Wifi was good. Supplied cooking utensils were enough to cook meals. Communication about the key to the room was good and it was easy to get the key. Room was small, but perfect for us with 4 beds. Bathroom was small, but also good. Probably one of the best small bathroom set up across all our travels. For the price of the room, it exceeded our expectations.

Need to have access to the internet to get the key. But, they don’t sell SIM cards at the airport. So, you need to have one ahead of time or an international phone. We had to take the train to Oslo, get a SIM card and return. That was costly.

Good for the price. Location close to airport which was perfect for early morning flight. Basic room and bathroom fine, with access to a shared kitchenette and laundry. Bed was made up and towels provided. Wardrobe, TV, one chair and small table. Large window and heating was good.

It was only a short walk from bus stop, but we needed Google Maps to find our way. Some confusion with getting our room key because link wasnt working on my phone, so read all info thoroughly. BUT staff were excellent and helpful when we rang them. Double bed was narrow. It was a very small room.

Location with nice surrounding. Relaxing by its isolation. Value for price very good.

I paid for a big bed and got a smaller one. Seems to be because my reservation while being recognized by the message senders, not by the organizers with whom i had to communicate for over half an hour till I finally got my key for a room in a different building than the one i was messaged to stay.

The place is very close to the airport, shuttle bus services run smoothly and PROMPTLY which is great. Arafat is one of the most understanding and supportive hospitality staff I have come across on my travels. He really listened to my concerns and assisted me quickly during a very distressing time whilst I was in Oslo (transit on my trip back home to the UK.) I was able to get checked in before my time due to a small inconvenient emergency I got sorted and comfortable and this made me feel truly cared for. I also met friendly and helpful people staying within my apartment building who helped me with directions and adapter as I didn’t have one. These apartments have restaurants within close proximity and I ate the best Indian food I’ve ever had, in Oslo down by Benedikta Restaurant. Bathroom was clean, shower hot and bed was comfortable and I got a good night’s rest ready to continue my journey home.

The key entry system is a little bit different than what I’m used to and also not quite straightforward so it felt like jumping through hoops just to get the keys to your room.

Cosy, clean room with a fridge, a kettle, and everything you'd need. I was very impressed with it as soon as I walked in. It's also in a very quiet area, and neighbouring residents were also quiet, which is always a plus for me.

The mattress and pillows were not very good, but I only stayed for a night, so it didn't affect me much. But I feel like any more than that and it could've been bad on my back and neck.

Had everything we needed, shared kitchen was tidy, fair price.

Was a little difficult to get the key to the door. We got there 15 minutes early. The final code was not available until 5 minutes after 1500. So we stood in freezing weather on the telephone which never did provide us with an answer as to how to get in.
