The staff were excellent. The rooms were small but functional. There is a big spa pool and sports area at extra cost. Easy walk from airport bus. Drop off. And collection point. We came for a funeral, and chose the hotel for proximity to friends and church. Really excellent breakfast masses of choice.

Loads of families with children at the weekend. Not a spa experience, more local lido. No English menu in restaurant, and food not to English taste.

I liked that it was possible to pay for swimming pool and playground at the reception for 2days staying immediately. Rom was ok, bed was soft and big. Breakfast buffet was tasty,a lot to choose from. Swimming pool and playground were close to each other. Didn't have to go out. A lot activities for the kids. Big parking outside.

TV in one room we stayed wasn't working and it was kind cold in d room.

The wellness area was great, the breakfast was also satisfying. Great wall climbing opportunity at the hotel.

The only thing that was a bit bad, that you have got nothing in your room like a coffee machine or kettle, just the TV, room service was also available upon request, otherwise the room is not being cleaned.

So clean … the breakfast was the best I’ve ever experienced … great facilities

We booked a table in the restaurant a few days before, and on the night we were relegated to a side room because our reservation was not on the system Felt a bit ripped off that we had to pay for the sauna

Staff was friendly and helpful. I asked for help to set up a surprise for my husband's birthday and they did it. Thank you! Of course, having all the amenities next door is a major plus - badeland, minigolf, indoor playground, and spa! There was also some activities for the kids - a show and disco and meet and greet with the mascots 🙂

Nothing bad to say, really! We had a great stay!

The location was convenient to the highway and to a grocery store. The bed was comfortable, and room pretty quiet. Large room with nice space to relax on sofa- and a desk to work at. The staff was able to do a load of laundry for me at the end of my stay which was great.

There was no fan available in the room, so I was hot every night. No phone in the room so as an international traveler if I needed somethin I had to physically go down and ask for things. The dinner at the restaurant was just okay. The first night I was there it took long enough to get my food I had to get up and ask about it, so that was frustrating. Two tables arrived after me and received and finished their food before I ever got mine.

Breakfast was great! Apart from that nothing justifies the high prices

Prices could have been better as the rooms are pretty basic, or just add more amenities to justify the price

That swimming pool is extra when the hotel promotes it through its advertising

We enjoyed Super land.

The heater in our room was not working, but the crew member brought us a portable one after we notified them about the heater issue.

Comfortable beds. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Super friendly staff. Lots of facilities eg Spa and gym

Paying to park when you are a hotel guest. Evening buffet closed rather early.
