The friendly staff always willing to help. I thoroughly enjoyed the views of the harbour from the restaurant and the buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful

The electronic key card kept getting demagnetised by being in close proximity to my mobile phone which resulted in several return trips to reception to get it reset each evening on my return to the hotel. It

Excellent breakfast. Available tea, coffee and little snack on the reception for the guests at any time of the day. Helpful staff. great position of the hotel.

This is a wonderful little hotel in a beautiful location. Staff was great, the breakfasts were sumptuous with every food imagineable. It's al conveniently located about an eas two-block walk from the train station.

The room was a bit small but the view of the harbor and the fortress more than made up for it.

Location was perfect. Lovely hotel and staff lovely. Views of the harbour and fort fantastic. Very central for restaurants and bars.

Car Parking. It cost roughly £25 per night to park the car. 500 NOK from Friday afternoon to the Sunday morning.

The bathroom had a distinctly musty/moldy smell to it. That was the only down side. Everything was obviously very clean but it had an "off" smell

Extraordinary breakfast and wonderful, attentive staff! The beds are comfortable, even though the rooms are nothing special otherwise, but they are meticulously clean.

While the hotel is beautifully located at the harbor, some rooms only have a view into a small backyard.

Exceptional location with wonderful views and few minutes walk to train station. Excellent, friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast and 24hr access to coffee machine included in room booking. Highly recommend the hotel restaurant for evening dining.

The accessibility is good , the service is good. A friendly team, a good restaurant.

The internet connection (wifi) was not good. I mostly used 5G to be able to work efficiently.

Location is the best. Close to train station.

Bathtub is kind of old times. Cleaner shower would be better.

Location is excellent. The Marina and the view down the fjord was delightful on a nice sunny day. Not too close to the railway station but close enough. Breakfast served at 6.30am is lovely and good for a work related visit. The hotel is next to the marina und under the fort.

I arrived on Sunday and there is no food or bar service on Sundays. There is however a small restaurant across the road from the hotel which serves in the evening.
