Location is really great and very close to many nice areas. Very clean, confy and functional appartment and easy to reach.

The elevator was not working and we were on the 5th floor. This should have been mentionned to us prior. Eldearly people could not go up 5 floors with all the luggages. Luckily we are not old enough yet but hard tasks for us .

Easy to find and great location near palace, shopping, supermarkets and transport. Good online support and check-in. Good set-up with kitchenette and dining table. Detergent and dish cloths provided. Block-out curtains in bedroom. Free washing machine on site, and drying rack provided. Good bed, shower and wifi. Quiet, apart from a couple of noisy guests in the courtyard briefly on Saturday night. I'd stay again.

All pretty good. I'd have preferred some more natural light. The half sink in the kitchen was difficult to use. No curtain in kitchen so people could see in from the courtyard. The TV was in the bedroom so impossible to watch while eating. No sofa. The shower was excellent but seemed to be stuck on 'very hot'. (The staff have said they'll check it.) All relatively minor considering the price and location.

Frogner House is the perfect location to access all that Oslo city centre has to offer. The apartments are well appointed and very clean. The staff have been amazing throughout our stay, very responsive to questions and helped me find great restaurants and excursions. Checking in was a doddle as was the checking out. All in all a great spot in a wonderful city that allows you the opportunity to relax in quiet surroundings.

Seems a little picky, but the sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain very well, and the drains were a little smelly. I wouldn't let this put anyone off though, because the place is amazing and the service is secont to none.

The hotel is very well located, just a 2-minute walk from the Nationaltheatret train station. From the airport, you can take a direct train, and it takes about 30 minutes to get there. Karl Johans Gate and the Christmas Market are also just 5 minutes on foot. The neighborhood is very quiet, making it a peaceful place to stay. We booked a studio, which was very clean and cozy. The room was warm (22°C, but you can adjust the temperature to your liking). We stayed on the top floor, but be aware that the elevator only goes up to the fourth floor. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its comfort and excellent location!

Perfectly located by the Royal Palace and an easy walk down to the harbour or the main shopping area. Trams trains and buses ran right along at the end of the road. The apartments were clean, well appointed and good value for money. Ideal for sightseeing in Oslo

Just a lack of shelving space and could have done with some brighter lighting. The electronic check in took a little time to master.

Frogner House - Nationaltheatret are in the very good location in Oslo. You can get to any point of Oslo fast and reliable using the urban transport. The staff is friendly and helpful. When the room is available you can get the keys earlier. The room itself and bathroom were clean and well equipped. Water in the bathroom is warm but sometimes it is needed to wait for a while to get it heated.

Small note, sofa bed could have better mattress - you could feel the springs. However, for 3 nights stay it was acceptable.

Excellent location, across the road from the Royal Palace and 5 minutes walk away from Aker Brygge. Check in was quick and straightforward, ring the bell, a person answers and lets you into the building where you enter your details into a machine and it prints key cards. Apartment was small and functional, but fine for our needs. No issues with noise, quiet street despite the closeness to city centre. No issues with noise from other residents either. WiFi was very good. Didn’t need to use the lifts as was on ground floor, didn’t use laundry but it was there if needed. Kitchen was very small and nowhere really ti eat in the apartment.

We were absolutely delighted by the double studio we got for our 5 night stay. Everything was clean and modern and welcoming, and the location is absolutely perfect for visiting Oslo and the surroundings. Honestly we were flabbergasted by the price/performance ratio... The double studios seem to be very heterogenous (from 15 to 22m2, various situations and shapes) and I think we got the jackpot -which could explain why other travelers are less happy.

The studio was missing a microwave.

The location was perfect, easy walking distance from the centre and public transport. The room was spacious, comfy bed, and nice and warm while it was snowing outside! The hosts were responsive whenever we contacted them.

Check in was a bit difficult - the app key didn't work and the card machine said that we had already checked in, so we had to request a duplicate key instead. It was a bit annoying that there was no luggage storage in the building that we stayed in.

The location is excellent. Close to the Royal Palace, the park and around the corner from the Ibsen Museum. A couple of bakeries close by. The bed was comfortable.

The large studio was quite small for three adults. Only two stools provided. And a small sofa. Very little space for bags, cases etc. A wardrobe with a few hangers but no shelves, no drawers. Only one bedside table. We were on the ground floor, with big windows onto the street, which felt quite exposing, (even though the rooms were slightly raised from street level) but we kept the curtains closed all the time.
