The hotel is very well situated and there are enough parking spaces. The room was spacious and comfortable. There is a coffee machine and water boiler with some coffee and tea. As there is a restaurant, getting food is not a problem. The hotel is also very close to supermarkets and to the train station which is very good if you are travelling by train (Groningen is 10 Minutes away!).

Traditional outside with updated interior. Large room accommodated us and our two dogs comfortably. Quiet area but a few minutes from Groningen Centrum. Breakfast was a surprise, delicious and good value for money

The hotel is situated in a quiet village and the staff were all helpful and friendly. Adequate free parking was available.

Due to the holiday season, only a limited dinner menu was available, but this was clearly explained on the hotel web pages.

We liked the place, the rooms are spacious (even with an old fashionable record player), great bathroom with both bath and shower, very clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast very nice, very fit for purpose.

The rooms are quite hot, and I would have liked to open a window, for ventilation.

Awesome place to stay, a nice classic cottage inn with very comfy and modern rooms: comfy beds and great shower, clean, quiet, room is not too big and not too small and I love the little sustainable reminders. And air conditioned, very happy with the latter with the high temperatures these days. Dinner at the restaurant was amazingly good: beautiful stir fried mussels and great steak for a fair price. Also very friendly staff too. We wanted to visit the city of Groningen, but wanted to stay outside the city. I recommend this place, a nice and quiet village and cute and necessary shops at walking distance. I especially recommend this accommodation, enjoyed ourselves very much.

We had our own wine bottle and were using the tea cups. Room service realized it while cleaning the day after and they left two wine glasses. That was a very kind gesture, thanks! :)

The room is super spacious and well equipped. The bed is comfy and sound isolation is great. We stayed for the Motogp in Assen, which is only 20mins drive. Considering the price, it was great value. We would definitely stay here again.

Really good hotel. We were just one night but was great. Rooms are Big enough, Staff are so pleasant, have a good terrace to eat/drink something, bed are comfortable and dogs are allowed with a 10€ extra cost. Breakfast is 14.5€ and is OK. If you are around here It is a good option

Everything was fine

That you expected my pup, it was very nice to see that we were welcome that way. I also like to thank the helpfulness about the heating question. The stuff how welcoming and caring was.

Shower could use a little renovation. Especially the tap and the tube, water pressure was low.

Middle of a small town, but more there than expected. A number of restaurants and shops. Hotel restaurant and bar also good. Lots of character.
