The room was clean and comfortable. It has a comfortable kitchen as to prepare something simple or warm ready-made food. Good location to move to the tourist points of the city, you can reach quickly on foot. Very close to the central station, which was very convenient for us. The bad thing is that being in front of the motorway and behind the station the atmosphere was not very pleasant and even for moments we found a little insecure so, we avoid arriving late.

The area did not seem safe and pleasant.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. Checkin and Checkout is all done via text messages and numeric door codes. At first I was a bit nervous about this method ... but everything went smoothly.

We could not checkin before 16:00. I wish we could checkin earlier - say at 14:00 as in most hotels. The apartment building is nice but the location is dingy and feels a bit unsafe. It's a very multi-ethnic part of Oslo ... which is totally fine ... but for example right at the main entrance there were men drinking beer, sitting on the floor and looking rather drunk. I did not feel totally safe.

The apartment is was affordable, clean and the checkin process and speed of reply my the staff was excellent. So convenient that there were shared washing machines in the building too.

It had a few minor quirks such as a step from the bathroom and the curtain was an inch too short in our specific room. But those things weren’t a big deal. The dryers in the building didn’t really work but due to the central aircon the clothes dried quickly in our room.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was provided to make the stay convenient (e.g. I loved that they provided laundry detergent with the laundry machine -- and having our own laundry machine was amazing!). The location was very close to the metro, train and bus station and in a lively immigrant neighborhood with great food options (especially if you love falafel!). It was a short walk to the main downtown waterfront area. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything else was very clean and tidy, but the floors were a bit dusty and needed a good mopping. Maybe not so much a negative as a heads up, there is an expectation that guests do a bit more tidying before checking out than a typical hotel - such as taking out the trash and removing the sheets.

At first, I was a bit worried when I saw a lot of google review commenting the doorcode for the front door is the same as the one to access the room. But I found out that despite the doorcode for the front door is the same as the one to access the room, everyone has different door codes. So the security of it actually isn't too bad at all. It's a great location if you come with friends as there's a few pubs near the hotel and I think that's why some reviews from the google review said they don't find it safe when they travel with young kids. The location is great cuz it's less than 10 minutes away from the Oslo Central train and bus station. There's also a metro station around the corner which helps!! There's an Asian supermarket literally downstairs and some supermarkets quite closeby. It's also walkable to the city centre as well. It's worth the price honestly and all my friends loved it!! The hotel is clean as well but what we hope it can be better is we hope there's always someone on the reception so it's easier to ask for help when needed.

It’s easy to get to this hotel. 5-10 min walk to the Oslo train station. Pretty much you can just walk around to all the tourist attractions. We were already traveling for about a week before checking into this hotel so it was nice to know they provide free laundry service. Booking and checking in was easy as it was all communicated through email and passwords were given to you to right before check in. Fully automated. Didn’t really need to interact with any staff members. Room size is ok for 2 pax. Not as comfortable as we imagined but nothing to complain about.

Depending on which direction you are headed but as we walk a bit to explore, some places close to the hotel looks and feels shady. Didn’t really bother us during the day but at night just be a bit cautious

This place has the best price/quality balance. I was surprised to get a fully equipped kitchen table with decent ventilation, perfect night curtains (metal outdoor blinds), and enough space for my personal belongings. I had zero contact with the staff—one digital key was provided before check-in for all doors. 3 minutes to walk to the central station. All interesting places are on foot, and there are a lot of grocery stores and cafes around.

Two things: hot water in the shower is not hot and doesn't regulate. And accidentally there was a fire alarm in the evening (it wasn't a real fire, just a glitch, fortunately not for long)

I liked the price which made this accomodation much more affordable than other accomodation in Oslo that was overpriced. I also liked the location. Central. And whilst some people had told me that it was on the edge of a more "alternative" part of Oslo, the area felt as safe as ever. Based on other reviews, I was expecting the worst and never did I come into contact with anyone dodgy. Quite the contrary, the presence of some shops around the corner that were open throughout the night was really helpful - especially in a city where restaurants in other areas close in what, as a European, I would call "early". I also very mcuh enjoyed the fact the our apartment faced the inside garden, which was very quiet and very pleasant indeed.

I thought the apartment was going to be a little larger. Finding space to store my luggage was not optimal. The bedrooms did not have their own separate window to the outside. But given the great quality and price of the accomodation, this was not an issue.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything to include the tram that takes you to all the interesting locations. The apartment was extremely clean, nothing amiss, nothing out of place. I absolutely loved the coziness and functionality.

The luggage storage arrangement wasn't the best, anyone with the code could go into your luggage as there is no one controlling it. The only staff that was pleasant were the two at the front desk, the guy was genuinely engaging to all guests and the lady was pleasant. The remainder of the staff do not even return a greeting if you say hello, and directly ignored me the first day I arrived and tried to ask them a question when I dropped my bag in the basement.

Very good location. Close to the main train station Oslo S and the central bus station. The area has many shops, cafes, and restaurants, very lively. The apartment is by the river, and it's really nice to take a walk along the riverbank to reach the unique Grünerløkka district. It was very convenient to use the luggage storage room before and after check-in. Bring your own shower gel and shampoo, and more dish washer capsules if you’re a larger family - one capsule per day wasn’t enough for us. We really liked the sound proof windows. Communication with customer service was smooth and fast.

A transparent inner glass wall in one of the bedrooms :)
