Great location close to the harbour and the central bus station. Just a short walk to the city center. Many restaurants, cafes, shopping opportunities nearby, all in walking distance. Only 5 minutes by bus from the airport. Our room on 11th floor was very good, there was a hiking map on the wall with popular routes and viewpoints around Bodø. Nice bathroom, lovely view, small fridge and coffee cups & electric kettle. Bed was comfy but too soft for us. Generous check-out time. We were even able to spot Northern lights from the bar on floor 13!

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Bodø, and it was a fantastic experience! The location is perfect, offering stunning views of the harbor and easy access to local attractions. The rooms were modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds that ensured a great night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options catering to all dietary preferences. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, making my stay even more enjoyable.

However, I did notice that the room curtain was dirty, which was a bit disappointing for a hotel of this standard. It didn’t overshadow the experience entirely, but it’s an area that could use improvement.

It was really near harbour and also to the airport, so for a one night stay - ideal 🙃

A bit small room, but for one night OK

Location is the best, centre of town, near everything, opposite library and concert hall. You can walk to the airport if you like (20 mins at slow pace), or taxi or simple bus ride (no.1). On the small harbour, nice to watch the boats. Breakfast and staff 10/10, worth every penny. Very clean. Beds very comfortable. Taxis can be easily booked at the reception and reception staff very professional and helpful. Bar on top floor required 2 flights of stairs but nice once you get there and good drinks. Booked a standard twin room but received a double. Not appropriate for me and my mother. Arrived late at night so slept and changed it the next day. Next room was a slightly larger and if I return, I would book the larger room as the other was a little small and noisy (from nearby bar?). Would have given 10/10 if we had received the appropriate room on arrival.

I would choose the larger room if returning as the smaller one is a bit tight if a twin.

Breakfast was superb, with excellent varieties. Location is in the centre and very close to the airport. Also, it is easily reachable via walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. There is also a convenience store right at the front entrance of the hotel that offers hot foods, coffee, and snacks.

They could have made a small breakfast for early check-out (like a takeaway box). since these guests would miss breakfast. Some other hotels do that, i.e., Scandic Havet.

Comfortable bed with very good quality bedding and towels. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful! A very impressive selection that always looked fresh. The view of the harbour from our window was lovely. The service and friendliness of all the staff we encountered.

Oddly … we could hear the person in the room next to us (or above us) move around and sneeze. The harbour view is awesome but put a bit more distance between us and shopping and restaurants.

Lovely receptionist called Sebastian. Got a solid room. 4 pillows and comfy bed. Fridge, kettle with coffee and tea, decent TV in room, free essential toiletries etc. Cant speak for the breakfast. Cocktail I had at the roof bar was good (bartender put up with my pickiness when it comes to getting a cocktail how I like it gladly) and the place had amazing 360 views of Bodo.

Wi-Fi speed was good, but I despise login page Wi-Fi connections because I can’t get it to work on some of my devices where the pop-up doesn’t work. It cut out a few times as well. No decent free parking, even for my wee motorcycle but thankfully there’s free MC parking up the road (beside Parkering Havn)

The hotel was ideal for a stopover on the way to Moskenes. Reachable on the bus from the airport and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. The staff were super friendly and it was very clean and quiet. The bar had great views too.

I judged distance from the ferry port from the photos of the marina and got this wrong. Anticipating a short walk I found myself running / briskly walking in order not to be late! Just something to watch - make sure you have read the description unlike me.

Breakfast was great, the room was a bit small, but ok. The location is fantastic. Also the bar at the top of the building is great. Great service and great atmosphere. Staff were very friendly - not my first time at the hotel - and they are always so :)

the room was so small that when I put the thing that holds the suitcase, i couldn't walk around the bed. perhaps a bit of reorganizing. A couple of toiletry items were missing from the bathroom (1 little soap bar and no body wash) - no big deal it could have been an over sight. Also missing was an empty laundry bag.

Lovely hotel in the prime location of Bodo. Great room with amazing view of the city, clean, spacious, got an earlier check in also by being a Radisson member.

Last night of us staying in this hotel we had upstairs neighbours that were very loud and God knows what was happening in that room, thought maybe it will stop soon, but it didn't, so had to call the reception to complain about the noise. No fault of the hotel at all, it was dealt with very quick and efficiently, just left a little bitter feeling, since we had to leave for our flight home in the early morning
