Great location, near city centre and the central bus station. Clean room with everything you need and a heated bathroom floor was a nice surprise after a cold day in Oslo. I could check earlier and also leave the luggage in the locker room on the departure day till 8PM which was very convenient. good communication via app.

If you're noise-sensitive, I'd recommend using good-quality earplugs, as the music from the bar/restaurant on the ground floor could be a problem if you have a light sleep. Plus, the tram is just around the corner, so every time it passes, the noise is quite prominent. Leaving this as a comment for all light sleepers, not as a complaint ;)

Shower leaked pretty significantly. Had to use extra towels on floor to soak up excess water.

Very good location. Wifi worked quite well. Room looked to the inside hall of the building and was quite calm. Room was clean and provided with everything I needed, even nespresso capsules!

I could not really raise the overall temperature of the room above of 20.5 Celsius. For me it was fine, that is my normal temperature and I did not feel cold but for others it may be a little bit cold. Also, could not use the chromecast on the TV.

the apartment was extremely cute and stylish and felt like a proper home we could come back to and spend time in! the facilities were great and allowed us to do some laundry. the kitchen is cozy but stocked with everything you could need to cook small meals (or to plate up takeaways in our case). the location is great with the bus, tram and metro only minutes away. checking in was easy, just requiring a code provided on the day of our stay. we didn't personally interact with any staff while there, but the WhatsApp responses were quick and helpful.

there were a couple of confusing points that could've been explained in a pamphlet or in the initial email. for e.g., we had to ask how to turn off the radiator and where the laundry air dryers were (they were not in the flat but in an external cupboard) but the response to those questions was rapid! also this mightve been due to weather but the TV's connection was a little shaky and we couldn't really watch anything on netflix/youtube.

Great location in the heart of Oslo, very close to everything. The bus stop is right at the door, and it's close to the tram and the train station. A fantastic base for exploring the city. The apartment is very small, but very functional. The bed is very comfortable with soft pillows, a large duvet, and quiet air conditioning. A very good and convenient solution was the room with lockers for luggage and a closet with spare items in case something runs out in the room, as well as towels for replacement. It's self-service and very convenient, and we were able to enter the room 2 hours earlier, for which we were very grateful! The windows are very tight, so they block out all external noise. Highly recommended!

It's hard to find any downsides; the only issue we had was with disposing of the large amount of trash we produced since we were cooking in the kitchenette, but you can give it to the cleaning staff. Also, I think that if someone gets a room closer to the entrance door on the floor, they might have a problem with the slamming doors, which could be annoying.

The apartments are in a brilliant location - very central & walkable from the train station & to many of the main areas we wanted to visit. We had a large studio which looked brand new, was extremely spacious with a comfortable bed & had everything we needed to self-cater.

I struggled with having to upload documents on the portal & with the digital check-out but communication with the staff via Whatsapp was quick & supportive. We had a room overlooking a busy street with noisy trams passing regularly. For us this was not a problem as it was part of being in the centre of the city, but there are rooms facing into the courtyard, I think, which might be quieter.

This place is located in a very nice district of Oslo and easily accessible from the main train station. we could reach lots of sightseeings by foot and didn’t need to use public transportation. the room in itself was very cozy and had nearly everything that we needed. Bathroom big and bright. very nice bed and our room had a big window seat that was very nice to sit on and read a book or so.

It’d be nicer to have maybe more than two pieces of cutlery and some bowls in the kitchen , we found ourselves in need of some more.

We had two stays of two nights each in February at Numa Hallen (rooms 202 and 208). I was delighted with the property. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable, and the showers were great. Furthermore, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was even a bottle of olive oil to use for cooking, a helpful touch when one is travelling. The location is excellent, approximately ten minutes of easy walking from the central station, and the main sights are readily accessible on foot. Supermarkets and cafés are close by. The rooms are located on the first floor: there are a few stairs, maybe ten, to reach a landing, and there is a ramp for suitcases, after which there is lift access. I am always a little concerned about the process of digital check-in and code access, but on both occasions, everything went extremely smoothly. Correspondence with the office staff was always answered extremely promptly, almost instantaneously. I had a query on the first visit about the room heating, and there was a cleaning lady on site, and she helped me. I would have no hesitation in staying here again. William’s wife.

Great room, convenient location. We used the washing machine which worked perfectly. Took advantage of the fridge, microwave and kitchenette. The room was perfectly heated for winter. Easy to access the building and room with a PIN code which meant not having to deal with keeping track of physical keys. The room was large and had plenty of space for two suitcases as well as the desk and small dining table. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
