It was very quiet well soundproofed and a nice little outdoor space , smart area

Only minor things - A bath mat would be good especially as shower doors are difficult to close and keep floor dry. I didn’t understand how to open the internal doors . I tried waving my keycard at them but someone told me you have to press the grey button - please put a sign saying push! Need more kitchen utensils . No can opener , no spatulas. Would be nice if you left a small detergent cube or two as your brochure says you leave some starter things (it also mention shower gel but there wasn’t ). As someone else has remarked the bed base is too soft. Everyone has different preferences but medium would be a good compromise . The location is smart but it’s a slight walk to transport and most shops.

We had a ground floor apartment with two bedrooms. One with a queen-size double bed and no windows (perfect for me who likes it dark), one with a single bed and large window. Both bedrooms closed off from the rest of the apartment with sliding doors, which was good enough to keep most of the kitchen noise from the refrigerator out and block the blue light from the heating controls. The apartment was clean and cozy, with enough space. It had an oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. The location is very convenient, with three bus/tram stops in a couple of minutes walking distance nearby.

There was nothing to complain about. It is possible to hear loud neighbors but nothing earplugs couldn't solve and it wasn't a problem. The sink in the bathroom was tiny and could have been a bit bigger. And a toaster in the kitchen would be great, too. But that's about it. Note: you have to bring your own soap for the bathroom.

Great apartment with easy access to city centre and other attractions of Oslo via several tram lines or metro, all around 10 minutes easy walk through a quiet smart residential area. There are also plenty of good shops, small supermarkets, and places to eat in the neighbourhood. Our apartment (2 Bedroom Superior) was spacious, light and clean, though maybe a bit too minimally furnished. Comfortable beds, small kitchenette with the basic essentials, large dining table, and a decent size shower room with a washing machine and drying rack. Communications with the rental company was very good, they only provide the code for the front-door and the key box once the apartment is ready on the day of check-in, but that all went efficiently. If you choose to stay here, we recommend Zio Pizza (10 min walk, take-out or eat-in) and the area around Valkyrie Plass for shopping in the local area

These are all minor points - we thought the apartment was great... Some of the information in the apartment folder about the local area was out-of-date (recommendations for businesses that had closed). There wasn't an oven tray for cooking, and it was complicated to switch on the oven until we found the hidden safety switch under the fan hood (details are in the folder, but would be easier to have something next to the oven). As others have commented, the shower design does tend to wet most of the floor, so a bath mat or better still a floor squeegee would be useful.

Good space, was well stocked and bed comfortable

The rooftop was cool but a little redundant use of space. Communication with agent was a little difficult as mostly auto-generated but was okay.

Very nice and quiet location, easy access to public transportation, nice and green surroundings. With WiFi, TV with various channels on the TV-box, washing machine, dishwasher and iron.

Slow response on my questions when i was in contact with the host during the application. Even the answers were too general and not always focused on my question. Moreover the hotplates and oven didn't work the third day and there was no Power box with fuses in the apartment. I contacted the administration of the property and they would send an electrician. After several hours of absense from the accommodation i send a question to know if the problem was resolved. They then confirmed that it was solved. I would expect a confirmation after the electrician had resolved the problem without me hading to send e message.

Quite neighborhood, but easy to reach the center by tram. Also shops and restaurants in about 10 minutes walking. Washing machine is available.

Parking behind the apartment is also charged on Sunday and at night. Parking on street is better. We got a request to pay again while we had already paid the apartment. In the apartment and the building it is quit hot.

The flat itself is very nice. Spacious and clean. We liked it a lot. We had 3 bedroom apartment. Location was ok. Tram and a bus come nearby and there were shopa within 10 min walk. The area is clean and very safe.

There is basic kitchenware which good but there is nothing else. No salt, no pepper, no baking paper. Also if you wanna wash laudry, you need to buy the liquid/power. The communication with the owner was not fluent. They did not send the check in info us automatically and I had to contact them to get the info, which was a bit stressfull since we were alreade on the way to the place.

The apartment is a good size and it was clean. The location is quite convenient. It is 17 minute walk to the tram stop and an area that has a few places where you can eat. There was a small supermarket about 5 minutes away. The washing machine was much appreciated and everything seemed to work well.

The bed was a little awkward as it was against the wall and when you showered you basically flood the bathroom, but it does dry out quickly. Just a word of warning and not the fault of the owner in anyway, but the parking meter does not issue a ticket so you really dont know if you have done it correctly. It worked for the first time, but the second time was not sucessful and we got a ticket.

I liked quick, friendly and easy communication with the host. The instructions on how to collect the key and enter the building were clear and understandable and everything worked without problems. The apartments are situated in a very quiet neighbourhood so we enjoyed a good night's sleep - which was important for us. One bedroom, though, has no window - that could be a problem for some but we handled it. And it was 15 15-minute walk to our conference facility which was great! By the way, just down the road from the apartments, near the Bislet tram station is a fantastic Thai restaurant -Tasty Thai. We recommend it! Overall, if I travel to Oslo again, I would be more than happy to stay in Majorstuen!

One bedroom without windows.

Everything is very well equipped and taken into account to the smallest detail. You can work or just relax in the apartment. The location is great, not too far away and not too close to the centre (it allows you to walk around Oslo a bit :)).

the instructions for entering the code were detailed on the one hand, but not precise in terms of how to enter the door code, as it turned out it was not obvious. it took us 10 minutes to figure it out and poke and prod to understand how it all worked.
