It’s difficult to find the hotel. It would be helpful to place small signs or arrows on the street, or at least mention on the website that the hotel is located in building number 10. At 9 a.m., someone came to clean the room, but since we were still there, we asked them to come back later — even just an hour later. We were told that in that case, our room would not be cleaned at all.Breakfast the next day was exactly the same as the day before — even less.The view from the window was of a cemetery

My son was in Rikshospitalet, a short bus or train ride from Ulleval hotel. The hotel was in the grounds of the Ulleval Hospital. The room had everything we required and the breakfast was included in the price. It was a great location for visiting my son in Rikshospitalet. There was a very good evening meal in the restaurant as well. The hotel was very good value for money. I would recommend it for people in a similar situation.

No iron available. Clothes packed in my suitcase for the flight from Ausyralia were very creased.

A little difficult to find because the hotel is part of the hospital. Expensive parking, 390,- NOK for the night in the parking area.

Perfect for a short weekend stay. Accomodation was very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and polite. Very cute that is was part of the huge hospital although I did get a bit lost with google maps at night time trying to find the correct entrance to the hotel. Breakfast was very pleasant. Easy access to the city centre via a bus stop very close by

The main purpose of this hotel is for patients of the hospital, and for families of the patients to be able to be near them. What a wonderful service to provide! As a family member of a patient who was also staying at the hotel, this was perfect for me. As an unexpected bonus, my room was only a couple of doors away from their room, although I hadn't mentioned them when booking through an online booking agency. Did the hotel notice our names and put us together? Maybe! The front desk staff were all very gracious and helpful.

As many others have commented, the cafe food is not great. But we accept that because they have to make the menu to suit all patients' needs, both dietary and scheduling. This makes for bland food and tight hours, but that's a fair trade-off for the opportunity they provide for families to be together.

Not that central - you might want to use a taxi. Its located in a hospital complex. Probably not for a honeymoon stay but super for a short stau

I had some difficulties finding the hotel as I came by bus from Ullevål. The entrance of the hotel was on the back side of hospital. The first time I had to go through the reception area of the hospital to find it, with some help along the way from nice staff. When I got an overview from the room on 5th floor afterwards, it was easier to know where to go to take the busses. Not very easy to find unless you take a taxi there.
