The accommodation was amazing! The location and neighborhood were great, and we absolutely loved the terrace. Everything was just as expected. The staff at the hotel where we picked up the keys were incredibly polite and welcoming. The city center was easily accessible by tram in just a few stops, and there were plenty of shops nearby, which was very convenient. One small suggestion: the WiFi password should be written somewhere in the apartment, as we forgot to ask for it and had to return to the hotel to get it. Since we didn’t have internet access, this was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a perfect 5/5 experience—we would love to come back!

the upgrade to 2 adjoing apartments - we had his'n'hers bathrooms (happy wife .... happy life !!!). very comfortable bed. loads of room and 2 balconies - sunshine most of the day. great location - close to shops and in particular tram, metro and bus stops for easy transport around the city.

the lift not working when we arrived and having to carry own luggage up to the 5th floor !!! going to the apartments only to find I had to wal;k to the hotel (10 mins) to pick up key cards. the tv only getting tv stations - no Netflix, amazon prime, ...

The property was centrally located and very close to the tram stop which made it very convenient to go almost anywhere in Oslo. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with a range of options from cold to hot meals, cereal and fruits.

The bathroom, more so the shower is very small with very limited movement possible whilst showering. The kitchen could do with detergent which wasn’t provided, which I had previously seen from reviews prior to check-in therefore this could be improved upon. The TV channels could be improved to include more English channels.

Very good location near public transportation and shops. Ample parking on private parking lot owned by Saga hotel/apartments. The studio was perfect for us a couple. It was cozy and the spatial layout was good. The kitchen had everything we needed like a can opener and enough tablewear and glasses. The appliances worked well. The apartment was very clean. Curtains blocked out the light enough to sleep in.

Great location. Comfortable bed and good to have a balcony. The janitor was doing some work on the property when we arrived. He drove me to the Saga Hotel to pick up the keys and then returned me to the apartments which was greatly appreciated.

Water pressure in shower was terrible, almost non-existent TV reception was very poor No dishwashing liquid - which is not conducive to keeping a clean kitchen area. Dishwasher tablets are not sufficient.

We liked everything: - the entire apartment for exclusive use, kitchenette, bathroom, TV, balcony - location in a quiet area, well connected to the city - hassle-free collection and return of keys at the Saga Hotel, which is located near the apartment - refundable deposit for the apartment in case of damage

The location was perfect. Right in the middle of "local" Oslo, the local shopping street with restaurants and shops within a 4 min walk. The apartment was very comfortable and nice to have a little balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Parking was the only negative point of this place. The Oslo parking sign system is very confusing. I asked several locals about the rules to avoid a ticket. There is a rule about parking too close to the corners, sometimes there is a tiny mark on the curb. Install the EasyPark app to pay. The hotel/apt has a few free parking spaces but one has to be lucky to get one. They give a map where to park, but it is more for the hotel and not the apartments. A good written explanation of the parking rules from the hotel would really help.

The apartment met our needs for our stay in Oslo. It was in a pleasant suburb, near tram stops and a good variety of shops.

We were taken aback when we went to the given address of the apartment only to discover we couldn't check in there. We were fortunate in having our daughter with us on this occasion and she was able to work out where to go to check in and get access. We are both in our eighties and thinking of other older people who may have been dropped off by taxi at Holmboes Gate, it could be quite difficult, especially as there did not seem to be any mention of that on the booking confirmation documents. We had difficulty in operating the dish-washer. Some instructions for appliances would be useful. Better lighting would improve the apartment.

Very nice location three minutes walking from the tram station. The apartment is renovated with a well equipped kitchen.

Just small details but there is only one double bed and the rest of the beds were sofa bed and were not so comfortable

Check in complicated by the distance to the hotel and not mentioned in the description. Lack of amount of provided free parking in a busy area, but public parking fee is rather low given the other prices in Oslo but hard to find space close by. Missing oven mitts and dish towel.
