Room what I expected in terms of comfort level. Breakfast very good.

I booked a Premium Double x 2 single beds. When we arrived they could not provide so we had to take a lower level room to get two single beds. Not good. But after a conversation they gave us a small refund. Also it took along time to check in as two members of staff checking in a party of 25 with one of the party doing it and having to go off and get passports etc. They should have a seperate area for check in of large groups as this is a regular occurrence in this hotel.

The hotel is very close to both the train and bus stations. It was an easy 3 to 5 minute walk from both. There are approximately 20 steps down from the stations to the hotel and/or a steep ramp. The ramp was good going down but it was difficult getting heavy suitcases back up. We found that if you walk a little further and cross a rather busy road that there is a lift and escalator that takes you up to the train station. The room was very clean and comfortable and exactly as shown in the images. We had booked a superior room which has a shower over the bathtub. As I am 158cm and 70 years old I found it almost impossible to get in and out of the bath without trepidation. I requested a room with a walk-in shower and was quickly assigned a standard room which has the walk in shower but is slightly smaller. I was happy. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The staff was always very professional, friendly and helpful.

The Radisson Hotels do not provide adequate cupboard space. We stayed in hotels for 5 and 6 days at a time and it becomes tedious to constantly have to open and close suitcases because there is no where to put your clothing. I find this a design flaw. During this trip we stayed in 3 Radisson Blu, a Radisson Red and a Radisson Collection and the design of the rooms were similar and all lacked a draw or shelf inside a cupboard.

The view from our room on the 23rd floor was spectacular but you can see even more from the top floor gym on the 37th floor. The gym and the pool were almost always empty and quiet but well equipped - keep in mind the pool isn't very big but there's a water jet so you can swim in place. The water pressure in the shower in the bedroom was very strong. The breakfast options were very varied and the food very good. All staff was super friendly and we appreciated the option to store our luggage for free until it was time to take our train.

The bed was too soft and uncomfortable - it felt like going to sleep on deflating balloon. The bathroom in our room had underfloor heating but the room itself was missing this nice to have. We received a drink voucher from Radisson but only when we were at the bar were we informed that it actually couldn't be used for any alcoholic drinks.

The hotel is located very centrally and has direct access to the central train station. Very practical and good value for money. I actually really liked the elevator system, selecting your floor prior to entering. It's a very efficient system that avoided long lines and waiting times. The rooms are great and we had a great view overlooking the city. The staff was overall very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. Would happily stay here again when we return to Oslo.

During our stay we tried to reach the front desk from our room, but there was no answer on the phone. I tried again a little while later and there was still no answer. I eventually succeeded getting in touch, but I just felt for a hotel with a reputed brand name, situations like this should not happen. One other issue, although it was not problematic for us specifically, was that the shower/tub is a little awkward to enter, having to step over into the tub for showering. I think it would be greatly beneficial to have regular standing showers as I suspect for older people, this could be an issue. Other than that, everything else was great!

The location was great and the breakfast was very nice and varied. It's a busy hotel but the staff were still attentive. It was also warm and comfortable, and had incredible views across the city. The bed was also huge!

The parking was quite difficult. We had a big car and it was incredibly tight to go around the underground car park, with only inches to spare on each side. I'm aware that they do valet parking and most people will be travelling on public transport though. The room service options were also quite limited but there's a pizza restaurant attached to the hotel.

The lifts were cool. Breakfast was very good i liked the Norwegian parts that were added to it. I stayed on the 31st floor room 3122 and the view was amazing. The premium room with a fjord view was great! Staff were so friendly and I added this hotel to my radisson rewards to get to be a premium member. My room had a newly renovated bathroom and it was AMAZING!!!

I know it's nothing the hotel could do but the renovation noises were very loud. I woke up to noises from 7:30am onwards on one of the days of my stay. However, staff did say if it was a problem to tell them if the noise was too much which was very considerate of them!

Room was ready on arrival several hours before the advertised check in time which was massively convenient. Very comfortable, spacious room that I slept well in every night I was there. Strong WiFi throughout the entire hotel. Very kind and attentive staff. Location is unmatched with its proximity to the train station (which has great airport links) and the city centre and also quiet considering its proximity to both. Overall I would be more than happy to stay here again should I return to Oslo.

Breakfast was uncomfortably busy, even with the allocated time slots. The food was very nice but I'd recommend getting there early (I was there for around 10:00 - 10:30am) for a more comfortable breakfast experience.

The hotel is situated very close to the Oslo S station so it was very easy to come from the airport. It is also centrally located to all the main parts of Oslo like the Munch museum and the main shopping streets. The staff who greeted us were very friendly and tried to get us in as early as possible after coming in from early flights. The room itself was clean and very comfortable.

Not really a complaint but it did take a while to use the elevators because of how it was set up. We had multiple people in our group spread out on different floors so it was a little tedious to go to their room. But not really a complaint as I understand it is done for security purposes.

Lovely views from the bar at the top. Great location for visiting all areas. Clean spacious room. Nice to have a chair and table so we didn't have to sit on the bed, even though it was very comfortable! My husband enjoyed the coffee machine. Robes and slippers a nice touch. Loved the towel warmer and underfloor heating in the bathroom. One of the nicest hotels we've stayed in for a long time.

No where to put coats etc on before leaving the hotel without going further into the hotel. Ground floor bar has very minimal choice, wine, beer or whiskey. Could have done with a drawer for underwear, had to just leave them in a case.

Everything was great at the Hotel, the breakfast was delicious and we had the most amazing dinner at the restaurant. It was great that we could check out at 12pm especially when our flight left at 2:30pm. It helps so much having 12pm as a check-out time! The beds were comfy and the view was spectacular from our room and from the bar. The slippers and gowns are always the best part when we stay at the Raddison hotel.

The Towels hanging above the toilet were rather disgusting. When everybody flushes, with a seat open then it contaminates the towels you should never do that for hygiene purposes. The bathroom and bedroom in general we found to not be clean. The cleaning can def be improved.
