The property was big and spacious and had everything we needed. Check in was smooth and access straightforward. We had a duplex with two bedrooms which was enormous. The apartment was ideally situated to be well connected yet in a pretty quiet neighbourhood.

There is no air con. This is I expect not a problem in an average summer, July 2025 was exceptional; we did manage to keep the flat cool enough to sleep even in 30 degree heat. The check in was entirely digital even though we went to the bathroom fixed in person. This all worked perfectly fine with no hitches at all - but we perhaps missed the human touch.

Frogner House is in such an elegant neighbourhood which is well serviced by trams and buses, and with great cafes and restaurants nearby. It was close to but not right in the city. The apartment was very comfortable and having a kitchen and washing machine was great in the middle of our travels.

Lovely property with a lot of space! We loved the Frogner area and this was perfect. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again if we find ourselves in Oslo again!

No shampoo/ conditioner. Was fine because we brought some, but something to flag if you are traveling.

Nice apartment in good location

Have stayed here a couple of times and the only downside is it being massively over-heated on arrival - I start each stay turning everything off and opening all the windows, even in midwinter!

Lovely authentic pink building. Great location near to tram stop and a Meny supermarket which was excellent for self catering.

Needed to know to put card against door to lock it when going out.

Really nice area in Oslo to stay. 10 min walk to the main touristic areas. Personnel were nice and helpful during check in and check out. The apartment is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay. A very convenient 7-eleven is 50 m away.

As a suggestion, I would be good to provide more shower gel and shampoo, particularly for the day of arrival.
