The breakfast was very good.Close to train station, palace plus much more. Staff were very friendly.Due to location of hotel I would recommend it as somewhere to stay but only for a couple of nights due to reasons provided

The room was very small with no where to put suitcases and so couldn't walk around to the other side of the bed easily. I found the decor of the room as in the colour depressingly morbid and the lighting lacking. A lighter colour would give the impression of the room being larger. Thats just my opinion though as others may like dark walls

Excellent location 20min walk from the harbour side, 10mins to the centre of Oslo and train station, very clean, huge room and balcony with amazing view (worth paying extra for) varied selection of hot and cold food in included breakfast, 24hr reception, luggage storage, large lobby area to chill out in and have a beer (purchased from reception) friendly helpful staff.

Their lift was a bit temperamental 😳, sometimes wouldn’t set off with only four people in and we were in the top floor so had to use it a lot so was a bit of an inconvenience that it was very easily over loaded and with it being a very busy hotel with coach trips and business people was constantly in use spend a lot of time waiting around, maybe it’s due an upgrade?

The breakfast is indeed very good. I missed some cake options though. Good variety overall anyway, with nice cheese, yogurt, bread and juice variety! The hotel is a 5 min walk from the central station and the Opera. There is absolutely everything near, such as markets, cafes, restaurants, souvenir shops and the city centre.

I would say the quadruple room wasnt quite what I had in mind. For the price, I wish there were 2 real double beds instead of a double bed + sofa-type bed. And the room was not as bright as it could be. The bathroom is pretty good but I wish there was more space in the bath cabin.

We cought the airport train into Oslo, the hotel is only a short walk from the station, quite manageable with 2 big suitcases. Because we arrived at 9am, we obviously could not check in, and the staff kindly let us store our bags while we went to explore Oslo. The hotel room was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable, with crisp white bed linen. The breakfast on offer was superb, with a great variety of choices of hot and cold food ( from cereal and muesli to scrambled eggs and bacon, with cheeses, cold cuts and salad if one chooses) The staff were all very nice and helpful.

Excellent location. Lovely rooms with plenty of space and comfy beds. Good breakfast selection. Great value for money.

Lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The staff here were so great and also let us check in slightly earlier. The rooms were basic, but we anyway were in town to explore and not be cooped up inside. Breakfast was fantastic and offered many options. Water pressure was really good.

. The couch bed in the family room was very uncomfortable.

We booked a family room and was pleasantly surprised at how large it is. We love the view facing Citybox with 3 large bay windows. Our room is spotless and very spacious, making it a godsend with our 3 large suitcases. Breakfast was superb and exceeded our expectations for the price we got for this room. Location is also excellent. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay again the next time we're in Oslo.

There can be more lights at the coffee table area or overall ceiling lights. It'll help when doing packing at night. A floor mat for the bathroom can be added to keep feet dry after coming out of shower.

Location was great. We reached it easily from the Central station. Two screens were waiting for us as self check-in. While we were trying to fill the forms, very energetic young lady appeared just behind the bar counter which is also the reception and she made the check-in. We had a very spacious room. The room was especially for handicap guests. The disadvantage of the room was being just opposite of the elevator. People waiting the lift made some noises especially in the morning.

Breakfast was quite varied but it was too crowded at 8 o'clock that we hardly find a table.

Fabulous location just a few minutes walk from the train station. Rooms were basic but modern and comfortable. The lounge area downstairs was very cozy and had a Table tennis table which my son absolutely loved. Breakfast was good. They gave us a late check-out and stored our bags for us after that. Very friendly and helpful staff that helped us figure out the public transport tickets.

The shower was terrible. Water kept switching from scalding hot to cold - the pipe was burning hot and I burnt my hand. A real hazard. Breakfast time got really crowded and was hard to find tables to sit down, though the hotel did warn us, and it was a Saturday.

We arrived after midnight, checkin was with bartender who was very helpful. We had used Porter Services to move luggage from Bergen to Oslo as we were doing "Norway in Nutshell" tour. Our luggage was secure in locked area which bartender got for us. We were directed to a room which turned out not to have been cleaned from last guest. Bartender gave us a different room which overlooked street. Was nice an quiet as we needed sleep from traveling since early previous morning. Breakfast was a large variety. Hotel was a few blocks from train station which we wanted as needed to catch train with our luggage to airport and did not want to haul luggage across town.
