The location is excellent, I had booked one of the rooms with a terrace and I was impressed, the shame is that I couldn't use the terrace due to the snow storm that fell those days.

I know that it is a hotel with few facilities, but from the description it was not clear to me that there is no place to have breakfast in the hotel, if you want a good breakfast you have to go outside. Another thing I miss is not having a kettle in the room, not having to go down to reception in my pajamas to have tea at night. 😅 But even with all this, I would stay at that hotel again.

Clean, warm, friendly, large spacious room, perfect for a snowy winter stay, 2 mins from train station, 2 mins from shopping mall, 2 mins to the shopping street, 5 mins to opera house, 10 mins away from Christmas markets

I can't recommend this hotel enough. The location is perfect...just a short walk from the Oslo Central train station and major sights like the opera house. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The hotel itself is modern and stylish, and our room was spotless and comfortable with a great shower. The self check-in process was smooth and simple, and every staff member we met was wonderfully kind and helpful. The free luggage storage was a huge bonus for our delayed flight, which made our last day stress-free. Highly recommend!

The hotel is perfectly located nearly opposite the central train station which the Flytoget train from airport brings you to. I knew the hotel would be basic but it really did exceed my expectations. The room was perfectly clean and had all you needed. There are snacks and drinks available at the bar but you are so close to all sights and restaurants that finding everything you want or need is easy. Trams and buses run frequently from just up the road and you are a five minute walk from the fjord and opera house, Munch museum etc. For me the staff made it, they were all so helpful, friendly and professional. Huge thanks to you all!

Its location was its best advantage. So close to the train station and shopping area. It’s a quirky funky hotel. Loved having an outside terrace / balcony overlooking the square from an angle. The shower was nice and big. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Overall was ok and comfortable. Nothing flash.

1. The rooms are pretty small. No space for lots of luggage.. 2. No cupboards shelves or draws. Only wall hooks to hang a few items. Like Coats. So can’t really unpack a suitcase. Lucky I had twin beds so my suitcase was on the second bed. 3. Not a shelf in sight in the spacious bathroom. No where to unpack toiletries. Only two hooks for towels. Not even a rail to dry the towels. Overall nice & modern but a very basic room. Minimally furnished. 4. Not sure why but the 2 nights I booked for in mid September were so expensive for a basic 3 star hotel.

The location is perfect. Every public transport line pass throught Oslo S (Jernbanetorget), so you can go everywhere very easily. The accommodation was very good. There was no noise. The heating system was working perfectly and the room was clean. Hot water all day around. There is enough room for two people to move around the room and sleep for a few days. Self Check in and check out through screen with instructions, loved it! Cleaning services every 4th day, so no worrying about service waking you up.

The room was missing a towel set but we resolved it immediately by telling the reception.

Excellent Location: just across the street from Oslo S, very convenient for those travelling by train; walking distance to many places of interest within the City Centre. Typical of Comfort Xpress, this is a no-frills hotel with limited service and amenities. Rooms are small, clean and simply furnished with neither wardrobe nor tea-making facilities. Hot Drinks & Snacks are available from the 24-hour Barception. Laundry Room on 7th floor and Luggage Storage Room near the Barception. Staff were generally responsive and helpful, which made for a pleasant stay.

Requested for Quiet Room but construction works at adjacent building started very early each morning, which disturbed my rest. Lack of storage for clothes and toiletries. Proper shelving, drawers and some extra hooks would be useful for guests.

Soft beds, rather big room and spacious bathroom. Great location, close to central station and opera. As they don't really serve breakfast there is a cozy cafe nearby, Spor av Nord. I would recommend this place

Had to think hard to find something I did not like. We had booked a three bed room, but there were only two hooks for towels in the bathroom. Considering the fact that every guest gets two towels, there's not too much space to hang them. There's a task under the basin but still - the bathroom would be big enough to install a couple more hooks.

The location is good and very close to the Oslo Central Station where we walked to the hotel. It closes to a convenient store and a shopping malls and most of the city sceneries so we can make a nice city walk. The room is clean and with modern design and many hooks you can hang on things. No electric kettle provided in the room but it is mentioned that you can get hot water in the bar at the lobby anytime.

The female reception was chatting with a guy when I asked for checking in and she did not say anything. Later on another guy came and gave us the door key immediately. And he also explained that the two rooms are in different level since the hotel was fully booked which we quite understood.

We only had 2 nights in Oslo and didn't arrive until late evening for the first night. The hotel could not have been easier to find. Exiting the central railway station via Karl Johans Gate exit, the hotel can be clearly seen across the road diagonally to the left. The rooms are clean, compact and perfect for a short stay. Upon arrival, the receptionist was very helpful about our queries regarding the local area.
