Outstanding and plentiful breakfast and the breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was a little outside the center of Oslo but was easily accessible by metro or bus. Really nice area to walk or bike around.

Minor issue did not really impact the quality of our stay. The hotel might want to consider updating your breakfast hours on the sign. Case in point we were waiting for breakfast to open up as we had an early train to catch, it was a Monday, so I was expecting a 6.30 opening per the sign. Several of us were waiting for it to open not realizing it was on Holiday hours, so breakfast did not start until 7 AM., The front desk person saw several of us watching for opening but did not say anything. It would have been good if the sign said Weekends or Holidays the breakfast opens up at 7.00.

We were offered a room facing the courtyard and it was super quiet. Very comfortable beds. Superb buffet breakfast.

Zero amenities in the bathroom apart from a shower gel / soap dispenser in the shower and by the sink. Whilst I'm all for doing away with small plastic bottles, I do feel that they should offer hair conditioner and body lotion as a minimum. Was told by reception this is only provided in superior rooms ( we had a standard). Never experienced this before in a hotel where basic toiletries are only offered in higher room categories. Ended up nipping to the adjacent shopping centre for some body lotion although I believe high end products are available to purchase at reception.

The breakfast and the choices of it. You could ask for a nice cup of coffee during it if one from machine was not enough. The room was silent as i hoped for and thanks to that it let me get the rest i needed. The location also is amazing. Many restaurants nearby with reasonable prices, a gym, shopping mall and bus that gets you to city center in 30 ish minutes. The staff is also nice and tries to answer every question to the best of their abilities.

There was no room with bathtub (maybe in my price range) but other than that... Nothing comes to my mind.

I liked the room size, the bathroom size and the bed size. The breakfast sortiment was great. I liked the speed of the elevator and that you had to use the room card to use the elevator. I liked the short distance to public transportation and to the bus to the airport. Also the short distance to different shops. I liked that we got to stay in the upper floors as asked.

The shower pressure was a big disappointment. The scrambled eggs where like made from powder and almost like a soup. The TV kept shutting off. Really annoying.

The breakfast was absolutely excellent! It had it all :-D The room was good-sized with two(!) comfy arm chairs and a desk. The shower was really good with both a handheld mouthpiece and a large overhead one. There was also plenty of space for you luggage.The bed was also comfy and not too soft (I like beds tending towards the firm end of the spectrum). Another detail I appreciated was the main power switch for the room. It was the ordinary solution where you are supposed to insert your key card in order to activate the power. However, here there was already a card in the switch and all you had to do was to press it in a bit when you arrive, and pull it out slightly when you leave the room. No risk to forget your card, nice!

Actually a bit difficult to come up with something, but I guess the view could have been better. I had a room on the seventh (top) floor, unfortunately the building across my window was slightly higher so I mostly saw the other building.

The staff is very kind and helpfull. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the restaurant is very classy (that also means - not the cheapest, but the food is great). Location is great, residential area with lots of small restaurants nearby. Fantastic connections with public transport (both metro AND tram). Solid hotel gym. Deffinitely to be recommended.

This has nothing to do with the hotel, but rather with the complex in which the hotel is located; however, there was quite strong sewage smell in the basement parking garage (although not always). and in the room itself, despite this being in europe, it wos not possible to kip(tilt) open the windows (either normal open or closed). This is not a flaw, but rather my personal preference.

Excellent, (relatively) hard beds - it's rare for me, but I had no back pain all week that I stayed. Lovely, curated breakfast with local flair. Kind and professional receptionists.

My polite request, sent through Booking.com before the trip, to be put in a room close to the elevators was completely ignored, and I was put in a room that was literally THE farthest from the elevators with no explanation.

The buffet breakfast was the best we've ever had. On the first two nights the hotel was packed - we'd arrived on National Day, a public holiday. Despite this there were enough seats, a fantastic choice and everything was replenished rapidly. The hotel was in easy reach of Storo metro with departures every few minutes to the central area and beyond. Tip : if you are spending 3+ days like we did and over 65 the 7 day 'RUTER' pass for 177NOK is excellent for unlimited travel on the metro and Ruter buses and lines1 and 2 of the ferries out to the islands.

We requested a quiet room on a high floor but they only had a quiet room on floor 2 which was on the ground floor of a quiet courtyaard behind the hotel. However, it was very quiet, secure and, given the pubic holiday, we were pleased to have the room at such a good rate (<£100/night including breakfast)

+ The epitome of hospitality: Comfortable bed, calm atmosphere in the lobby, spacious room equipped with tea & coffee making facilities and built in iron & ironing board, mini bar, more than enough storage space & hangers, double glazed windows and of course award winning breakfast! The breakfast was phenomenal!!! At the lobby you can also find complimentary water fountain and tea & coffee making facilities. All staff were also very courteous, polite and willing to assist. I would never hesitate to return to this or any other hotel of this chain.👏👏👏

There was no negative during our stay but if have to find something I would say that the only negative points are that A) there are umbrellas to rent if you need one (30 nok for 48 hours); I would expect to provide them with some kind of a refundable deposit. B) No freshly squeezed juice during breakfast. However, due to the large amount of rooms & guests in the hotel maybe it is just not possible to provide it free of charge. These are minor details though and do not affect my overall opinion about the hotel. Can't wait to come back ❤️

Breakfast was fantastic with a lot of variety to choose from. Room and bathroom were a good size and the bed was comfortable, not too soft or too firm. Staffing that I came in contact with, spoke English. Public transportation was within walking distance and a shopping mall next door.

My only dislike was the distance to city center and even though public transportation is close by, it still took anywhere from 20-35 mins one way to get into center.
