It is well localized, close to different lines of public transportation. It is large and comfortable and has some style of itself. There are 2 bathrooms with toilets. The kitchen is well equipped.

The roof windows are very hard to open/close - would have been impossible without my height of 6 feet. Except of the French balcony door looking at rooftops, there is no view from the apartment. With the French balcony door open, it was rather noisy on Saturday, coming from the terrace of the restaurant below. There is no ventilation in the larger bathroom, thus the toilet is not nice to use there. The glass tabletop of the dining table is terribly noisy without mats or tablecloth. The beds are a bit clumsy with the mattress toppers significantly larger than the beds themselves. We do not like synthetic pillows, quilts and bedlinen - but this is personal. The visit to the garbage room at the end of our stay was one of the most terrible experiences of my life.

It was very clean, spacious, and had two separate bathrooms, even though the listing only mentioned one.

In addition to the extra bathroom not matching the original description, the apartment itself was a different layout from the one in the listing. The communication with the host was poor - we received at least three conflicting messages about storing our luggage before check-in before the host stopped answering entirely. In the end, we weren't able to store it as they had originally claimed.

The layout, furnishings, and view from the terrace are gorgeous and fun styling. The bed was comfortable and a good shower. Having a washing machine was brilliant and washing dried overnight. Location to trams and buses was brilliant for getting around city sites and dining. Local restaurants and bakeries are very handy and have good choices.Loved our stay and Oslo.

Would have been nice to have had some tea bags or coffee to use for the first day or late arrival. When windows were open at night, there was a lot of noise from bar/club patrons across the street.

Excellent location near Solli Tram and Bus stop. Five minute walk to National Theater train station. Wonderful neighborhood with a good selection of restaurants and Caffè s. KIWI and Meny supermarkets in close proximity.

Did not like the VANDER App that serves as a digital key and allows you to enter the apartment - It sometimes required numerous attempts to open the door and in essence only allows one phone/ person to open the door.

The location and the size of the apartment was great. Location is noisy but the apartment soundproofing was good. Communication with Bjørvika apartments was also good and prompt. Using the Vander mobile app to enter the apartment was unusual but worked well.

You need a phone that can receive SMS to enter the apartment (a requirement for the vander app.)That was ok for us but some overseas travellers may not have this. The door to the apartment was stiff/hard to open but worked ok with some more force.

Very large and well appointed apartment in quiet location close to city centre. Lots of character with quirky and fun design and furniture.

There were some initial problems getting access to the building and apartment since this is handled through a locking system on an app. There is no reception or physical key. However, online assistance was very helpful and effective and resolved the issues quickly.

The apartment with three bedrooms is indeed big, we were six people comfortably living there. The living room and kitchen are spacious. Everything is new and very clean. The staff is always kind and agile when I need to contact them, and the support is great!

I've stayed in these apartments many times. It was the first time that there was not even one roll of toilet paper when I arrived at 21:00. All supermarkets closed at that time. Additionally, there were not enough forks for 6 people, and some other kitchen items were missing (as support for pots or plates). Could use some more care next time.

The apartment was big, spacious and very clean. The location was close to everything. It was very easy to get in and out of the property. The hosts communicated well.

There was a very loud nightclub across the street, but that said with the windows closed most of the sound was blocked.

The location was so quiet yet easy access to services and public transit. Bed was comfortable. Towels soft and fluffy. Lots of pillows!

Salt pepper and sugar would have been appreciated but that is just me. Also coffee filters! Very small concerns.

Walking distance if you are in shape to places of interest. Close to taxi pickup and shuttle. Restaurants nearby. Coffee places and Seven Eleven nearby.

No human contact. While we understood the rental did not have parking on site, we did not get the help we needed to find parking. A rather lukewarm response was to find on street parking. It seems simple but not for tourists who do not know the cities parking rules. Fear of being towed the whole trip loomed over us. We had been communicated to about rules, how to check in, etc through email but it isn’t as hospitable as a person greeting you and offering you assistance as we’ve experienced in other countries or rentals. While you can google, AI things in this day and age, it’s not always helpful.
