The house itself was classy and my one person studio was very cosy. I expected it to be smaller, but it was just about the right size! And the bed aaaah! Just perfect: not too hard/not too soft and enough pillows to choose from.

The shower temperature was a bit tricky: it was either extremely hot or very cold if you tried to adjust even a little bit. Probably something that only needs a little fixing but I was only there for 3 nights over the weekend...

Fantastic location, very easy to get to via public transport, and close to lots of cafes, restaurants, shops, and places of interest. Large room with excellent facilities, and the bed was very comfy. Would stay again.

It was very warm when we visited, and unfortunately there was only a small fan and the windows didn't open very far. This meant the room got quite hot!

Great location. Other than an oven, had a fully functional kitchen in the room.

Was confused about laundry offered. Thought the only laundry had to be dropped off at their main office a few blocks away. It was only when I picked it up, and their laundromat service overcharged me for extra services I hadn’t ask for (dry cleaning and ironing), they also informed me there’s a washer and dryer on my floor. My bedroom window had a nice view but means it overlooked the restaurant, so it was noisy at night with the window open, but thankfully quiet with it closed. And thankfully it also came with a small oscillating fan. (I stayed in summer, when it got a bit hot.)

Location is perfect, easy entry, clean and comfortable room. Bus stations are 70metres from de door. Kitchen is well equipped, bathroom is okay. Cafes, restaurants, shops, embassies and attractions in the area,

Great location 10-15min by bus or tram to the city center. Bus station in front of the apartment. Clean and comfortable room/beds. Eventhough there is no physical reception within the building, we easy managed to check-in at the machine. However, be aware that there is no phiysical staff at the location to directly talk to, so if you have some questions you will have to call or to send E-mail and wait for a feedback.

The room was ideal for a solo traveler and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and hygienic, with all the essential amenities provided. The kitchen included a wide selection of utensils, cutlery, and a microwave. The location was also excellent—the bus stop is just 100 meters away and the tram station is about 300 meters from Frogner House, making it easy to access the rest of the city by public transport.

The phone line that is avalibe 24/7 was really helpful. They told us about BOLT app that help us a lot with getting super affordable taxi (under 10e). They were super kind, and spoke good english. The room had space, kitchen had everything except the cutting board. The bed was so so comfy. The bathroom was also practical and a nice design. The architecture of the building is breathtaking. The check in and check out is nicely done in the end of a hall right when you walk into the building. The luggage room in the basement was also helpful. The bus line 30 and 31 can get you into the city center right from the Forgner Kirke stop, which is just across the hotel infront of a church.

Most of the sights are 15 mins away by bus + a bit of walking. So it's not super near the main sights (but it is close to Vigeland park, which is super nice).

Check in process didn't work for me. After a long trip coming from San Francisco, you really don't want to have to deal with a digital computerized screen check in system. It was later than 10.00pm. Foreigners coming from far away don't always have a way to call local phone numbers. A real person at the place would have been more welcome and more helpful. I was chocked by the tiny size of the room. Online room pictures show bigger rooms.

It’s a beautiful residential building in a really nice and quiet neighbourhood. It’s not in town but it’s only a 10’ bus ride away. And there is plenty of restaurants 10’ walking from the house. The room (it’s not really an apartment) is nicely decorated and it’s all new and shiny. They don’t clean the room but they change the towels every 3 days. The kitchenette is useful if you want to make a cup of tea or keep something in the fridge. I wouldn’t cook in there as it’s not even a studio but a hotel room. Also it’s very easy to do the check in. You don’t see anyone, but you don’t really need to

Nothing to complaint really. Perhaps it’s not super central, so if you want to walk into town it would take you about half hour. Also they could have cleaned the bathroom when they change the towels

I have stayed here before and like the kitchen set up, room size and the location is pretty good. The free washing machine is an added bonus.

I do not find the dryers work that well. A drying rack in each room would be very helpful. A bit of info re transportation in the room would also be helpful- perhaps a map from the tourist office for tram and bus lines as well as info re buying a transit pass- it is the best thing for tourists to have.
