The room was basic but good. The bed was good. The bathroom had a good shower and everything worked. I was on the ninth floor and the lift service was excellent. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding. Lots of variety. Good quality. And you could eat as much as you like. I traveled in from the airport and it was easy to get to using the Flybuss 3. It stops a short distance away, although on the other side of the main road. The hotel was easy to see from the bus stop. You can cross the road by bridge. The bridge is a very long ramp, with no stairs. However, it is quite steep at both ends. If you have mobility problems, you may find this difficult. It only took me 5 minutes to walk to the hotel from the bus stop. The hotel is out of town, but is very close to the T Bane, the local metro train. It is on the other side of the road, at the end of the bridge I mentioned above. There is a small shop at the station. Trains can take you into central Oslo in about ten minutes. The hotel is beside a busy road, but I could not hear any of the traffic from my room.

Maybe they could have changed the towels while I was there. The basin in the bathroom was very small. They have a gym and a bar, but if you don’t like those things, there is not much to do in the area. Considering that I was nine floors up, the view that I had was not that impressive. It looks like their are factories close by.

Before coming, I had read a review for the hotel, that only The Breakfast itself is worth staying in this hotel !! After experiencing it, I absolutely confirm = The Breakfast was a phenomenal with a huge variety of top quality foods as salmon, camember, bru, brown cheese (I have never seen before), a lot of salami, vegetables, fruits, eggs, beans, croissants, sweets, milks, jams, musli and many more ... !!! All was extremely delicious !! :-) A very nice and kind girl at the reception helped us to make a reservation for our 3-rd day dinner at one of the best and famous fish restaurants in Oslo = The Salmon !! Another very kind and helpfull reception girl helped us with labeling our cases - to be ready for pick-up and transport between Oslo and Bergen, so we could fully enjoy our Norway in a Nutshell trip via the Fjords carrying with only light hand luggage with us ! Thank you so much for their Service !! :-)

Nobody throw away our bathroom trash bin, during our 3-day stay, despite the fact that asked for at the end of day 2 !

Reasonable! I was glad to find a good and clean hotel with friendly staff during Nor-Shipping conference where usually the availability of hotels are low and prices high. A Wally to the closest subway station, sure, but manageable. 10 minute walk to nearby grocery store. A bus stop with airport limousine located nearby! Breakfast had a nice selection of food.

Location wise, it indifferent from city center - but I knew that when I booked!

It was comfortable even the room was not so big

The glass between the room and bathroom. It was annoying because when you switch on the bathroom light (during the night) the illumination went through it and illuminated the room where the other people were sleeping. We don’t like the distance from the hotel to the Metro, especially during raining days: suggested a shuttle between the hotel to it. Parking: quite expensive. In my opinion, the hotel like this must have his own park for the car of the clients… or at least an agreement with park company. Restaurant: didn’t tried because we arrived at 20:45… and restaurant close at 21:00 (?) I travelled around the world several years, and in several hotels, but such kind of schedule, it’s ridiculous (in my opinion).

Very nice hotel, roof is small but very comfortable Breakfast is excellent

It is not acceptable that if I stay 2 nights and I have a (rented) car, I can park outside of the hotel only paying a very very very expensive fee. Basically I could have slept another night for the price I spent for the parking. How is possible that a very nice hotel can't let their guests park in front for free ? I can't justify this

The rooms were so clean and comfortable. We especially chose This hotel for its breakfast and it did not disappoint. The breakfast was served as an open buffet and offered a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste.

The area around the hotel mostly consisted of office buildings. I wish it had ben closer to tourist attractions or places to explore.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful, the breakfast was amazing, rich, even vegan options, the room was small but cozy, had everything inside, fridge, iron, wardrobe, hangers, large mirror, bathroom had showergel and soap, tissues, we also had nice view from 8th floor

That booking kept warning me that i have to do room upgrade as my room would be without bathroom, tv, etc. I have read my original room descriptikn and it did not agree to pay more, at the end it was false information from bookings side For the toilet as you can read in many comments before there is no real seperator from toilet to the bedroom, there is a sliding glassdoor that had 10 cm gap from wall, there are toilets near reception Maybe worth mentioning that the location is fine due to few stops on metro to center, but when you approach it from airport there is a bus that is taking you there, its longer and pricier than the fast train to center, so for adults it was 260 nok per person in 2023

Breakfast

Distance from downtown. But maybe that’s why is cheaper . I can so exhausted to the hotel and I was complaining how hard was for me to get there. Staff did not showed empathy. I feel she was shocked and she was not explaining what is included or what time breakfast starts. I felt not welcomed but I totally enjoyed my stay 😀 People should have their headphone when they are listening to music.

Gorgeous hotel. The breakfast was a beautiful and large buffet with everything your heart could desire. The rooftop restaurant was elegant and had amazing food. They had a locked room for luggage in the lobby for you to store your suitcases if you are too early for check in.

The listing on Booking.com said that shuttle was available but upon calling the hotel they said they don't have shuttle service and we would have to take the public tram. We ended up using a taxi service. Afterward we found out there is Uber available and used Uber for getting back to the airport. Our reservation said our bathroom would have a bathtub but it didn't, it was a handicap shower that was similar to a wetbath in an R.V. One person isn't able to use the toilet if another was showering.

Breakfast was a hit. Bus stop a couple of minutes walk for Oslo airport. Tram stop was around a 5 minute walk. Kids park behind hotel and shops. Hotel staff lovely, packed us up a Breakfast as we left at 4am. Gluten free options also.

No hot chocolate for the kids or chocolate milk which we've always found all over Scandinavia
