Really great stay. Amsterdam is pricy, including hotels and this was a really great option. 12 min bus from the centre or a 35 minute walk which for us was perfect. We walked all the time as it was nice and easy but you have the option of the bus or a metro station a shorter walk away which you can hop on to. The hotel staff were really welcoming. The hotel itself was quiet, pleasant. Good sized rooms and super comfortable huge beds! The restaurant is really nice too: great for morning coffees to fuel you for the walk but a good menu for anyone wanting to sit down and eat (be it breakfast or dinner). The hotel staff even left some nice little waffles in the room with a welcome note for my boyfriend as a treat for his birthday. Would definitely stay here again upon my return.

This won't apply to the majority of people but i would love to see some vegan options for breakfast, lunch and dinner on the menu - we would have definitely investigated the restaurant more if that was the case. The coffee was fantastic though and i was very happy there was oat milk for me. :)

Location is very convenient with a bus stop at the door providing easy access to lots of attractions such as the Concertgebouw, the van Gogh museum, Anne Frank House etc. Very close to the centre of the city. I did not realise how close and also did not realise how expensive taxis are, but at least I got some enjoyable detours on the way ;) Ambience of the hotel is really nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. Everything you would expect from a 3 star hotel - clean, comfortable, convenient. There is a pool next door that guests have access to.

I can't say the breakfast is value for money but that is probably my personal taste and there were some nice things available in the buffet. No other complaints at all.

I like how easy to use public transportation to reach hotel, the room is modern and clean. Even I can reach staffs with telephone set in the room. The bathroom provides all essential like shampoo, body wash and body lotion. Towels are clean, I enjoy the coffee machine provided and like the safe in the cabinet.

I didn't like the email asking to check in and check out, especially the check out request. It won't allow me to do it at all. When visiting the hotel the first time, I need to do all check in procedure again, I don't understand why I have to do it online beforehand. I don't see how it made my check in process easier and quicker.

We had a grand big room with a large comfortable bed. There was plenty of storage space with a table, desk, and entryway wardrobe and fridge area. The bathroom was a good size, I liked the vanity mirror lighting. The shower was roomy, with good water pressure and temperature range. The windows are well soundproofed, which was good with a reasonably busy road outside. The location is convenient to get to from the city centre, with a regular bus route stopping almost right outside. This also makes accessing the airport easy. The staff are friendly and helpful. As we were only there for a layover, we didn't get time to use the facilities, but people on longer stays definitely looked well catered to.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact there was no sink in the toilet. This meant you had to walk through the suite, opening two doors to get to the bathroom sink to wash your hands, which felt a little unhygienic.

Nice hotel. The location is very convenient and quiet with a bus stop just outside of the hotel. In about 10 minutes you are at the central station, from where you can go anywhere. Spacious room, comfortable beds and pillows, great staff.

When we first came into the room there was a sewage smell. Later we realized it was coming from the AC, but it was impossible to turn it off. The staff offered to change our room, but we weren’t staying for long and it wasn’t that bad. The breakfast could have had more gluten free options and maybe some variety on different days. But overall our stay was very pleasant.

The hotel was very clean, the room and lobby were beautifully decorated with artistic touches, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was good but not exceptional, offering a decent selection without being particularly memorable. Despite these minor issues, the staff's responsiveness and the overall cleanliness made the stay enjoyable.The location is convenient, with Bus 22 stopping right in front of the hotel, providing easy access to Central Station and downtown Amsterdam.Late check-out is available for €10 per hour, up to a maximum of 4 hours, which adds flexibility for travelers.

The room wasn’t very spacious for a family of three. Additionally, one of the three beds was quite noisy, which slightly impacted comfort. The AC in our room was not working, but the staff was helpful and provided us with a heater as a temporary solution. The price was on the higher side, likely due to our stay during the New Year’s Eve period.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It was extremely clean, quiet and in a very safe area — which is something I really appreciated as a solo female traveler. It’s just a few minutes from the main streets and attractions. The staff were super friendly and always smiling. It felt like home. I also really appreciated the small touches — being welcomed with a traditional Dutch sweet and receiving a lovely keychain gift when I checked out. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture that made my stay even more memorable.

We had a corner room which had good windows with plenty of natural light. The staff were helpful and friendly. I found the bed too firm for me the first night and mentioned it to reception who organised for house keeping to add a mattress topper which made a huge difference. The breakfast buffet was good and the restaurant food was very good. Location does not have restaurants and cafes close however you can hop on a bus outside the hotel easily.

The bed was too hard for my hips but this was rectified with the addition of a mattress topper.

The hotel was easy to get to and from as the 22 bus is only a few metres outside the hotel entrance. The room was spacious and clean and had all the amenities we look for in a hotel including a fridge and kettle. The mural of an Amsterdam street scene above the bedhead made a cheerful and modern impression right away. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Very little not to like! The mattress was a bit soft for our liking but this is purely personal preference.

Modern hotel with good facilities. Rooms are well equipped and beds are comfy. Soundproofing appears to be effective between rooms and keeps the noise out from the road in front of the hotel. Although it's outside of central Amsterdam it's only a ~20 min ride into all the main areas (downtown, museums, parks etc) using the bikes that can be rented at the hotel. It's also easy to get to by bus which stops right outside. Nearby is the Westerpark area which has good restaurants, bars and clubs. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was well stocked but some cooked items were cold. Views from the rooms on the road side are onto an industrial area, but not a big issue.
