excellent stay at the bodo hotel , i recomend it to all my friends , theyr personal was awesome , they went beyond theyr normal duty to accomodate me , breakfast was excellent , i told the friendly server the eggs were very good , overall great experience , the receptionist was also first class, lots of experience , i think i know that very well as i have a 37 years experience in hospitality, i will gladly come back to this hotel any chance i will have to visit bodo .

honestly the experience was great , could ve not ask for more , a bit more quiet would ve been great but being in the location there is , very busy area , its understandable , not something they could change , so i dont hold that against them

Probably the best value-price relation I experienced ever. Staff was super-friendly as well. The location makes both the train station as well as most parts of the sight-seeing parts of town easy to reach, like the harbor, old town, and shopping area (glass house mall).

Bodoe doesn't receive much train traffic, and the night train from Trondheim arrives around ~09:00, so you'll have to leave your luggage at the train station or take it with you for ~6 hours until you can check in. Note that it didn't occur to me that I could maybe leave it at the hotel until after I left it at the train station and got it back.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was exceptionally clean, and the service was outstanding. A special mention to Hans, who stood out from the very beginning—he welcomed us with enthusiasm and a big smile. He was social, polite, and genuinely a pleasure to interact with. Such a great person! The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of options and great quality. We truly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend this hotel!

Very pleasant staff, polite and kind. Due to bad weather conditions, my flight was canceled and I had to wait until morning. A very kind man who found a new room for me at the reception and explained how to get to the railway station. The hotel is small, but very comfortable, the atmosphere is calm and pleasant. If I will be in Bodø again, I will definitely stay in this hotel. Price-quality of service at the highest level. The room has everything you need for a comfortable rest. And in the morning, a delicious breakfast, prepared with love, will await you. I am sincerely grateful to the employees for their work and respect for visitors! The hotel is in a good location, it is easy to reach the bus terminal and the railway station. I definitely recommend it.

For a single room it was adequately sized. The hotel location was great but Bodo isn't a large place anyway. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great with a fair selection of hot and cold dishes.

The mattress was way too soft for my liking. I had to ask for a shower floor mat, but the cleaner was happy to supply extra bath towels instead to use as a mat.

I’m very happy I chose this hotel. The front desk guy (sorry I didn’t ask his name) was so friendly and we had really wonderful chat and I even learned the making of a caviar topped semi boiled egg. The breakfast is super good!

The only thing is the room I booked had a very small bed. I know it is gonna be small but it is really small. Next time if I can revisit Bodø, I will stay here with a bigger bed. Haha

We were greeted warmly by a super friendly manager who tended to everything in the hotel with great care. The rooms and all facilities were very clean and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic! There was a great variety of things to choose from and everything was delicious. We loved that you could make your own waffles, what a lovely touch! The location of the hotel was good, too, we walked everywhere and we arrived by train and left on the Hurtigruten ship which were both only a short walk away. Great value for money, we can recommend this place and would come back any time!

perfect location, short way to everything, including the airport and Aspmyra ground :D Hans was a great host, so were lads on evening shifts. Bed was SOOO comfortable!! Breakfast nook had everything you can think of, particularly fond of the amazing waffles

hardly worth mentioning, there was a hole in the shower door that made the floor wet

Walkable from the airport in 15 minutes. Friendly staff, comfortable room (the bed was perfect) but the highlight for me was the buffet breakfast. Top quality ingredients, perfectly prepared. Really sets you up for the day!

Hans is a treasure of kindness and knowledge about Bodo, where to go and what to see. Great and generous choice of breakfast foods. Ideal location in central town.

Tea/coffee making facility would have been great.
