comfortable beds, amazing shower, really lovely and very helpful staff. Quiet area too so we all slept well. We were in a triple room (2x adults and 16yo) and they were 3 full size single beds which were comfy in a plenty big enough room. Also English tv channels and good wifi were welcomed by the teenager!

The only slight issue we had was our shower not draining properly but this was fixed really quickly. Absolutely no complaints.

Modern hotel with good facilities. Rooms are well equipped and beds are comfy. Soundproofing appears to be effective between rooms and keeps the noise out from the road in front of the hotel. Although it's outside of central Amsterdam it's only a ~20 min ride into all the main areas (downtown, museums, parks etc) using the bikes that can be rented at the hotel. It's also easy to get to by bus which stops right outside. Nearby is the Westerpark area which has good restaurants, bars and clubs. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was well stocked but some cooked items were cold. Views from the rooms on the road side are onto an industrial area, but not a big issue.

Really nice hotel, lovely bar and food. Room was clean and spacious. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Bus stop right outside the door to bring you to central station in 10 mins.

Clean, comfortable and modern hotel

Didn't have any bottled water Breakfast service for filling up the hot food was too slow and we ended up going without.

The bus 22 was regular and easy. You could get it to the central station , or change for a tram. The room itself was really spacious, unlike city centre hotels. And the bed lovely, with lovely sheets. The cleanliness stood out. The bathroom was exceptional.

We only had one morning with breakfast. The items ran out quite quickly. Not much fruit selection. It was ok, but expensive for what you got. No decaff tea. Instant decaff coffee. Nespresso in the room had decaff.
