The breakfast was very good, and all in all it was a very good stay. The room was very nice, and there was not much noise from the outside.

At my arrival, the breakfast was closing in 15 minutes, and I only had time to have one plate and one coffee before I was asked by the staff to leave the breakfast restaurant because it was closing. That was not exactly value for the money. Would have appreciated the information that I also had to leave in 15 minutes, I thought the buffet was closing in 15 minutes, and I could sit down and finish my meal in peace. But no.

Lovely healthy choices for breakfast. Complimentary hot drinks in reception. Writing desk in my room. Three English novels to think about reading, one a good choice. Location ✅ On Storgata tram and bus stop. Surrounded by places to eat and buy stuff.

TV didn’t go for first four nights. I think the hotel should have followed up the next day when it was still not working and being proactive about potential solutions. After 4 nights without tv, I went and asked on day 5 for another room. I don’t think that they were proactive enough with paying customers about solutions or compensating customers if this (TV) is a home away from home activity for people on holiday. As a solo traveller I like searching for an English tv programme in the evening as part of my routine. I was staying for 6 nights.

Almost perfectly situated in the Oslo center near the train station, with the tram station in front of the hotel. Many shops and restaurants are nearby. All the staff is really polite and ready to help. The breakfast was one of the best we ever had and serving fika and dinner in the evening is a really nice touch, especially in an expensive city such as Oslo. There's also a coffee machine in the lobby that is completentary all day. The hotel has a rooftop terrace. The wifi was working great.

The lights in the room where not that good, almost non-existant, extremely dimmed so don't expect for example to read a book in the room. There was no safe in the room and the door didn't work exactly good. The cleaning is only done per request and you need to do it a day in advance. Also to prepare a breakfast meal to go you need to order it at least 24 hours in advance. Some might consider beds to be a bit soft. The cleanliness of the room could be a bit better in terms of dusting, while the cleanliness of the bathroom and towels etc was excelent.

I can't recommend this hotel enough. The location is excellent - convenient for exploring the city, accessible by public transport. It's not the most attractive part of the city but the building the hotel itself is in is actually really lovely. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good bathroom. The hotel provides an outstanding breakfast (literally anything you could possibly want) which runs until 11am on weekends. You are also provided with an afternoon tea and a nutricious evening meal should you wish.

We had a room facing the street in the first instance. There is a bar across the road which was playing extremely loud music - however it was Pride weekend so may have been more extreme than usual. We did have to request to change rooms (which was graciously given). If you are staying on a Friday or Saturday night it might be worth requesting an internal facing room. It wasn't nearly as loud on the Sunday night.

An incredibly comfortable bed and a spacious, quiet room that included most of what you need. I loved that cleaning was only done upon request, so you had access to the room all day without having to adjust to housekeeping wanting to come in and do their job. I always choose hotels without daily cleaning if I can. It is also good for the environment. The location was central and perfect, and breakfast offered a wide selection with something for everyone. I didn’t expect dinner to be included in the price as well, which was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

I have no complaints whatsoever! The only things that were possibly missing and could have made the room even more perfect were a safe, a bathtub, and a kettle.

Walking distance to the train station and there was a tram stop right outside the hotel which is great if you have an Oslo pass. Includes breakfast and dinner - breakfast was really good and situated in a spacious dining room at reception. The dinner is in the lounge on the 7th floor and it was quite busy and cramped. Not much choice but it's great if you're not too fussy. Our room had 2 areas and a balcony so there was plenty of space for us and the kids. There was a mini bar and coffee machine.

The hotel is in a run down area of the city. There wasn't much selection for the kids at dinner but there's a macdonalds just down the street! Not a lot of storage in the room for clothes ie drawers or wardrobe.

Comfortable beds. Rituals products (liquid soap and shower gel) are available in the bathroom. Our room had a view of the courtyard, so it was quiet. Excellent location, 3-4 minutes walk to the Oslo Cathedral, 5 minutes to the central station and 10 minutes to the Opera house. Tram and bus stop in front of the hotel. Tasty food. Breakfast is more varied and has more choices. For dinner there is a little less choice and mostly 4-5 different salads, main course and soup. It was more than enough for us. The dinner menu changed every day. In the afternoon, they serve coffee, tea and cakes - fika. A coffee and tea machine is available 24 hours a day in the lobby. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

The light in the room is too dark and there is not much space for a wardrobe (only hangers), but this is not a big problem (this is information for future guests). For us, the overall impression is excellent

This was an excepcional 2 nights stay, perfect to complete our 3 months of traveling thru many countries. At check in, we were offered an upgrade, that we were not sure if we wanted to take. Pilar (I believe that was her name, she is originally from Portugal) heard us talking, and quickly offered to show us 3 rooms to help us make the decision. We decided to upgrade to #408. A very spacious room, tastefully decorated, great lighting and very quiet. Wonderful confortable bed, pillows, nice linens and toiletries. The dinner buffet was delicious, sweet smiling Salom was very attentive making sure the line was always well stocked with the tasty dishes. Breakfast was outstanding, well presented with a wide selection of breads, including gluten free products. Many cheeses, smoked salmon, eggs, avocados, pastries, hot choices, veggies, etc. There was a 24/7 coffee/tea/hot chocolete station in the lobby and all the employees were always eager to make our stay the best possible. Great location. Close to the train station and the places that we wanted to visit. Oslo was the most expensive city on our 3 months travel but we felt that this hotel was worth our money. We would definitely love to come back to this hotel!

Very friendly, Wyoming staff at reception, breakfast and dinner lounge. Excellent food choices and quality - a great value and location, and comfortable bed and pillows and duvet.

Lighting in room was poor - no direct lighting except for bathroom and entry hall. Need more and brighter lights/options in bedroom area. A rack to place suitcase would be helpful so to not put dirty suitcases on bed! One light on bathroom mirror did not light up. Finally, even though I was there for just one night, 2 bath towels would have been nice. I didn't ask for more. But I think one bath and one hand towel is not adequate for 2 nights. These things are easy to fix!

Location of the hotel was excellent, we traveled from the airport by train to the city center and the hotel was very close by and easy to find. We stayed in a superior room and found it very spacious with good bathroom facilities. Breakfast was excellent very good selection could not be faulted.

Bedroom Lighting could be improved in the main room it was quite dark. Comfortable bed shame that there is a lot of noise from a nearby nightclub so between 10pm and 3am in the morning expect to get woken or very little rest. We noticed that at random times the air conditioning unit was making strange noises as well.
