We booked a two room apartment as we were travelling with my in-laws who are elderly. The host noticed this and gave us a non slip floor mat for the shower plus a suction hand rail. These were very useful and were offered without us asking. Rooms were great. The whole unit was very clean. We were also given info on the local eateries and other entertainment options in the area. I would highly recommend this motel and will definately stay there again if passing thru the area.

Everything was perfect about this tiny motel. It’s super clean, spotless! They have the most comfortable beds and pillows and I’m fussy. We had a room with spa bath, totally recommend as it’s so relaxing. They provided bath salts. Also very welcoming and friendly. And wifi is super fast. I didn’t want to leave

Very welcoming host, fantastic to be greeted in a friendly and cheerful manner.The studio room extremely clean and fresh. Lovely decor. Walking distance to most restaurants and activities. Peaceful and quiet room. No road noise. I would stay there again.

A bit on the pricier side for a studio room but a very comfortable room.

Overall, far more than excellent. This is the best motel I’ve ever lived in. They have very very clean bed, room, and kitchen. Beds are soft and comfortable All utensils are super clean. Room warm. And they provide very good shampoo and moisture.

Nothing. Maybe add a dishwasher?

excellent pristine clean accommodation, very warm, large rooms, wonderful king bed & parking right out the front of the room. The staff were just lovely, friendly and accommodating as well. Establishment is close to the town centre & walking distance to restaurants etc. We would love to stay again in the future

Good location in the sweet town of Geraldine. Room was generous in size and kitchen was well equipped. The person on reception steered us to a pub downtown, which made for a nice evening. We both had a really good sleep. Wi-fi, bed and shower were all great.

Decor was a little tired.

The location was perfect, in that we were exhausted after our flight being diverted to Christchurch and having to drive down to Queenstown. We booked the hotel last minute as it was on our route. They were very friendly and accommodating and the room was lovely and comfortable.

We have stayed before . Perfect for a group of 9 like us. Clean, close to the centre and rooms are large. Very disappointed that we were approached the next morning and asked to pay an extra 20 dollars per room as the receptionist had got our cost wrong on checkout.

Excellent service from very friendly and professional staffs esp Susan. Thank you for the upgrade! We had the best sleep on the most comfortable bed, pillows and smooth linens in a very clean and tidy room.

Fixtures are a bit outdated. Ie shower head and kitchen hob.

clean room. comfortable bed. fresh milk upon arrival. black out curtains.Good air conditioning that was quiet.

coffee mugs too small. some road noise. occupants in unit next door talking loudly for over an hour outside the unit at midnight and again in the morning.
