I truly felt welcome at Bodø Comfort Hotel. My room was comfortable and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after my travels. While the wind howled outside, creating a natural ambiance behind the window, the hotel itself remained wonderfully silent, ensuring a restful stay. One of the things I particularly appreciated was the reception area. During certain times, it was calm and quiet, allowing for peaceful moments alone—a perfect space to unwind. The reception staff also left a great impression. The check-in process was smooth, and one of the receptionists made my stay even more pleasant by greeting me with a friendly “good morning.” Though I didn’t see him on my last day, his kindness stood out. Overall, I had a fantastic experience in Bodø and thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Comfort Hotel. I will definitely return!

The room is a really decent size and well ventilated, the drapes blackout the midnight sun perfectly, which was a huge relief after sleeping in a tent for 3 weeks! The bed was very soft and the sheets were crispy clean. I loved that there was a laundry room, though it was expensive it was perfect that I could wash all of my stinky hiker clothes as soon as I had checked in. The breakfast was amazing, there were tons of bread options and a huge spread of meats and cheeses, 3 different types of eggs and plenty of warm protein, such as sausages and bacon. AND checkout is at 12, which was incredibly relaxing and I was able to take my time. All in all, my stay here exceeded my expectations!

Nothing really, except maybe the shower was a little weird, it's "isolated" in a corner of the bathroom by two glass doors and gets the floor a little too wet for my liking.

The hotel is very good! The reception is open 24/7 because I had an early departure at 2 am, the girl at the reception offered to pack breakfast to go, which was unexpected and very nice. The hotel itself has a convenient location and comfortable rooms.

There is no parking in the hotel, so you need to park your car on the street near the hotel (parking is free at night, but if you need to leave your car during the day, you will have to pay for parking).

The hotel is excellent in every way - the ambience of the lobby/bar-reception/breskfast area is very pleasing and warm, the rooms are small but not cramped so they are very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and provided for quite an extended time in the morning. The hotel offers a free laundry facility for the customers, as well as a free gym. The location is superb and if you score a sea-view corner room you win on all fronts. The staff is present at all times and very helpful.

The room was a bit on the chilly side for my taste, but I get cold very easily - my partner had no complaints about the room temperature. The bathroom’s floor heating temperature is adjustable in the room which outweighed the ‘chill’ of the room.

The location is outstanding, right within the city center and easily accessible to many restaurants, transportation, and for walks along the harbor.

The room is quite tight, barely larger than the size of the double bed. However, everything that was needed was available, including a desk, chair, and downstairs free coffee in the mornings. Next time I would recommend requesting a view as some rooms look right at a set of trashcans.

I always stay at Bodø comfort hotel when I want to have a nice time in the town. I like the rooms, they are always clean and cozy; breakfasts are nourishing and diverse. The coffee bar helps a lot during long evenings. And the lounge zone with panoramic windows on the first floor is the best spot for both relaxing and doing some work. Can’t wait to stay at this hotel again!

Excellent location, fabulous helpful friendly staff, breakfast exceeded any expectations, I’ve been travelling for six weeks and this setting is the best I’ve stayed in by far. As a solo female traveler I felt safe and secure, fabulous facilities, will definitely be staying again and will look at others in the same chain elsewhere.

Everything was exceptional

This hotel was fantastic. Beautiful lounge/restaurant with 24hr refreshments available free. Wonderful breakfast. Reception staff were so accommodating. They let my friend, who was non resident leave his luggage there, until his flight. A great help as he's 79! They helped me find the correct bus stop to the airport, instead of the drop off only one outside! We also had early check in, which was greatly appreciated. This is not available if the hotel is full though.

Nothing to dislike.

Excellent range of breakfast: hot, cold, savoury, sweet, fruit, yoghurt, bread. Friendly staff. Large, comfortable room, though I had a double. Good bathroom & shower. 12mins walk to the airport!!!, About the same to the furthest bars & restaurants and some were almost next door!. 2mins from the sea

Neat room (610); nicely fitted bathroom with built-in night light (a rare but great feature for us oldies!); comfortable bed; opening window; blackout curtains; decent breakfast. Good value and very happy with choice of hotel. Travel tip: Frequent bus service from the airport to the town centre - with the stop only a few blocks away - but cost differential not great and for 2+ people with heavy suitcases it probably makes more sense to get a taxi...
