Location was fantastic, very close to the Central Station and in the center of Oslo. You could reach the most important attractions on foot, such as the Opera House, the Cathedral, the National Museum, the Historical Museum and many others walking along Karl Johans gate which is full of shops and restaurants. The breakfast was also great and the staff kind. The room (a family room) was very big.

Despite our reservation, our room was never cleaned, only a change of towels. Also, there are no welcome kits in the room: no slippers, no toothbrush, no body lotion. Only soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Hotel was easy to find from the oslo s train station. Walk through the mall to the other end and you'll come out across the road from the hotel. Breakfast was really good, full continental spread that you see in hotels. Baby highchairs available as well. Hot water available from the coffee machines to make baby food or milk. Kettle in the room were very clean, clean enough to boil water for baby formula.mini fridge also available. Staff we're helpful and polite. Location is brilliant. Oslo isn't massive so most places you can walk to. We had the oslo pass which gives you free public transport. But most of the time it was the same time to walk instead of waiting for the tram or bus. It was good however to go to the fram museum and vigeland park plus entries to loads of other museums for free.

The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh fruits, avocados, and a generous cold and hot buffet. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and store our bags after check-out. The gym was great; the bed was incredibly comfortable; and the location was perfect, you could walk almost everywhere.

However, there was a minor downside: we found a sandwich in plastic wrap left in the fridge from a previous guest, which gave us the impression that cleanliness might not be as thorough as it could be.

The location of this hotel is perfect because it is right opposite the central station, literally a two or three minute walk. The reception staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. They also helped us when we left, allowing us to keep our cases at reception while we had a quick breakfast as we had an early train to catch. Breakfast itself was a wonderful spread with a wide variety of items on offer, all very delicious. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well.

We have no negative comments at all. We had difficulty logging into the scandic_easy wifi.

The hotel was 2 minutes' walk from Oslo Central Station, this was very convenient. The Opera House and Munch Museum were 5 minutes' walk away, and lovely walks along the front towards the Radhusplassen. Very warm welcome by the desk staff, who were helpful and able to provide information about the area. Great room, quiet, very clean, well equipped, bathroom was excellent. Excellent breakfast the following day too. An excellent hotel, I am planning on returning there in a couple of months' time.

Although this is not related to the hotel itself, if you are arriving by train, beware of people 'selling' cards and gifts around the station / Strandgata, they can be quite persistent. Better to decline what they're trying to sell and walk away.

Room facilities were good and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent wifi. Good choice at breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location right in the city centre with good public transport links or close enough to walk to a lot of places of interest.

There was no way to control the room temperature - sometimes it was horribly hot and other times it was a bit cold. The bathroom needed some work - it was old and worn. It was also frustrating that you could only turn the bathroom light off with a switch by the door to the room rather than one by the door to the actual bathroom,

The room was overlooking a very busy street so we had to close windows to keep out the noise in a heat wave The room had no air con (the corridors did) so we used the fan provided. That helped a bit but our nights were still too warm and sticky

We had one night in Oslo before our train departure to our ski trip in Geilo. The location was perfect. There was an underground path to the train station and so close to tons of shopping and amazing restaurants. The hotel itself was amazing. Nice size of rooms and super quiet. Our room had a bunk bed that our boys loved, a sofa bed as well as a standard bed. We all slept very comfortably. The breakfast in the morning was a delight. A great assortment of healthy foods and a wide variety of choices. The people working there were fantastic and very helpful

Nothing. It was pretty perfect as it was.

The room is spacious and clean, but unfortunately the king-size bed, as often happens, isn’t one solid bed but just two singles pushed together. The breakfast is good, the staff are pleasant and responsive, and there is a luggage storage room, which is convenient if your flight is in the evening after checkout. The surroundings are, of course, not great—you need to quickly head into nicer neighborhoods, but that’s always the case near train stations. Otherwise, the location is convenient.

I loved the beds! They were so comfortable. I would like to purchase one for my house. The location was great. We took the train from Sweden to Norway and it was very easy to get to the hotel. The breakfast spread was outstanding. We went out and explored for the day after checking out and they kept our luggage in a closet for us.

It was a little expensive, but not compared to other hotels in the area. It had a bathtub, which was great. However, there was no shower curtain, so when taking a shower, things in the bathroom got wet.
