I stay here 4th or 5th time so know this place. It’s not far away from the bus station, and very good staff at breakfast.

As we came late after delayed flight I wanted to rest in sauna (it was the reason for booking this place!) but nobody told me wile checking in that it doesn’t work ( If I knew that before I would book another place in walk distance from Oslo S as I had big suitcases and baby with me. When I came at 7am to the gym I saw that it’s not working, when I asked the person at the receptionabout the time for fixing it, he answered me in a rude tone as it was me who broke it. Also it was very cold room the ventilation worked without stopping

The room was big enough, modern.We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the staff who fulfilled all our requests regarding the room, providing us with a room with a bathtub instead of a shower, an electric kettle and a balcony. The hotel has a great location and amenities such as a modern gym and sauna. The machines are new and in excellent condition. The sauna is very soft and works until late in the evening, so you can relax before bed. The breakfast was delicious. Overall it was an incredible Easter weekend thanks to you. We will definitely be back.

After lunch, the ventilation system in the bathroom turned on automatically and there was no way to turn it off.

20hrs Huge Lobby / bar Area was excellent. Free Coffee in this area is a great idea. Little Shop is interesting Breakfast was excellent Location was excellent with public transport. But i was always walking to the attractions. Room had Coffee making facilities/ kettle / tea coffee bags/ iron / safe/ fridge/ warm cosy room / floor heating in the bathroom / plenty of EU Plug points

One of the receptionist at the check in didn't provide much details.. Not provided to Wifi Details which the receptionist do as usual. But the other receptionist were very helpful and provided all the info that we asked

Friendly and helpful staff, great location in a peacefull part of town where good number of locations to visit are in 10-15 min walk. Train station from the airport is 10 min walking distance, and there is also public transport near by. Breakfast was great with great variaty of food. If we come back to Oslo we would for sure look to book here again.

There were no closets to store clothes and luggage, but there was clothing rack were we were able to store jackets. On the other hand we were in economy double room, so maybe that's the reason.

Everything! Location is great the palace gardens are a short walk away is the heart of the city! We were walking around late and it felt safe. It is mostly business buildings nearby but historical buildings ensure nice vibe. Now the breakfast- that’s a great experience! One of the best and there’s also a steam room/ gym!! Staff are so lovely, they are all very attractive and smartly dressed with very pleasant manners. I was delighted with stay. Would return in a heartbeat.

Comfortable bed with a clean bathroom. The breakfast was the best I have EVER had at a hotel, and I travel a lot! The staff working the breakfast room were extremely fast and efficient, keeping the food selection filled. They even had several choices for gluten free. Dennis at check in was very helpful too. Location was important. Near the subway, 15 minute walk to the wharf, and 8 minutes from the Royal Palace. We saw a free Oslo Philharmonic concert at the Royal Palace!

The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was great! The room was equipped with everything you need: kettle, coffee, tea, fridge, iron and ironing board. The bed was great, I slept very well.

We had a room on the 2nd floor, and the view outside was obstructed by a billboard advertising events hosted by the hotel. I don't understand why they chose to put that billboard in front of the room windows, instead of putting it lower down, above the hotel entrance, or on the hotel.

Staff was uniformly gracious and helpful; hot water is immediate and plentiful. Hotel is in a good location for access to Oslo's sights. The breakfast buffet is great

When the hotel is full the buffet space is too small and breakfast feels chaotic. The rooms are very small and hard for two people to share. Some poor design decisions compound the problem. More shelves in the bathroom for toiletries and a second luggage rack rather than a pullout bed would make a big difference

The hotel is located in a very central location, very convenient to walk around the city but also close to many tram and bus stations. The rooms are average sized, they have iron and ironing board and rack to hang the clothes. At the reception you can find fountains to fill your bottle with water, as well as coffee, which was very much appreciated. The breakfast was nice and with great variety.

The temperature in the room was quite low and I was not able to increase it myself (had to ask the reception to increase it for me a couple of degrees). Also, the breakfast, even though it was nice and tasty, it was also very crowded, especially during the weekend, and it was very difficult to find a table. We tried several different time slots (around 08:30 and the next day around 10:00) to see what is best, but it was almost no difference.

We were a family of two adults and two children (9&10 ) traveling. The front desk staff were all so nice and super helpful. Having to check out really early (0530) the nice lady at the desk put together to-go breakfast boxes for us since we were missing breakfast. The free breakfast was GREAT! The location was good within walking distance to restaurants and a small market. Easy walking distance to a bus stop and also the waterfront for ferries. Great value.

Our family room only had a window to an interior hallway and the room was slightly stuffy and needed some air flow. (The great front desk staff got us a fan to help though!)
