- Excellent location less than 5 min walk to the central train station, Opera House and waterfront. From the airport take the fast train (FLYTOGET) to central station and walk to the hotel. From the platform (13 or 14 ) use the first exit on your left, turn left and walk parallel to the platform until the flyover, turn right towards the traffic lights. The hotel will be 45’ on your left next to the bus stop. - Very comfortable and chic room. - Excellent breakfast. - Excellent staff. - On the way from the hotel towards the Opera House there is a restaurant called Dognvill they have fantastic burgers and milkshakes (was recommended by the hotel reception staff).

Wished if I had more time in Oslo.

The location of the Hotel was perfect. It was walking distance to ferry terminal and central station, but in quite neighbourhood. We had a room upgrade as they did not have the particular room type we requested. The gym facilities were the best so far during our Scandinavian trip. The breakfast was out of this world with a nice sprwas and quality ingredients. So many healthy options to choose from. There is something for every taste... You can even get Moeller's fish oil :) Overall very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend.

Good location for the central train station and access to trams and buses. Very good breakfast with an excellent choice to suit all tastes. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Lack of kettle. Whilst there is 24 hour tea and coffee making facilities available downstairs and a coffee machine in the room, I feel that the hotel should cater for their English guests by providing a kettle as standard in the room. We are a nation of tea lovers and coffee just does not do it. These were in short supply when I arrived, and I had to push quite hard to get one. I was unwell at the time, and needed hot drinks at unsociable hours and it would not have been practical to keep going downstairs.

Very nice and helpful staff, truly superb breakfast, perfect location for arrival and departure at central station, restaurants, and museums.

The bed was so soft I sank into it, waking up with a very sore back. Like sleeping on a sofa. Room was too warm for my friend to sleep and we couldn’t turn the air down. We called the desk for assistance but it rang and rang with no answer. The room’s window opened all the way to the floor, like a door to a balcony, but with no balcony, railing, or anything outside. Just the abyss below. On the 5th floor. I wish I had gotten a picture. It only opened maybe 20cm wide but I would not have been able to stay there if I had my small children with me. I myself was really uncomfortable around it. I’ve never seen a window open like that without protection in any hotel in the world.

Great and comfy bed! In general, great interior, silent fridge, nice bed linen, and enough room for the clothes and luggage. Nice and big bathroom with floor heating. Super silent! You could not hear a thing. Great view from the gym to the neighborhood area.

Check-in and check-out was okay without human interaction. But it was weird that you did not get a card holder with the room number on it. So you have to remember which of the +1.000 rooms is yours. The staff assisted on my departure day with the luggage room to store my suitcase. I think it was odd that they did not provide any tag or number. I could have taken any suitcase I want without identification.

Probably the best hotel where I have stayed in recent times. There was everything necessary in the room, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was working (important because we have stayed there when it was 28 degrees outside in Oslo), and the food at breakfast was good. The location of this hotel is superb. With all said, the price for the night is probably reasonable.

The only thing I can say is that it was sometimes quite crowded at breakfast. But maybe it is because everyone woke up at the same time.

menu for room service and dinner options at the hotel are very limited when we were not up for walking around due to jet lag, extra space that was advertized was very small, the room was overall smaller than expected, for those who do not have network access for phone call did not have any other options to reach the front desk except to go there in person which was inconvenient

It's very comfortable, good location and staff are very friendly. The breakfast is OK, there are no hot food options for vegans but they're is fruit and vegan yoghurt so I had that. Coffee machine in the room but you can get tea from the restaurant at any time of the day

We were on the 9th floor, it was noisy outside in the mornings and evenings. There is no air con and with the noise outside makes it difficult to sleep with the windows open. The breakfast room is very very busy

The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from Oslo Central Station and gives easy access to the waterfront. It was quiet and well-appointed. Check in was easy and our room had an adequate space. The bed needed to be a bit firmer for my nerds and I struggled with back ache after 3 nights. The room was well furnished and the shower worked well. Breakfast was excellent. The shutter bar served good food and drink although the food menu was limited. There are numerous options for eating and drinking close by if required. The in-house music in the bar could be a little intrusive for my taste. Buses and trams stop near the hotel.
