Exactly what I expected. A quaint hotel with warm rooms. If you expecting a fancy hotel this isn't it but it's a perfectly nice clean room in a town seeped in history. A few steps away from everything you need in the town. The publician was so friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again. They don't do breakfasts but thats okay! Spread your money in the town and a breakfast place is a couple of minutes walk away. The beds are firm (a bit to form for this couple)

Nothing! I would recommend a tea towel in the room and a little dish liquid. Of course the staff come and change that but we like to DIY.

Quiet rooms, good shower. Beds good, Handy location. Great selection of plugs for chargers with a splitters provided. The motel rooms are behind d the hotel.

Room a little tight with double and single which we asked for but that was standard configuration judging by the roo. Next to us. Not a complaint, just saying, the bathroom was very spacious.. Pillows were to fat and firm for me but that is personal.

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but I have to say that the staff were amazing before and during our stay. Thanks so much for making our trip so easy!!

Some of the facilities are a little old, but everything is clean and tidy, warm and functional, so perfect for what we needed.

Great having the bar and restaurant on site, especially after a long day driving ... Just crossed the lane for dinner and drinks. Food was lovely. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was nice, beds very comfortable. Ample toiletries and towels.

The room was a bit noisy due to other guests but not the hotels fault.

Motel room had modern facilities and top quality bedding. Our group evening meal booking at the restaurant was good quality & generous portions.

There was no smoke detector in our room (only the attachment plate in Room 12). A bathroom heater would make a difference.

First time visitor to Reefton. The acommadation was very good, the staff at the hotel were very friendly. The hotel grounds and bar area are very welcoming. had a great stay in Reefton.

Although the accomadation was clean, tidy and comforatble, the bathroom & toilet area could do with an upgrade. It's not very appealing, first thoughts that came to mind when looking at the bathroom & toilet area, is it clean.

We had unit 15 which was large and comfortable, with a couch and chairs to relax in. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the main street so the location is very good. The hotel does excellent meals in the bar, and the atmosphere is very good. Reefton was cool when we were there and the woodturner in the middle of the bar/restaurant was very welcome.

The rooms are arranged around an inner courtyard which is a good feature and the sensor lights are at opposite ends of the walkway. A light half way down or a low wattage central light in the garden would be helpful.

A unit that met our needs for a night. An excellent meal . Reefton has a beautiful river walk to the old electricity pump house.

The shower wet the entire floor area and it was still wet in the morning.

The location of the Hotel was right in the middle of town so you could walk everywhere. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the Hotel and we both really enjoyed our meals. Service was excellent. The room had a toaster as well as tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge. At $115.00 for the night, the room was excellent value for money.

The room had a double bed and a single. Just a bigger double bed would have been nice.

Great location for our needs. Friendly service from all staff and very helpful. Our burgers from the restaurant were very tasty . Netflix was very easy to connect to..Thanku.
