Clean property just behind the train station. Very easy and quick to reach the city center

We didn’t like the shower because it was a single space within the bathroom and water was reaching everywhere. In addition, it was not very easy to find the check in point: the address given directs you toward the city center, however the place is in a building right behind the building in front of the central bus terminal.

Cozy, clean apartment with perfect location in quiet neighborhood, with enjoyable balcony (2 chairs and coffee table). Comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Good location for public transport 5min walk to tram/metro stations. Shop available 7-23 in the same apartment building

Shower doors were not convenient, difficult to walk out dry, water splashes all over the place ant there was no shelves in the shower. No mat outside shower. No toiletries like shampoo or shower gel.

The apartment was central to everything. Handy supermarket below and great little kitchen. Stayed for four nights and was a great base for exploring oslo.

Trying to find the office to check in was complicated even with Google maps. There are two buildings listed as 15b and this was the one at the back. Spent a frustrated 30 mins trying to locate it. Said would check in at 3pm (the earliest we could) as we arrived in Oslo at around 10am so really wanted to get settled. At 3.30 we were told the cleaner was running late and we had to wait until 4 to access the apartment.

Location was perfect and the apartment had a lot of utensils that helped us in the daily basis. The apartment was very warm and cozy and also had a great view. We had everything we needed nearby, groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, bars and it was really close to the bus terminal station and the train station.

The bed and pillows were too soft, it made us feel like we were sinking. The shower could have the glass all the way down to the floor, because this way the floor wouldn't get totally wet (even though the heated floor made it dry relatively fast).

It was close to Oslo Central station. Just about 700 metres. Close by to everything.

The key collection process was cumbersome complicated and very tiring. It took us 2 hours to just get the keys.the directions were not clear. No Google maps used . Very complicated and highly frustrating it was to find the location.

Its an apartment located in a residential tower. Most of the residents seemed to be guests. Located close to central train station and bus station. The actual lively city center is about 2 kilometers away. The apartment was clean and had most things required for a family's short stay of 4 days. I liked that we got a cot for our baby and an extra bed in the living room for our group size.

The reception office was about 800 m away from our apartment. The first set of keys handed to me did not work so I had to walk all the way and back to get my new set of keys, that finally worked. Thankfully the office was open till 2300 hours that day, so we could get our keys changed well in time. All got sorted in the end, not a big deal.

The apartment that we were allocated was a short walk from Oslo Central Station and the Letting Agency offices. We arrived quite late and were given very clear instructions on where and how to collect the key from their office lock box which was a 2 minute walk from the apartment. They couldn't have made it any easier. Apartment was clean, quiet and well appointed with a balcony overlooking a small square with a lovely bar and restaurants. There was a lift to our floor and the area and building felt secure. The location is excellent with easy access to all key locations. Would highly recommend and would certainly book again when I am next in Oslo.

Some extra pillows would be nice and didn't work out how to get the bathroom extractor working!

Locating Reception to uplift key was so easy mainly due to very good written instructions of how to locate it after arriving at Oslo Central. Reception very welcoming & helpful. Apartment was a short stroll away & so handy to everything which we appreciated. Apartment nicely appointed, quiet & very comfortable. We enjoyed having such a nice base to come home to each afternoon after exploring Oslo city.Thank you very much.

Ideally air-conditioning but appreciate this is not possible in such a large complex. Electric fan was fine & we were able to open the balcony door for effective air flow

I should be noted that the Receptionist is short walk from the property. But check-in was quick and, with a small map to hand the accommodation was quickly found. The room was based on the American "facility" style. Bedroom, living room and a kitchenette all rolled into one area. Not quite what I expected but a sensible arrangement. Area was spacious. The kitchenette was well presented with all the utilities one would expect to be available for a short or long stay. Cupboards and drawers were well stocked with plenty of utensils, glass and crockery items. Sleeping arrangement was cramped but manageable. Bathroom shower good. Small and large towels and of good quality material. available See below for the sink. Coat stowage was practical with a good supply of hangers. After some research we found that the main rail -and coach - station are less than 10 minutes walk. A real bonus.

Sadly the washing arrangement in the sink needs a rethink. The extended tap interferes with shaving and facial washes making the area really wet and ugly looking. With no restaurant on site, shops to obtain food purchases are not available. There are some small dining places close by but they cater only for "quick style" meals.

Very convenient for the train and bus station, apartment was clean, well equipped and quiet. I had read some reviews complaining about soft beds and lack of soap, not matching photos etc. There was hand soap in the bathroom and dishwashing soap in the kitchen. Plus tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. And plenty of equipment for cooking. The apartment was the same in decor and style as shown on the photos. The bed was soft but not egregiously so, basically a foam mattress on a hard bed, so a bit hot and sweaty underneath. I prefer a very firm pocket sprung mattress, but found this acceptable!

Complicated requirements for refuse recycling, maybe it’s due to the translation to English but it was really hard work to decide what was “general rubbish” and what might be recycled.
