The location is excellent, across from a park in the center of the city. The rooms had quality furniture and bathroom products. Our room faced into a central atrium and was very quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good, and included a specific section of gluten-free products (made my celiac husband happy).

Even though we booked a deluxe king and were told we were upgraded to a junior suite, the room, while furnished at a high quality, was not very spacious. Though we had a sofa, coffee table, and two chairs, we had little room to open our suitcases and still maneuver our way around the room. Closet and drawer space was scarce, so the sofa and chairs got mostly used as clothes racks. (That being said, I think it's generally hard to find spacious rooms in Norway, and we were overall happy with our stay and would recommend the hotel.)

The reception staff were really friendly. Bed was really comfortable. Rooms were nice with a little welcome treat. It is in a brilliant location.

We were at the front of the hotel and there was loud music playing outside until the early hours of the morning every night - even Sunday. We were right above the restaurant so could hear tables and chairs moving first thing in the morning. The restaurant only does pizza. We got margaritas and it was like very expensive cheese on toast.

The room I stayed in was very recently updated and renovated. Very cosy and well decorated, really comfortable bed and an incredible waterfall showerhead in the bathroom. Breakfast options are very good - eggs cooked scrambled, fried, boiled or omelettes all available, plenty of cold meats, cheeses, fruits and cereals. Staff in the hotel are all very friendly and helpful and always attentive and engaging.

Even though the shower is excellent and is like standing under a waterfall, there is nothing to stop the water spraying everywhere in the bathroom, so it very quickly becomes covered in water. My only other issue is that the new part of the hotel (where I was staying) was obviously only just completed or still under completion. There is a VERY strong smell of paint fumes in the corridor and the room - a small detraction to staying in a great hotel (and clearly it won't smell that way for too long)!

Location was perfect. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve been offered anywhere. The staff were cordial and competent. Excellent pizza!

It was a bit noisy. And the floor coverings in the room and in the hallway are uneven and I tripped entering the bathroom. There were no grab bars in the shower. We were a bit surprised that the only food offered for dinner in the restaurant was pizza and gelato, but both were excellent.

Amazing central location convenient to everything. Minutes away from métro stop for the train that goes very quicly to the international airport. Interesting old building that retains an early 20th century theater dwith stucco décorations. Beautiful, fresh renovation. Luxurious, lavish breakfast that is a beautiful experience in and of itself. Wonderful staff! So very helpful! Perfect!

Location was excellent.

The arrangements for the bar. We tried to get a drink one night but there was no one serving at the bar. We waited 20 minutes but no one attended the bar. When I raised this with the hotel receptionist he said that the hotel didn't control the bar. He didn't do anything to resolve the situation. We then went to bed. An unsatisfactory situation.

I was staying at Deluxe King room, but it seems my room was at the cornered and lighting was somehow a bit dim. Comparing to my relative's room who was staying at the same type of room but on the upper floor. Otherwise everything was ok. Thank you

Central, walking distance to great places. Close to public transport. Reception was very nice and helful, gave us great recommendations for places to visit and local vegan food places to try. The bedding was AMAZING, super soft and comfy, made it very hard to leave the bed and explore. Room was spacious and beautiful. Would absolutely stay again. Breakfast was included which was a nice treat.

Wish we stayed longer.

Nice location, in walking distance to most places I needed to visit during my stay. Service was really good, no issues with anything. Room was good, clean and overall a good experience.

Not much comes into mind, I was a bit frustrated that I could not get lunch at the hotel - but in fairness there were many places very close by.

Great location and absolutely charming atmosphere

The shower wasn’t separate from the toilet and sink, so the entire floor was wet and became a slip hazard. Wish we could have seen the area all decorated for Christmas!
