- awesome location — 2 min distance to an absolutely charming Sognsvan lake, 2 min to metro, 7 min to a grocery store (Kiwi) - fantastic buffet breakfast with healthy components (was surporsed to see linseeds, chia seeds, fruit smoothies, natural syrups in the buffet) - fridge, tea and coffee available 24/7 - very positive and helpful staff - warm floor in the bathroom of the hotel room - orientation to healthy lifestyle

- a bit pricy, but the prices are this high everywhere in Oslo - the floor in the room was cold, a bit uncomfortable to walk barefooted

The staff were very welcoming, specifically Andre was very welcoming and given tips regarding transportation and sightseeing around. The hotel location is perfect for outdoor activity to the river and nearby there is metro to Oslo centre. The hotel area has a free large parking place. The breakfast was good. I really recommend the hotel for visitors.

The hotel doesn't have air-conditioning, it would be good at least to have a small fan in summertime. Otherwise. The hotel is perfect.

This is a sports hotel, with many guests being athletes. There was a good breakfast and the 4-person room had good beds (also the bunk beds had good mattresses). There is a washing room with washing machines and drying cabinets. There is a large and free parking.

Although the area is nice and quiet, the rooms had very poor sound proofing, so sounds from adjacent rooms could be heard. The rooms are a bit spartan so weren't particularly cozy. Same with the breakfast room, it doubles as a conference room.

For those who like spartan conditions in beautiful nature close to public transportation, you would rate it 11 out of 10. The surroundings is amazing. The breakfast is great. You could have coffee or tea at any time during the day. The reception works well.

It might be colder during the nights. Even during the summer. Just bear it in mind.

Big Fitness, lake nearby, train station nearby in 20 min. In the heart of Oslo. Great breakfast

Hanged the sign clean room on the door. Whole day gone, room not cleaned, asked about it, lady at the reception was going to fix it. Away from 17.00 till 19.30 she forgot. So we had to wait in the breakfast room. Coming in to the room and only new towels and the bed made. No cleaning at all. In the evening 23.00 loud banging with doors. Checked and same lady was checking rooms? Beds are to small. I'm 193 and had problems sleeping

Staff was very cooperative. Even after the check out, they allowed us to use hotel facility to relax us in the evening. Cook for break fast was excellent guy, he was very friendly and it made us our morning memorable.

suggestion for improvement: Can keep kettle and fridge in the room

It is a good deal if you're planning on spending couple of days in Oslo. Not far from the city centre as the Metro 5 line next to the hotel will take you there in 18mn.Breakfast was nice , moreover free Parking at the premises with a charging station for electrical vehicles.all in all ,I would recommend.

The only thing that they should consider working on is the number of electrical sockets in the room .one electrical socket can be challenging!

Almost everything was fine. Only some old furniture and some old things were around, fx. sofa-chairs (red) near the entrance. The door in our room was unstopable and hited tooooo loud when was closing.

The room was spacious and staff was friendly. They made the breakfast available for us at 5 am, as we requested this at the night before. I can't thank them more for their positive gesture and efforts.

Although this place is very much connected with the tram but far away from the city center. So you would need to spend on travel, if you wanna visit to the city center frequently. Rest all is perfect for this property.

Excellent breakfast, the bathroom had heated floors. The location was good: right next to the end of the line 5 of subway. Good value for money. Staff friendly.

The two single beds we got were hard to join to make a single bed. Somewhat confusing to find the heater (behind one of the beds). Staff didn't come in to clean the room.
