The hotel was nice, new and modern, clean, with comfy beds and an excellent breakfast. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of food. The staff was nice and polite.

It would be nice if guests would be able to open windows and have some extra facilities in the room like a cabinet or a mini fridge. Also, some room decoration would be nice. The dining room is nicely decorated but the room is all gray which is too dark for us. The location is OK since metro train runs fast, so we needed 10 minutes to the city center, but the train itself goes every 15 minutes. The area is outside the city, residential. The price for a child was too high compared to other hotels in the area which do not charge for a child.

Easy to reach by public transport (though maybe actually easier from Loren Station, Line 4, Apple Maps kept wanting me to use Hasle on Line5). Hotel is modern, large airy lobby. All the Staff were so welcoming and helpful. There are also some games for everyone to play set out in the Lobby. Bedroom was perfect size, comfy bed, nice shower with plenty hot water. Breakfast item selection was what I’ve come to expect, but the way it’s presented and food quality was top notch, better than in many hotels I’ve stayed in. Always plenty of food, and restocked throughout the breakfast times. Especially liked, and I complement, the breads and fruit. Liked the smoothies. The lobby has plenty of seats to relax on, as bedroom chair was okay but I didn’t want to spend a long time sitting on it.

We, in Scotland, have got used to areas without a lot of smokers - Norway is a long way behind, so what I’m about to say is based on that. There are a lot of seats in front of the hotel. The really comfortable seats, outside the bar had smokers most of the time we were there. The area away from the smokers doesn’t have nearly so comfortable a place to sit. We sat inside often to get a comfortable seat away from the smokers.

Very accommodative staffs. Very good buffet breakfast, good attention to details and considerate to the requests of the guests. The staffs arranged a baby crib without any additional cost. The location is bit outskirt of the city but well connected with bus (No 60) an metro line (line 5). The hotel has a nice rooftop view of the city from the terrace.

No minibar in the room. It is essential especially when with a baby to keep the baby food cold. A electric water kettle was provided on request but no coffee or tea bags with it in the room. The check in time is at 15 and that I find bit too late. From the bus / tram station it is a mild upslope walk to the hotel. I expected a swimming pool for a high end hotel like this but not a big deal.

Breakfast was extremely good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel must clearly indicate we're to park your car to offload their luggage. There is a big enough space in front of the hotel,on the side of the road where you can temporarily park. Although I was registered at an Easypark app and the sign on the parking zone indicated that it was an Easypark area, I still get a parking ticket. I was only 4 minutes away to organize my reservation. That turned my visit on the first day in Oslo in a nightmare. I don't want that it must happen to other guests in the future.

Really lovely/sleek hotel- I stayed in a single room (photos attached) and the room was very cosy, with really lovely views out of the window (I was sad to leave my hotel room at the end). Really nice bathroom with a fabulous shower. The hotel lobby is really classy and it feels like a really pleasant place to stay. The hotel breakfast was excellent, one of the best I've had at a hotel so far; lots of smoked salmon, fancy fish, luxury breakfast items and a really pleasant breakfast seating area. The sleekness and the amazing breakfast made the price worth it for me :) If I come back to Oslo, I would definitely stay here again :)

There was no way to open any window in the hotel room- there was air con, but fresh air is always the best (in my opinion). There was no kettle/mug/tea bags/coffee in the hotel room either, but there did appear to be a communal hot drink station in the hotel lobby. The hotel itself is about a 45 minute walk from central Oslo- not a problem for me, but if you want to stay somewhere more central, this might be something to bear in mind :)

Generally it was a great hotel with standout staff - really helpful and friendly, and that made a difference to my stay; they try to upgrade you or give you a more advantageous room where possible. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious with a wonderful bathroom, although it took me a week to figure out that there was a switch inside to turn the ceiling lights on (the bathroom switch on the outside puts very dim light on inside), but that's on me. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of warm options and I appreciated the vegan fridge with non-dairy products. Everything functioned seamlessly.

The location was a bit gloomy - it seemed to be in a non-central business park type of area with these typical 2010s housing developments that all look the same all around Løren. You could find shops, cafes and restaurants around but the neighbourhood seemed very soulless to me regardless. The bus stops were close enough to the hotel but a bit tricky to figure out (different bus stops for different bus numbers). For this reason I would only recommend the hotel to those getting around Oslo by car.

Very modern hotel, industrial design, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Very good breakfast. Not really close to the city centre, but well located. Really nice and helpful staff!!!

We had a problem with the central air conditioning system (there was always a cold draft in our room). The staff did their best to solve the problem, changed our room twice, and we ended up in a superior room, with no problems. That was really great. We stayed 5 nights and recommend it highly!

We found the apartment to be a quiet, cozy, and pleasant retreat after our day's activities. The city center is about a 20-minute walk and then a subway ride away. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, so there was never a need to buy lunch; we always went straight to dinner. Thanks to the split into several double rooms, which both of our rooms had, each group of two had their own space. From our perspective, we can highly recommend the accommodation for a larger group.

- The room was a good size - certainly enough for a married couple and their teenage son. - The bathroom was also sufficiently roomy; I've often been in hotels where all the utilities have been too close together, but this was not the case here. - I appreciated the air con! - The breakfast was excellent - so much choice. - The location is good - just five minutes or so from Løren T-bane station or, in the other direction for roughly the same distance and time, the number 60 bus which goes right into Oslo city centre - but do be aware that after a long day walking around Oslo, the five-minute walks can seem like miles taking an eternity!

I would like to have had a safe in the room for valuables. Also, while we as a family tend not to drink tea or coffee, we did notice there was no kettle in the room.

I chose this hotel based on previous comments on the breakfast and I was not disappointed! Lots of choice and high quality items. I arrived at around 11am and they were able to check me in early, which was really helpful.

It would have been helpful to know that they charge extra for the use of the gym. It was quite expensive and not worth paying for considering I just wanted a quick work out. If I had known this, I wouldn't have brought my gym gear with me. There is no safe in the room. When I checked out, I left my luggage. There were safes in the luggage room. It would have been good to know this before.
