Our room was lovely with the most comfortable bed. The bedding was also of a high standard which made us feel as if we were sleeping on a cloud! We had the most charming and helpful waiter on both nights (a Bulgarian man) who couldn't do enough for us! When we asked for an extra blanket, the lady who brought it to us, also brought an extra duvet! The staff couldn't have been more helpful, kind and friendly.

We felt that although breakfast was delicious, the closing time of 09:30 made it pretty hectic and for those who have flown in from abroad, a 10:00 finish would have made the experience more enjoyable. We were also surprised that we had to pay to swim in the pool as paying guests. The gym was fabulous though and everything that my husband could wish for!

Stunning views and location. Excellent breakfast selection and gorgeous views from some areas in the hotel. The sauna with views was mesmerising and breathtaking.

The property has no fault. Staff members at the restaurant were very friendly which unfortunately was not the same for the staff at the reception. Being a 4 star hotel one would expect just a bit more friendliness since the staff at reception is the first point of reference for a customer which sets the tone for the stay. Please note this is just constructive feedback and not at all a complaint. We are still very pleased with our stay.

Pool and sauna fabulous, having it mostly to ourselves! Beds and bedding very comfortable and luxurious Lovely and relaxed breakfast, plenty of variety.

Quite a walk, mostly uphill from the station on arrival, not much fun in misty wet weather. Arriving 2 hours earlier, it would have been nice to check in earlier. I really don't think they were busy but I was not offered this. Being told on arrival there were additional charges for the pool! This was not stated on Booking.com The bathroom was a little dated, toilet and sinkplug hole were a bit manky and needed a deep clean. The shower in the bath was very poor and shower glass barrier was too short therefore making the floor wet.

Hotel is absolutely spotlessly clean, staff very helpful and attentive, Breakfast and Evening meals were excellent and the swimming pool and sauna are very clean, warm pool and overall amazing experience.

You cannot fault the hotel apart from the location if you are wanting to spend alot of time in the city centre, its around a 15 minute taxi journey and very expensive to get there. If changed from taxi to taxi start at 350-1000 nok. But if your looking for a chilled environment with a beautiful view this hotel is perfect. Just also be careful when booking as it doesn't state you have to pay a supplement to use the swimming pool and spa area, we complained that when booking on booking.com its not stated and they gave us it Free of Charge which we were very grateful for.

I recently stayed at this hotel for my second tine and it exceeded my expectations in every way again. The location was perfect, offering easy access to T-Bane. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, adding a touch of magic to my stay. My room was impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff were not only professional but also genuinely friendly, making my experience truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay. Soecial thanks to the receptionist with curly hair having shift on the 17.2 in the evening, who went an extra mile and took care of my upcoming departure.

Comfortable, quiet room, a great breakfast buffet and amazing views from the restaurant. Had some great walks out into the nearby forest and my husband had a swim in one of the lakes.

The metro station was closed for engineering works so it would have been useful to know that in advance as we had a longer route with trams and buses. But once there, it was amazing!

Wow, the breakfast selection was amazing, the staff were so helpful and positive which was great to see in comparison to UK where few hotels would have such friendly staff. The room was great with heated bathroom floor and comfortable bed. We went to ski and took the bus (outside the hotel door) to the piste which made it very accessible.

Hotel with breathtaking views on Oslo from above in amazing place surrounded by forest and mountains. 30 minutes drive from city center. Splendid terraces and SPA, good breakfast and fine rooms. Good price performance. Perfect match for nature lovers and hikers- routs start next to the hotel.

Nice hotel with fantastic views and great staff. Swimming pool was very good. Comfortable beds and nice breakfast.

Breakfast closed 9.30 on weekdays and no one told us so we had a negative surprise together with other guests when they cleared everything very quickly so we couldn't eat. Dinner was nice but small portions left us hungry after. Air-conditioning didn't work in the room.

The Hotel was in a very beautiful location, the staff was welcoming and the room was very clean.

What I didn't like is the only place that you can smoke it outside the hotel. The hotel is very big so I pretended that there were more areas located for smokers.
