Numa Topp is an amazing choice for anyone looking for a place to stay that's comfortable and stylish. It's located in a lively area, so you're close to local attractions and places to eat. Everything was beyond amazing. The space, the amenities, the kitchen, large fridge, everything in the kitchen. And then the balcony and of course let's not forget the fantastic espresso machine. And the location cannot be topped. Extra info for anyone who might be curious: The building and the units are wheelchair accessible. Like completely well adjusted. The only thing that might be hard to access is the fridge which is in a small kitchenette. But if you are a wheelchair user who can roll backwards for a meter or so, you're good to go.

The only thing I didn't like was how confusing the washing machine was. It finished washing and drying but the door did not unlock automatically. It took me quite a while to figure out how to work it.

1. The check-in process was smooth. 2. Room was spacious and well laid out. 3. It was self-equipped with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and kettle, and cooking range. 4. All amenities were provided. 5. Location is perfect. Great location, close to Frogner Park and walking distance to Karl Johans Gate from the Slottsparken entry. 6. Close to a lot of eating places and bars and convenience stores.

1. The fire alarm goes off if someone cooks without opening windows. If it happens at odd times, you must step out until it is resolved. 2. No human being for service. Every conversation is with the WhatsApp bot, which is efficient, but leaves you wanting human contact. 3. Trash is not cleaned on a daily basis, which is problematic for longer stays.

The place was nice, very clean, with one bedroom and one bathroom, everything you need. We three adults enjoyed our stay. Our trip was only a weekend, we stayed here for two nights. Small apartment on the 4th floo with separate bedroom and living room with comfortable sofa bed. Small kitchenette equipped with various utensils for preparing small meals. We only made tea and coffee, but had dinner in local pubs located nearby. Easy to get to the city center, as the accommodation is very close to public transport - buses and trams. Very convenient check-in/check-out - shortly before arrival, detailed information is sent via whatsapp, everything is clear and understandable, and very convenient, no need to worry about storing keys, because there are none. The apartment also has a balcony, which we used to enjoy our morning coffee. Good WiFi connection. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

As minuses, we would like to mention - the beds in the bedroom were too soft, - the kitchen ventilation worked too loudly, it disturbed the person sleeping in the living room.

It was a beautiful and comfortable stay. The flat had a balcony that we were lucky to enjoy as the weather was sunny the first day. The furniture was carefully selected and made good use of space and comfort. The bathroom facilities were excellent, and we felt as if we stayed in a 5-star hotel. The kitchen was equipped with exactly what a family needs to make breakfast and light dinners. Everything worked well and was well maintained. There was an abundance of what we needed to use: tea, sugar, salt, pepper, coffee, kitchen paper, toilet paper, toiletries, etc -- even olive oil for cooking. The utensils looked brand new. The flat and the communal areas smelled nice and fresh. The towels looked as good as new. We suffered with the parking of our car since there is nowhere free street parking lots and that was the only drawback. The parking fee is unfriendly and the parking specifics could have been better communicated with a "parking leaflet" available in the flat. We really liked the flat and wish we had stayed longer!

Great location, quiet and private just a couple blocks from the palace grounds. A bit of a walk to the waterfront but it's good to get the exercise (you could use the trams if you chose to). The staff was very friendly and eager to help. Very clean building and clean apartment. Perfect for 2 people, everything you needed to make basic meals. Olive oil was a nice touch. Nice to have access downstairs to an extra coffee pod or salt/pepper or laundry pod or clean towels. The 4 pillows was appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it! Almost forgot to mention the wonderful bath amenities, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion!

Clean, well equiped room with all the basic kitchen needs. Which were clean and very well looked after. Provided oil, tea, coffee and salt &pepper. Lots of space. Good location. Very easy check in and check out. Storage lockers and amenities storage if you require anything extra like towels etc.

It’s very hot and there is central heating which you can not turn off. We had to open the windows and keep them open all day and night to stay cool, unfortunately there are 2 bars located below and on the weekend it was very noisy till approx 3am. If they turn off the heating or provided room fans this would be a higher score. But with direct sunlight it just became too stuffy.

it was noisy, there's a restaurant and a bar next to it. We had bad luck there were some parties during the weekend, it was really loud. During the week was ok. the fire alarm triggered just from turning on the electric heater in the TV room, it's extremely sensitive. There's a sign they ask you to open windows if you want to cook anything... cleaning in the bedrooms could be improved, it wasn't properly sweep.

The hotel was great - the rooms were spacious, high ceiling, the kitchen facilities were pretty good. I really liked the app-heavy approach of the hotel where they let you do check ins, outs and all the communication with the staff over the app, web or even whatsapp. The staff was super helpful and helped us multiple times.

We had issues with our washing machine and the staff couldn't help us with it (they tried though). I figured it out eventually and the problem was very unusual. It's hard to put it against the hotel but rather it was just an unfortunate event.

Apt. was clean, in a good location (15 min walk to metro, few min walk to bus stops, 25-30 min to central station area) and provided with full fridge/freezer, utensils/dishes, some coffee, stove top, dishwasher, even a washing machine in the bathroom (that we didn't use). Everything is basically 1 big room. There was a small table and lounge chair as well. Communication was pretty great, they even have a whatsapp #, and brought a fan (there's no AC) when we requested 1. There's an elevator. Building is all tourists rentals. Saw a cleaning person every day doing things.

There was no AC, everything is 1 big room and the shower was pretty small. I know the EU thing is no boarder between shower and floor, so everything gets wet, but that always drives me nuts. The floor is always soaked and in this case, it was very tight in the shower itself. It is all electronic entrance with codes (front door and apt. door).
