Great facilities and access to spa if available, but recommend to reserve early, especially on the run up to Christmas Easy access from main road, perfect for a airport or work in local area. Seems very good for business meetings etc. Great food and relaxing environment.

If with kids, then note that they cant access the facilities and there may not be as much for them to do - which detracts for families on their way to the airport. You have to pay for parking.

The property is amazing, the rolling hills were covered with snow and very magical. The resort is so cozy and comfy and inviting, and the spa is top notch. We love this place! The breakfast buffet is outstanding and is included and the staff is always exceptionally wonderful.

The only thing that I wish could shift with the room is that although we appreciate automatic lights to save energy, I wish there were an off setting for the night for the bathroom light so that we wouldn't be blinded every time we go into to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

It was fine for a short two day stay. But. the swimming pool was only open to children on a Sunday during very limited hours. The location caters for kids. I dont understand why they would have such a strict policy. The room was comfortable but small, the breakfast was excellent. the resturant was ok but overpriced.

Comfort room, hotel location, nice breakfast and wide varieties of selections.

The table in the restaurant was not well cleaned. The price I paid is including free entrance to the spa but could not utilize this feature because of time limit; so I paid for a service which I could not get. Maybe it is better to reduce the price of the room and make spa entrance optional with a charge for those who wanted to use it.

The straff was exceptional serviceminded and helpful. Breakfast very much to choose from, Even good gingershots! Dinner top quality. Spa treatment with massage the best I have ever had. Pool perhaps a bit too hot. I will certainly come back and recommend Lily to my friends.

I can’t find anything I did not like.

We were here for only one night on our way further north, so we did not make use of all of the facilities on offer. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was exceptional. The hotel generally has very nice, modern and clean facilities. Staff are very helpful.

It's not a cheap place. Parking is not free. Unless you are transiting (like we were), or are here to play golf, I am not sure the surrounding area has much to offer.

Love the bathroom, and the bed is comfy! Bathroom is great!

The coffee machine looked dirty. The inside of the coffee box with the pods and things looked kind of dirty or dusty also.

An amazing breakfast with an incredible buffet selection. All staff were very friendly and some went out of their way to make your stay special. Quite a few things were put on for the kids being local school holidays. A very interesting spa with multi-sauna options!

The ping pong bats were lost / broken so never got a game. Significantly spa entry is not cheap if it is not part of your hotel stay deal - as through Booking.com.

It's hard to reach if you don't have a car.The only way in or out is by taxi.There 's no airport shuttle around .And the room is a little cold for me

I have not eaten such breakfast in a long time. It was amazing. I liked the place,the surroundings. The night staff, I'm impressed
