The motel is centrally located, just outside of the downtown area, but very easy to walk to shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. The room has a full kitchenette (small fridge, microwave, stove, sink) as well as dishes that were washed for us during the day. There is free parking, and guest laundry is available for a fee. It was a great base for us to explore the Marlborough region.

There was some sort of sports team staying in several rooms while we were there (over a weekend), and they were loud and up quite late. It was unfortunate, as otherwise it was quite quiet for being so central.

Easy to find, clean and good quality. The staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful answering my multiple questions which I appreciated. He also came out to show us where we could park and nearby areas we could walk our pets. This was amazing.

The room we were allocated was right by the stairs. It was rather loud from people walking up and down the stairs - as we have young children, this wasn’t ideal. Also it would be helpful to have black out curtains in this room as the afternoon sun and no vacancy light meant a bright room for early children bed times. I didn’t think to request a downstairs room as it would have been easier with children however this. really a fault of the property.

Very clean, comfortable room with good facilities for basic meals. Very friendly guy on the check in desk had lots of useful info for us to. The motel is in a great place a short walk to supermarkets, shops, cafe's and restaurants. We only stayed one night so we could get the ferry from Picton and wish we had longer there. This is a great area to visit and the motel is a great place to stop. I would definitely go back there.

The freezer was in need of defrosting and wasof little use. Didn't matter for us as only transiting but needs sorting for those lucky enough to stay a few days.

I stayed at Blenheim Palms Motel for 4 nights as a base for a winery tour, and it was a great experience. The motel is conveniently located in the city center, with a Woolworths just a 5-minute walk away. The nearby wineries are also easily accessible, and the proximity to Marlborough Airport made my onward journey to Auckland smooth and hassle-free. I stayed in a room with a private bathroom and a small kitchenette, which allowed me to prepare simple meals during my stay. The overall experience was comfortable and offered great value for the price. I would recommend Blenheim Palms Motel for anyone looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in Blenheim, especially if you’re planning to explore the local wineries.

Clean, easy parking, Nespresso machine was a bonus. A block away from Woollies!

Shower was a disability shower and water went everywhere with family of 4, Didn't realise kids beds would be in living area,. Main bedroom faced straight on to carpark, had to keep blind shut and was noisy when people came and went early/late. We actually did enjoy our stay and I could see all rooms were different and some were upstairs may be preferable for privacy.

The motel was very quiet, supremely clean and the beds were SO comfortable. It had good facilities - a hot plates, microwave and fridge in addition to the usual toaster - which was great for us because we were in town for a week at an event so it meant we could eat in.

Friendly staff. Great location. Clean units. Statements made in add for property and compendium about certain things, mini bar, were incorrect. Bed was to hard for my liking, others may love it. 2 single beds in the bedroom and a king in the lounge was a bit strange

The host was nice and friendly.. the unit was top notch and everything we needed for four adults was accommodated. Parking was exceptional and locality of the motel in the heart of the city suites our needs. Top recommendations for a top notch stay. I dont usually give a high score unless a morel meets my standards. I give them a 11 out of 10.

Quiet, good location and had good beds.

Light coming in from kitchen blind which was bright in the morning and worst still no blind in the bathroom and too bright and hot to do hair and makeup etc. (photo attached of temporary solution)The coffee machine was a nice touch but 2 capsules would have been nice and a milk frother. Staff member answered the phone while checking me in so felt unimportant.

Only 10 mins walk from the train or the intercity bus station. Has a short-cut from the motel to the town centre. Room big enough for 2 to 3 people. Has a basic kitchenette that can be used to prepare a simple meal. Quiet and cozy room. Strong WiFi.
