Room was nice and comfortable, good amenities including toiletries, kettle and ironing board in the room. Breakfast options were good, quality of products was excellent

While we stayed at the hotel, the room was not cleaned despite the fact that we were not in the room from 9:40 to 11am, as well as in the afternoon. The reception and housekeeper were requested to do that, but no action was taken. This was very dissapointing to experience from such a hotel which should have higher standards.

The breakfast had an excellent selection, catering for all palates and nationalities. Very busy in mid service so wise to come down early. The staff were brilliant and nothing was a problem for them

It was unfortunate the the N33 a la carte restaurant was closed for our entire stay as eating out options within walking distance were limited. We were recommended a local place that served 'burgers and beers' but we didn't pack nice clothes to eat in a burger joint. Were therefore disappointed we couldn't eat in house. Bar meals were a limited choice of panini or pizza. We were told it is the quiet time of the year hence no restaurant, which seemed bizarre as the guests who turned up for breakfast were many. Some people were buying take aways and eating them in the bar area or in their rooms. Such a shame.

Excellently appointed and stylish room, very comfortable bed, crispy clean and good quality bed linen and towels, great with a leather armchair to relax in after a long day. Breakfast is great, including a cool seating area with nice views towards the Aker river. Bus and underground lines are a few steps away from the hotel, including a small shopping centre and nice cafés, and it’s close but not in the centre, which makes it quiet yet accessible.

I missed a gym with perhaps a sauna, although I’m aware that the hotel has an agreement with a gym around the corner, which is good.

The hotel was directly over the metro station, so travelling was very easy. If I would not have been so tired at the end of my cinders day, I definitely would have been able to get into the city with ease. The room was comfortable and so was the bed. Free coffee and tea could be got from the restaurant. Breakfast was delicious with plenty choices for every pallet. Bathroom was clean with all necessities supplied. The hotel was quiet, there were no disturbances from noisy patrons. There is a small shopping mall under the hotel as well, should you need anything. I would definitely book this hotel again

It was a bit of a trip into the city centre and there were only limited restaurants etc in the immediate vicinity. It was a pity that there was no pool in the hotel I did not enquire but there seemed to be only Norwegian channels on TV. The room was a little bit hot to my liking and it was difficult to set the temp lower. The hotel restaurant was on the expensive side

The hotel is nice and clean and is on a great location, very close to the subway station and close to cafés and restaurants.

The mattress was very soft, everything hurt in this bed. There is no real light in the bathroom, it is impossible for a woman to do the morning routine, as you can hardly see your face, some additional lights to the bathroom, close to the mirror would be quite useful. The towels were changed every day for an unknown reason, although they were hanged.

1.Very easily accessible using public transport 2. Provide complete toiletries 3. Got bathtub which is rare in Scandinavia I think. 4. Appreciate they put fruit for us to grab at the lobby. 5. Room is spacious. Bed is firm enough to my preference.

1. Bathroom floor is not heated 2. A guy receptionist told us that he puts us in a room higher floor. I asked if the room has a nice view and he said yes. But he put us in the room facing other windows. That's not so kind. And I don't like the lie. 3. A lot of clothes hangers but not enough hooks to hang. 4. Breakfast can be better. Too much dessert/sweet stuff and lacking of other stuff. 5. Not enough lightning in the room.

Hotel is directly connected to the metro to central, supermarket and shops. Next to BI where my daughter is taking an exchange programme. Near to restaurants and 24-hour bus service no. 37 to town and many attractions and places. Friendly counter staff and housekeeper providing useful information about Oslo place of interest. But not enough time to explore. 😅

No washing machines else can stay longer. Though the hotel provides laundry service at a fee. No microwave oven to heat up food in the hotel. The reason given was to avoid cross food contamination. 😔

The view was spectacular, the location was on point, at least for me, it's quiet, not crowded, and you have the subway right below the hotel, also is far from all the tourists so you can just enjoy the nature and some hiking trails nearby

The housekeeping has no standard, one day you can have good cleaning and the other nothing at all, overall the cleaning and housekeeping service was poor and not what I expected for a Radisson Blu Hotel

This hotel is extremely close to BI Business School. It takes 10+ minutes to get to the city center by metro. My room was fully booked, so the staff gave me a free upgrade to a larger room with a water view.

The location for travel/convenience/enjoyment was brilliant, such a vibrant area it's located in, perfect if you want to enjoy the weather with both friends and locals but also be able to go off on adventures using public transport; the canal beside the hotel is lovely, the breakfast which we paid for also was great. The room was a lovely size too, great for two adults, very spacious, a fan was supplied as the hotter weather was unexpected but very welcome. Great location as travel and shops are just beside the hotel.

Unfortunately the TV that came with our room didn't work very well and so was pretty much redundant, however we were quite busy outside of that so that wasn't too bad. Wish there were more vegan alternatives for the meats in the breakfast and that free tap water was provided when requested rather than be expected to rely on buying water from stores. Although me and another friend were given a room facing the canal side, my other two friends unfortunately had a smaller room with a lesser view and so enjoyed their room a little less, definitely would suggest to request the canalside view when booking.
