Breakfast was great! Despite us already booking a lovely room with a view from the higher floors, the hotel upgraded us further - which we really appreciated. We really enjoyed the breakfast - thought it was fantastic.

The check-in was terrible, specifically the time to process about 5 people before us. We waited for 20 minutes. The people in front of us and behind us commented that it was worse than being at an airport. We did not understand why the process took so long. When it came to our turn, we were asked if we wanted to become members, and we both quickly replied no as we were exhausted and just wanted to go to sleep. Maybe not very nice from us, but something was not right in the check-in process, that we strongly recommend Radisson looks at.

Very good price for Oslo/Norway, excellent room, view, breakfast

I didn't like being put on floor 22, and having to walk up 1 flight of stairs with two 32kg suitcases and other baggage. This was odd, and if you are going to do this you should ask in advance how much luggage I'm bringing.

Loved the room and the view was great. Especially at night. Staff were brilliant and super helpful.. Beds comfy and eooms clean.

Breakfast room to busy and couldn't find a place for 2 of us to sit without fighting for it. This was 9am. Not necessarily the hotels fault as such as they can't control how many guests are there at the same time. However, there were people socialising and chatting who had finished eating and maybe at busy times, there could be announcements during busy periods asking people who had finished to leave and maybe socialise in the lobby bar. We decided to go out and have breakfast rather than fight for a table even though we had paid for breakfast. Spoilt and marred what otherwise was a lovely stay.

Great locatie near Nationaltheatre. Very extensive, fresh and good breakfast. Nice swimming pool and gym facilities.

Rooms need an upgrade. Carpet is dirty and really old.

This may not be the cheapest option for a stay in Oslo but then again Oslo isn't the first choice if you want to go somewhere cheap. I think this hotel is a great place to stay for several reasons. First of all it is really close to all kinds of transport and sights (including the Royal Palace). The hotel itself is really clean, has a nice decor and the rooms are quite big and include a fridge and teamaker. The beds are perfect and so is the bathroom. The food in the restaurant is great even though there isn't a whole lot of choice. It is a pity that the restaurant is downstairs because the view in the Summit Bar at the top is brilliant (and it would be great to eat there as well). The hotel has a nice pool and sauna (it is a bit weird that you have to go into the seperate-sex changing room to get into the separate sauna's) and there was almost no-one there during our stay. Oh and there are loads of extra towels in the changing rooms. And the breakfast is really something else! There is so much choice I haven't even tried everything. And as we were there on the National Holiday there was also a lot of extra cake and strawberries (and it all tasted great!).

Housekeeping forgot to get us extra toiletpaper but that was easily remedied by asking the staff. And for some reason there is an ironing board taking up most of the space in the only closet.

Great location near to transport links for hikes and shopping. Great view from the room and room was a good size. Brilliant spread at breakfast with a variety of options. Staff were quick to rectify any issues. Saunas were gendered and peaceful and relaxing with a bucket and water available.

My body wash hadn't been refilled before my stay and my toilet was draining slowly (I thought this was just they way it was supposed to drain) until it blocked one day. The pool area was always full of children and there is not much space to change. Unless you have a robe, you need to use that space to change after a swim/sauna.

Great location and great views from 9th floor family room we had, which was comfortable and nicely fitted out. The pool in the basement was great to have, and the breakfast was very good with a huge selection of food on offer. Public transport was excellent with a tram stop right outside the hotel. We loved Oslo and all it had to offer.

The ladies’ changing room for the pool was very cramped, and the corridor leading to the pool could do with a facelift. The walls are a little thin and noise from neighbouring rooms was a bit annoying on one of the nights.

I booked a premium room with a fjord view, so it was a lovely big room. They had decaf coffee and a coffee machine which i appreciated in winter. Great view from room. Food ordered from restaurant is good and they catered for my dietary requirements. Kitchenette and bathroom is well stocked.

You can barely see the fjord so i would not pay extra for that but overall view of royal palace was lovely. I asked at the restaurant to fill my jug with water as i do not drink from the bathroom taps and the lady was very rude and advised that they drink tap water. i didnt have an issue with the quality of tap water, i didnt want to drink water from the bathroom so i found her to be culturally insensitive. I ended up filling the water bottle at the breakfast area after that. They charge 100 krone if you want your food delivered to your room, so i opted to fetch it myself as it was just a matter of taking a lift to the ground floor and paying 100 krone didnt sound reasonable.

The hotel, staff and stay was good. Breakfast was a bit strange setup - it felt like being in a camp. It is a big hall with tables in rows and a few stands with breakfast items. I don't know maybe it was temp due for some reason but not a good atmosphere.

Breakfast location or hall they set up. it was like a school canteen.
