The check in is contactless and has a big parking.The room was clean also the sheets and towels were freshly clean.There was a heater that you can adjust the temperature to your liking.

When you go to check in it is mandatory to pay a deposit of 2000NOK for damage that was not mentioned in the booking description and reservation. If you don't pay the deposit you can not check in your room that you paid previously. We paid and got the deposit back the same day that we checked out.

The location was fantastic,really close to the Toyen metro line and a shop,cafe and bar just around the corner. It's great value for money,you get what you pay for,and the beds were super comfy. Bonus was the towels and toiletries provided.

When we arrived,gone 1am, it didn't feel very safe (solo travellers or families with young children arrive early,although in the light of day it was and had been perfectly safe). The room we had been given hadn't been cleaned,beds had been slept in and towels used. We went back to telephone reception (not physical person) and explained and were instantly changed rooms,the next room was perfect (but what if another room hadn't been available?!)

The apartments are provided with everything you need: a full kitchen, a refrigerator, a new and clean bathroom, good beds. Close to bus stop, shops and cafes.

This is a rather strange hotel, which at first makes an unfavorable impression. The apartments are scattered chaotically across several surrounding buildings, so it is very difficult to find them, especially at night - the apartment may be located on another street. Nobody will help you: the staff are only available by phone from the lobby and speak very mediocre English, which turns your check-in into a steeplechase. They do not provide any info beforehand, so you have to navgiate at place with no clue. There is a plan of the hotel in the lobby, but it is very user-unfriendly, you still have to guess about its existence.

We had the entire apartment that could accommodate 6 pax for us 4 and that made it a comfortable stay as one bedroom one out of the three could be used for our bags. Else it would have been very difficult given that the apartment rooms do not have much space besides the essential furniture in them. The non-personal checkin process can be cumbersome especially when all guests arrive at the same time. We were third in line and the guest was having difficulty on the phone - accents don’t help. Luckily, a staff came and called us into an office and then checked us in personally and swiftly. The apartment is small but comfortable with all amenities as posted. It had a washing machine too which was not posted and we did not use. There are quite a few utensils provided and we did not need to rent more.

There was no electrical plug point at the kitchen counter to use the electric kettle there. The lighting over the kitchen area needs improvement. It would be nice if a toaster was also provided. A bath mat should also be provided.

İt was quite central. 10 minutes with taxi to the centre. Very comfortable beds. Good facilities. Easy check in with telephone but confusing for people who can't solve it because there's no one to ask to. Room and balcony amazing. I would definitely stay again if I go to Oslo. Nice neighbourhood. Overall satisfactory.

İf your luggage is heavy and you live in the top, it's quite a problem as there's no elevator. İn addition to that on top of the price you paid, they're charging from everyone 2000 krons deposit which is not mentioned anywhere in booking. Although I booked this hotel 3 months in advance, to see that the price was cheaper when we arrived was disappointing. Booking did not help at all about this price difference and I guess I'll not use this app in my future travels.

Central City Apartments is nice cozy place to stay. The rooms and just enough size and is very clean and well maintained. Located in a residential locality away from all the noise and hustle bustle of the city. Not really in the city centre, but there is a metro station Toyen about 400 m (6 min walk) from the hotel. 2 stops from Toyen, one can reach the city centre. There is also a nice market place area with restaurants and shops near the metro for food and groceries.

The deposit of NOK 2000 as damages deposit is a lot I feel.

I liked that it was close to the city, there was a Joker nearby, the cleaning staff was very friendly, they didn't change my towels but I asked for a new pair and they gave them to me without any problem, you enter with a card and they returned the deposit as soon as I left the room, I slept very well, I didn't hear any noises or smells of food.

At check-in time, you have to call by phone and they give you instructions and activate the card to enter and they tell you which room. The fire alarm went off twice in 8 nights and I was very scared.

I liked that it had a fully functional kitchen with a sponge for cleaning the dishes. And a nice bathroom with a washing machine. Bedrooms were ok, I slept well. It was near grocery shops, and also near cheap and tasty restaurants. Short way to public transportation, short way to church.

In the bathroom when sitting on the toilet, then the toilet paper dispenser was a little bit too far behind, had to put my arm in a strange bendt angle to grab some paper. Other than that I am well satisfied for what I got for the low price.

Reasonable prices : a clean room, super close to the facilities (metro, restaurants, city center, garden) :)

I was charged for the deposit of 1000 NOK. It’s been a week from now and I haven’t received the money back. Trying to reach out to them here on Booking. com, I’m left on read :( This is unprofessional: I would understand if we caused damage/ or didn’t check out “properly”. At least, they could have explained the reasons behind. Let’s see…

- The location : very close the the metro station and only 15 min from the city center - The price - The accomodation met my all expectations

- No physical reception, which is a bit disappointing - You have to pay a deposit before getting the key. I got my deposit back just the day after the check-out, so everything will be ok if you don't mess with the room :) Be careful and read all the rules of the hostel if you want your deposit back (basically it's just about removing the sheets from the bed and putting your garbages in the trash can otherwise they will take around 1000 Nok from your deposit).
