We didn’t see any staff while we were there. Which was great because we were coming and going at odd times. We were worried about how we would check in and out but it was super easy and convenient. The accommodation was clean and tidy. The bed and linen were great quality and really comfortable. It was close to the toilet, shower, kitchen etc which was really handy. Only a short walk to the playground. We will be back!
Some kind of shelter around the toilet building would be good for the women who have to walk around the back. It was raining while we were there.

The caravan we stayed in was super cute and warm, and the woman looking after the campsite was friendly and helpful despite it being an unseasonally busy winter weekend! The bushes/trees in between each plot meant that it felt private, and we weren't bothered by noise during our stay. One of the most well-considered campgrounds we've had the pleasure of staying at! My only complaint is that my partner is now obsessed with this style of caravan, and everywhere we stayed afterwards paled in comparison.

This was our 3rd stay with Greytown campground, but first time not in a tent. The Shepherds Hut was super cozy and cute, the kids loved it. Bench beds are a tiny bit narrow, but fine. The cabin was perfectly located close to the amenities. The campground itself is perfect for walks to Main Street, the local lido, and the grocery store. We’ll definitely be back!
The floor in the cabin felt cold, a couple of throw rugs might be nice. The beds are high though and a heater provided, so once you’re in bed you’re perfectly cozy.

The cabin might be rather small, but (at least as a single traveller) it felt quite cozy. It also seemed to be insulated quite well: I was nice and warm, even if it was rather cool and rainy outside. The bed was also comfortable. The kitchen and showers are conveniently located directly next to the cabins, but it is still very quiet.
There is not a lot of kitchen equipment available. The faucets in kitchen and bathroom hardly protrude over the sink, so they are quite inconvenient to use.

Facilities a bit dated tho functional. Toilets, showers great, maybe toilets could do with a sweep & hose out, apart from that clean. Didn't use the the kitchen but it seems others did and all looked good. Beds comfortable. Cabin clean. Good location kids could walk to the shops.

I stayed in the wagon, and it was an absolute delight. The bed was super comfy, clean, and super quiet to stay in. I loved it. I loved all the little touches (fairtrade organic coffee and tea, and soap supporting the environment)
The dishwashing detergent could have been the eco-brand! :-0

I stayed in the really cute gypsy caravan. The weather is getting cooler but the caravan comes with a heater and I was lovely and warm. Comfortable bed, pillows, and quality linen. Showers are hot and good pressure, kitchen was spotless, friendly owners. Location is walking distance to Greytown shops. Have been here before and will be here again!

We stayed in the gypsy caravan, which was cosy and a unique experience. It was clean and tidy and comfortable.
Unfortunately, it was raining, so we had to make dashes over to the toilet block. But there was nothing wrong with the accommodation itself 😊

There was a huge fridge and freezer available to use so there was no struggle for space which was great. The gypsy caravan I stayed in was delightful, very comfy and included tea, coffee and towels which was a nice touch to make it feel homely. Also a heater was available but I didn't use it.
There wasn't really enough crockery in the kitchen, and the tea towels for drying the dishes weren't clean. Apart from that it was as you'd expect for a campground.

September 2022
Bathroom and toilet were clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We paid via card and received a text with guidance how to open the cabin. So we didn't really need to see the staff but he still popped in and asked if we need anything else. In the description of the place, it said we have to have our own towels but the staff still gave us one (as my partner forgot to bring his).
We came in mid September but it was still cold. The heater in the cabin is too small (4 fin oil heater) and couldn't heat the room up. The sheets/duvet in the double bed was a little bit thin (just a little bit)
