This hotel is small, cozy and inexpensive - very comfortable and met our expectations to a tee. Overall we had a very good experience at the hotel. The staff was very nice, accommodating and helpful - especially Michel. It is well located, on a small and quiet street about 5 minutes walk from a central public transport station (Sulli) with trams and buses to everywhere in the city. As we like to walk, we found that many of the major sites in the city were within walking distance (especially the port - about 10 minutes away by foot). The concept of the hotel and the chain it belongs to is sustainability - so everything is ecologically responsible, recyclable and the likes. The hotel offers an impressive lineup of toiletries and similar products, all environmentally safe. We especially liked the bamboo toothbrushes, which were excellent! The room was very cozy and utilitarian. Although it was small, in was furnished well and in good taste. It did not have a refrigerator, however the staff happily stored things for us in the kitchen's refrigerator. Coffee and tea are offered in the dining area free of charge round-the-clock. As far as value for money - we were very happy with this hotel and would definitely stay here again on future trips!

The room we had was small - we opened our suitcase between the bed and the wall, leaving little space to move around! There was no closet in the room , although there was a rack to hang clothes. We would have appreciated a refrigerator in the room. The vent in the bathroom was not working, so the room was very humid. Breakfast is offered in the dining room but for a high price!

The hospitality was superb. We love to travel. We have stayed in many hotels. But the lady Carolina who cleaned our room was super amazing. We had a baby with us and the room was almost always messy. She took extra initiative and folded our laundry, cleaned our room thoroughly and made the bed. We were very much surprised and happy. Thank you for the service. The food at breakfast was totally organic. The reception ladies were always helpful. The location is very central and you get everything (including a cheap self service laundry) near the hotel. The bus no 21 leaves just seconds walk away from the hotel door. Everything was super smooth.

The entrance should be a stroller or wheelchair accessible. This was the only and most inconvenient part of our stay. The reception ladies always helped to get the stroller up and down the hotel stairs. Still it's a bit inconvenient.

Whether we took an Uber, taxi or walked, it was easy to get to wherever we needed to go. There was a sweet wine bar/cafe on the corner with very friendly staff and customers. Front desk people were exceptional - so helpful with directions, recommendations and dealing with the arrival of our lost luggage. Loved the large door to the balcony and the air at night when the days were almost hot. Electrical connections for recharging were handy, WiFI worked very well.

As for the bathroom's rating...the sink was shallow so we felt we splashed too much. I used a washcloth to try to help with that. I also missed having a bath mat for exiting the shower, again, I hate to add water to a bathroom. We did not use the breakfast option so I can't rate all facilities, a sauna was mentioned but not the rate so we didn't use that either. I was warned before traveling that the room was a "single" which I took to mean the size of the bed. Fortunately in this case, our luggage was delayed so we still had plenty of room to move around. The following night when we did have luggage we had made adjustments but the meaning of "single" became clearer. :)

I really liked this hotel it felt very calm. The staff were all friendly and seemed to be enjoying their jobs. The room was airy relaxing and comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet residential street, but is close to active city life. It was also extremely easy to get to from the airport with a train stop a short walk away. I would definitely use it again

I had booked and paid in advance for a family room with two separate beds for myself and my son. When I arrived the room I had booked had been taken and I was instead offered two separate rooms (which were next to each other). In the event this turned out to be fine and we had a very good stay. But had my son been a few years younger this might not have been ideal. But I must say the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

The location is great, it’s near one of Oslo’s train stations and also near bus and tram connections. The decor is lovely and the staff were really welcoming. The room was beautiful and really comfortable.

We went for one of the smallest rooms which was cosy for just one night but you w oh so probably want to upgrade for multiple nights. The breakfast was ok but I did expect more from the hotel breakfast, as we stayed in the Guldsmeden hotel in Iceland which was incredible. The breakfast room could also do with some improvements, as it wasn’t an especially relaxing environment for breakfast.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. Decor is very stylish and cozy. Also lots of toilettes for use which was nice and convenient being as though the airline lost our luggage. I also loved the location. Tucked away on a residential street I was able to get more of a local European vibe while also super close to everything!

No air conditioning but they did accommodate us by providing a fam. Rooms and bathroom are pretty small but what it lacks in space it more than makes up for in comfort and style.

Cozy boutique hotel with a nice breakfast and friendly staff. Oslo has lots of hotel chains, and this place feels like a refreshing break from that in a quiet neighborhood. The room was small, styled in a cute boho way — overall good value in an otherwise expensive city. Carmen at the front desk was so warm and welcoming to us after a long day of travel. Easy 10 minute walk to catch the train back to the airport

The sauna was under repairs while we were there but the staff was very kind and accommodating — they got in touch right away and offered us a free breakfast to compensate. The room was a little bit tight but totally fine for our purposes; there was plenty of light, and a desk by the window where you could get some work done.

Staff very helpful and loved the sustainable aspect of the hotel. Excellent breakfast well worth paying for with very high quality and tasty ingredients and a wide range. Very relaxed vibe too and rooms are very well-equipped.

My room was opposite a block of flats across the road where they could see me. Also there are some sea shells hanging from the bed which are noisy and a bit annoying. Otherwise there are no faults.

Bed lights, decoration, details. The room was small, but cosy. Eco-cosmetic products. Free coffee and tea. Quiet place. Early check-in without hesitation. Nice and helpful staff. Location near to the sea, harbor and promenade.

It was not possible to open the window fully which makes the room very difficult to air. Almost too little place to move for more than one guest. A little too soft mattresses.

Interior is extremely cosy and characteristic in and around the hotel. When you book the spa, you get the whole spa to yourself, which was extra special. Staff were helpful & friendly! Breakfast was delicious!

Rooms had no extra facilities - no fridge, no kettle tea or coffee. Room was very small and couldn’t unpack our suitcases to no wardrobe space. Bathroom in room needs updating, a few things broken.
