The location was central but in a quiet location, close to the local shopping district and not too far from the airport. The room was lovely - light, modern, clean, well furnished and comfortable. The air-conditioning was a welcome reprieve from the roughly 30°C weather! The staff were all lovely and friendly and very helpful - I was able to stash my bag on site before my check-in and after my check-out as well. Overall a wonderful place to stay in a beautiful part of Blenheim.

The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was easy to find on GPS. Room was good size with comfortable furniture. How many hotels have you been to and the bed is more comfortable than the furniture. Well Scenic Marlborough was not the case. Bathroom was a large accessible one and toiletries product were very nice.

Housekeeping team sprayed product onto counter but did not wipe it off leaving a yellow mark that was easily removed with a tissue.

All the trip hazards in the hallway,trolleys, vacuums, laundry bags and food trays. Breakfast was very average,had to continuously ask staff to refill food, fruit platter was empty,asked for more fruit and was given 2 small pieces of watermelon and pineapple. Not a great buffet selection.

Absolutely wonderful stay over Christmas at the Scenic Blenheim. Everything about our stay was amazing. The location in Blenheim was perfect for us, across the road from our family but also a very short walk to the town centre. Nice and close to the wonderful walking path on the river. The room was a generous size with a very comfortable bed. The staff went above and beyond with our booking, we were contacted prior to arriving to check we had plans for Christmas dinner and ensured all our needs were met.

We loved the location, easy walk to town. It’s clean and tidy, room was spacious and comfortable, staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Although parking on site wasn’t great there was plenty of street parking that seemed secure, although we always managed to park in hotel car park.

Our room was by the lift and we heard it when in use, which seemed to start at 6am! We’d been hoping for a lie in!

It was a nice big room, a comfy bed, and nice and light and bright with nice opening loft windows. The staff were accommodating and polite. The breakfast was excellent and as we had to leave early for a cruise they let us take some away in a container and coffee to go. Very central location, good parking.

The bed felt a little tired and the bedding didn't fit quite right so the bedding all bunched up.

Very pleasant staff, helpful. Comfortable bed, immaculate, quiet room. Reasonable tariff. Restaurant and bar staff cheerful and efficient.

No Sky TV, no electric blanket on bed. Heat pump in the room very hard to work out, would have been easier with a simpler heater, or easier remote control. No clear signage at check in/reception that there was a surcharge for Paywave, although there was a sign indicating surcharge for using a credit card.

Location was great, especially for the wine tour pick up. Great helpful reception staff. Facilities are particularly welcome, being able to have a meal and a drink is just what's needed at the end of a big day. Bar and restaurant staff are really attentive.

Found bed a little harder than usual and needed another option other than the one duvet & top sheet.

We booked in for the buffet dinner , we were after a couple of larger groups and found the choices to be a little disappointing -like lamb that was dry and crusty, limited other dishes. Didnt feel meal was good value.

Have stayed here many times and appreciate the cleanliness, comfort , spacious room, great shower, and even being supplied with a pen! Love the hotel’s sense of tranquillity. Lovely staff

My room wasn’t serviced one day. Arriving back at about 5o’clock to an unmade bed and a pile of wet towels was a bit of a shock. Although the person on reception was very apologetic , and I had enough unused towels,and was quite capable of making my own bed, maybe I could have been offered a free drink? Soundproofing needed-I could hear someone snoring for hours in the next room!
