After struggling to find the place, the receptionist was outstanding, courteous and sympathetic. I'd come again just because of her attitude.

Signage from the Airport was poor. Was not immediately obvious where the tunnel was. At the fork at the end near the hotel the sign was not illuminated so I carried on and spent time trying to get into a closed building where I could see the Sign Radisson H+CC Reception lit up) so that was misleading and irritating. Needs several thought out signs from the airport entrances: Radisson Red this way ◄ : Rad Blu this way ► : Should be easy enough but no one's thought of it. Why not?

From the moment we arrived, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of outstanding. The location is perfect—central, convenient, and ideal for exploring the city. But what truly made our stay memorable was the incredible staff, especially Tarik Nascimento from the concierge team. Tarik went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His recommendations were spot-on, his support was thoughtful and proactive, and his warm, professional demeanor made us feel genuinely cared for. The room was comfortable the bed and the toiletries were of quality. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and flavorful options - really good! This hotel combines luxury, comfort, and top-tier service in the best possible way. We can’t wait to return!

The hotel is just about 5 mins away from Oslo airport and that is the best part. In addition, the path from the hotel to the airport is via a covered tunnel with a very gentle slope, so come/rain/snow/heat, you can make it to and from the airport quickly and easily. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a kettle and tea/coffee/hot chocolate. When I needed some extra creamer, housekeeping was prompt in delivering it and some extra tea/coffee/chocolate sachets as well. The fresh coffee/tea and energy bars at the reception early in the morning was welcome, especially since I was checking out at about 3:45 AM.

There are quite a few people checking in but there is just one person at the reception so the wait is long. And with the self check-in not working as it should, it sometimes means a long wait. BTW, the self-checkout worked. Also, the curtains in my room did not block out the light entirely. Given that I was there in summer and facing another building that was well-lit, it was just a tad bit annoying.

Our flight was very early in the morning, so I couldn’t have any breakfast. We had to leave quite early. It would have been nice if there were some simple breakfast items available. There were a few things—like chocolate bars and croissants—but it wasn’t really enough. Many people don’t prefer those kinds of items. A few fruits would have been a good addition. I understand that we didn’t pay extra for breakfast, but since Radisson is a well-known hotel brand, even offering a light selection of food would enhance its reputation. I personally like Radisson and have no complaints about their service—this is just a small suggestion to include a bit more variety.

Well presented. Restaurant food very good. Good waitering from all staff. Food served very quickly. Bust Restaurant even on a Tuesday night, gives a nice atmosphere. Good friendly reception. Fast lifts. Good areas in lobbies to work from. Convenient and close to the airport. Good comfortable bed and good size desk for working with nice table lamp. Great to get an iron and ironing board, rare these days.

The bedroom had a very small window, but ok. I was given a room next to the lifts on the 5th floor. Luckily not many people came by at night time, but could here them, when walking passed.

I am surprised at the negative reviews here. I have to say that we are reviewing the Radisson RED. There seems to be some confusion. The RED is an excellent hotel. Reception staff were very helpful, self check-in took a little longer as they asked for a lot of information, but it wasn't a problem for us. The room is large enough - especially for a city hotel - and the bed is very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bathroom is also very nice. Large, soft towels. The only downside is the construction of the shower door, which makes it impossible to avoid water splashing out of the shower. We don't understand how anyone can complain about breakfast at this hotel. Everything you need and more is provided. And it is replenished immediately. We have been here twice now, and will be back the next time we are in Oslo.

The most convenient location, it’s the RED and is a 5 min walk from airport, so handy for a late flight so we didn’t have to faff with transport. Lobby area is nice. Meal in restaurant was nice. Bed was SO comfy. Our highlight was Biarne who worked in the restaurant, he gave us so many Oslo recommendations and Tromso too as we were heading there. He was fantastic and definitely made for a role speaking with people. We ended up going to Yonas pizzeria, Ratekken and Bardhus because of him and they were all amazing. Thanks!!

We found an item of clothing that wasn’t ours in the room which shows it wasn’t cleaned, disappointed about that

The room was great. Very clean and very comfortable The location is great if you are just doing a short overnight stopover. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the cocktail was excellent. The breakfast selection was marvellous. The staff at reception were knowledgeable and polite. There is fresh fruit and chilled water at reception if you have to wait.

The service in the restaurant was slow and this became frustrating. I like to pay with cash. The hotel does not give change. Fortunately I had the right money.

(See below for first experience.) My second night I was greeted by a clerk who was exceptionally helpful. I was informed that there was an option to have a sack breakfast. My new flight left an hour later which made all the difference to enjoy a good relaxing breakfast. I also enjoyed having a wake-up call both mornings.

First check-in clerk was brief in explanations when I did not understand various aspects and did not offer a sack breakfast when I stated that I had an early flight. Maybe he was new. I ended up checking in my luggage, returned to hotel for a very brief, 10 minute good breakfast and rushed on to my flight. Going through security was eceptionally long and I missed my flight, causing me to stay another night.

This property is absolutely gorgeous, it is so modern and clean and the facilities are incredible. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the terminal building and was perfect for our early morning flight as check in and checkout was self done. Beds were extremely comfortable and the room was so nice. We booked a superior twin and we have plenty of space, the coffee was nice and the bathroom was a good size and very clean too.

My one issue with the property was finding it when we arrived at the train station. There are two Radisson hotels and conference centres and they are both sign posted the same inside the terminal, we ended up going to the wrong one to start with but were met by lovely staff who directed us to the correct one. When arriving you should follow signs to Raddison RED and not BLU. Besides this everything was perfect.
