Greeted with a smile and they were happy with my minor change to the guest list. Room was spotless and the bathroom was suitable for my elderly mum who could walk straight into the shower, they provided a shower chair and the shower area had handrails which was a bonus. The toiletries supplied were of good quality and were plentiful. The unit was nice and warm with plenty of seating. I was able to log into my netflix account and appreciated the little reminder to log out when we left. The beds were nice and sturdy, each had an electric blanket which my mum enjoyed. Location close to town just across the road from the church and quite affordable. Our stay was lovely and quiet and the hot chocolate just before bed was a real treat. Overall, highly recommended.

Linda & Brett are great hosts and have been so helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, very clean, equipped with all you might need and more. Storage space everywhere, nice big shower with heater, plugs next to bed on both sides, comfortable bed, nice modern TV with Netflix etc., fully equipped kitchen, designated parking space right next to the room ... couldn't ask for any more. We could do our laundry and use 2 machines and dryers for a small extra fee, all was super easy. Would love to stay again and can highly recommend Centre Court Motel in Blenheim.

all was perfect

This was my first experience in a Motel, which apparently is a common option in New Zeland. My expectations were low, but I was very well surprised! It was like a small apartment, with a large and comfortable bed, good areas. No luxury, but all was more that enough, clean and functional. It was very quiet and 5 minutes walk from town centre. For me it was a very good solution. Staff was equally friendly and supportive. The apartment had other features that we did not use, like the kitchen and two TVs.

All good, no complains. Naturally this is not a fancy or luxury hotel, but it is not expected to be, so all perfect for the expectations.

Location is just on the edge of town, so just a couple of minutes walk to eating places (we particularly liked the Marlborough Public House for food and drink) and a large Woolworths. The studio kitchen has 2 of everything and supplies washing-up liquid, dish cloths and brush and tea towel, so self catering is easy. Bed is very comfortable and self-service laundry facilities are available from 2-7pm. Bathroom had good toiletries provided, too. Parking is right outside your accommodation. Owners were very friendly and helpful - thank you!

Our studio was very comfortable with a great bed, good sitting area and a kitchen with everything we needed. We were pleased with the information provided on places to eat, with a useful street map. All very helpful. There was a shaded and comfortable area outside to sit and relax, and a good parking space outside our unit. We found our room very quiet, which suited us. The walk into the centre of the small town of Blenheim was a very short walk. The staff were really kind and helpful.

We liked everything.

Loved this beautiful accommodation was pet friendly as we were travelling with our large dog. We were greeted warmly on arrival and although we were early for our check in, our room was ready. The room was spacious and well laid out with plenty of room for our large dog bed. Everything was clean and the room was quiet. The king bed was very comfortable and warm.

We found the beside lamps way to bright due to the bright white globes rather than using soft warm light. But overall not a big issue.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was a stunner Blenheim weekend so the aircon was a lifesaver! Loved all the REAL plants, we had a Dracana and Watermelon Peperomia in our room and our family staying a couple of rooms over from us had a Pothos. As someone who has recently started a house plant collection this was a super nice touch. We had a chilled bottle of water in the fridge on arrival which we kept topping up to have fresh cold water - awesome. The decor was fun and tasteful, the lower lighting options were good. Loved having a TV in the bedroom as well as the lounge to watch a movie after a long day out and about. Easy walking distance to town for meals. The glass milk bottle (not single serve plastic long life milk) was greatly appreciated. Having an air freshener spray and toilet brush in the bathroom was also really appreciated. Boxes of tissues in the bathroom and bedroom (it's amazing how often places don't do this anymore but as someone with allergies I sneeze a lot when traveling and not having to use toilet paper is great). The courtyard grass and trees with tables underneath was very well maintained and handy to the Webber BBQ - we didn't use either but our room looked over these and it was nice to see people enjoying the social space. Could really tell how much love is put into Centre Court by the owners. Thanks heaps, we had a lovely stay.

The pillows were all the same, and a little high. One wasn't enough for hubby but two was uncomfortably high. Different pillow heights/types/firmness could something to consider when they're due for replacement :)

The room was amazing with some great decorative touches. Give it a homely feeling!!! Loved the cute message quotes. The motel was well presented and very tidy. The bed had a very firm feeling however it was one of the best sleeps I’ve ever had it was so comfortable - going to bed was something to look forward too and getting out of bed wasn’t.

Nothing at all.

Very spacious unit, immaculately clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Close to town centre but still very quiet resulting in a great night’s sleep. Each unit has a dedicated parking space. Welcoming owners willing to offer tips on the area & beyond. 30 minutes drive to Picton for tour of Marlborough Sounds and easy access to wineries - many wine tours will pick up & drop off here.

As soon as I arrived, I was welcomed in by Linda who was very lovely and accommodating. She gave recommendations for places to eat which we went and tried and was not disappointed. We had brunch at Ritual Cafe. Very yummy food! Room was fresh, spacious, clean, comfortable and has everything you need. My mother in law had her own room which had a spa bath so that’s awesome! We had a shower but oh my the water pressure was amazing! Loved it. The property is also only a minutes walk from the main town centre which is very handy! Parking was great as we parked right outside our room. Also can’t forget to mention that the beds are so comfy and warm! This place is very affordable as well! Let’s not forget that part 😊

I have no complaints about the property whatsoever.
