Awesome hotel! Clean comfortable great facilities and location close to things to do and train station. I was a little worried walking in past a noisy bar but you could hear NOTHING in my room, so it’s a win win - location and relaxation.

The location was really great, was able to walk to pretty much all attractions and for the ones that were not walkable, the location had access to multiple modes of transportations. Breakfast was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful. Huge selection of good restaurants and coffee shops around. Very convenient for a short stay.

The room was a bit small, didnt have a much of space to put your suitcase or bags but was manageable for a couple nights stay. There was no thermostat control in the rooms, it felt a bit hot and we borrowed a small fan from the front desk to use. No coffee machine in the room, but there was coffee available on the first floor.

The breakfast was excellent and the hotel is located in the middle of the city so it was close to everything. Even though the main street was noisy when out in it, our room was really quiet with no outside disturbance. There are plenty of things to see and do locally within easy walking distance. The atmosphere at the hotel was friendly and relaxed, you could check in and out by yourself and make your own key cards. The bed was comfortable and the temperature controllable. Although there are no drawers or wardrobes there were plenty of hooks for your possessions. We only had one pillow each to start with but it was no problem to ask at reception for another which was supplied straightaway.

We have stayed at several hotels in Scandinavia and they always ask if you want your room cleaned, this always seems a bit alien to me but I understand the need to save on water etc it's just a bit of a shock the first time it happens.

New interiors, clean and efficient, with a good breakfast that will set you up for the day. Also has a bar and restaurant as part of the property. There is an outdoor courtyard where you can sit back and enjoy a drink on a fine day. Rooms are serviced every 4 days, which reduces the environmental impact that a large property can have. You can get a change of towels etc from the reception staff earlier if required.

The rooms would feel a bit small if you like to unpack and spread out. Despite being new, it is a bit of a rabbit warren with half floors eg 6A, 6B etc, multiple corridors and half sets of stairs, so it would be a challenge in a fire or evacuation. Make sure you work out how to get down via the stairs after you check in - and then use them rather than the lift so the way to get out is imprinted in your brain.

The location of the hotel is excellent — right in the heart of the city, very close to the train and bus stations, shopping area, the Opera House, and everything you need. The service was great, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were decent, though the air conditioning was weak and could be improved. Soundproofing was excellent, and I had no issues with noise. Breakfast was okay, but it could use more variety. The options were quite limited. Overall, a good stay with a fantastic location and friendly staff.

Great location as it's close to the Oslo central station and main road, supermarkets, restaurants and attractions. Staff were friendly and hospitable with any queries. Decent breakfast spread as well. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and come again for the budget as well as recommending it to others. Good for family, friends and solo travellers.

The bathroom was a tad small so the water from the shower went across the floor. Nevertheless, the room was for a single person and it wasn't too much of an issue. For the price of the room it was fine.

The location of the hotel is amazing. I was afraid that due to the fact it was near popular among people street in Oslo it would be loud and noisy but it wasn't. The bed was comfortable,quick the access with a card, lifts, fast and convenient check in and check out. WiFi was okay, Bfast was also nice.

Small bathroom with low located sink and the issue with water.. it got stuck either in sink and under shower. Also the room was a bit gloomy and dark, too long a walk to find the room, walking a bit in the maze :) due to fact it was so close located to the other opposite flat it was no privacy and the windows had to be covered.

Good breakfast, and rooms were nice and spacious. Very convenient location on a busy pedestrian commercial street, with great access to local transit, but tucked away with it's own courtyard, so it's still rather quiet and comfortable, so i feel pretty safe walk around even in the late evening.

Building set up was a little odd - while lifts can cater to half floor differences (two different buildings connected together as one hotel?), there were a couple of steps to the door of our room, which wasn't exactly convenient when lugging our heavy suitcases when checking in or out...

I enjoyed my stay very much as the staff were all professional and courteous. I also got some good advice during check-in about getting around Oslo during my short stay in that city. Its location was fantastic where I could easily access public transportation, walk to the Oslo train station and a wide selection of restaurants of various types.

My hotel room's location forced me to walk through the breakfast buffet area each morning. That was troublesome on days I ate early to get a head start on exploring Oslo and then forced to wade through the gauntlet of all the hotel guests gathering their food from the buffet. I observed that this only impacted my room and only about four other hotel rooms as they were situated in this particular wing of the hotel, located above the bar. All other hotel rooms were in another area of the building to the right of the reception desk area.

This location was very good for our trip, just a few minutes walk to the train station, restaurants, activities and shopping. The breakfast was very nice, fully stocked and a great variety of items. The rooms and common areas were clean and tidy. All hotel staff members we came in contact with were pleasant and helpful.

Our room was very small and had limited space to unpack. Limited amenities and no space to unpack or keep items in the bathroom. There was no hot water pot to have evening or early morning coffee or tea in the room. There were only bath towels and hand towels in the bathroom, no washcloths.
