The hotel is about 13 minutes from the airport. If you take the Vy shuttle, it stops in front of the hotel. As we are a family of 5, it was cheaper to call for 2 Ubers to get us to the hotel. We arrived before the check-in time but as our room was ready, we were checked-in early. It is amazing that the hotel has an early-bird breakfast which is open at 4am. This allows guests on the first flight out to grab a quick bite before the flight. The first Vy shuttle leaves the hotel at 4.10. The rooms are basic but it has everything you need for a night. There are no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms but you have access to free tea/coffee at the lobby. Our room overlooked the runway but the windows are well insulated, you don't hear much. We slept very well overnight. Nearby the hotel is a good Indian restaurant.

I didn't want to leave! - room was spacious and clean - the shower had great pressure - the gym had a lot of equipment and I only saw one other person use it at a time - sauna was just what I needed (and why I booked this hotel) and there is a view of the airport from there - the breakfast spread was AMAZING! it lives up to all the reviews and more! (another reason why I booked this hotel) - staff was nice - location to the airport - shuttle bus to and from the airport (about $16 round trip) - strong wifi - I felt safe as a solo traveling female - great value for the price of room

We appreciated the cleanliness of everything, as well as the self check-in and -out. The room was well equipped. The breakfast was very well thought-through with eggs, various cheeses, herbs, salad, fresh hummus, juices and fresh pastry. Airport bus stops right in front of the hotel (in our case, even during the state holiday), which is also great. Even though we didn't need anything, it's great that there is an option to buy snacks in the lobby. Overall, the hotel is a very good option for those waiting for their flight.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, with a soft squishy matress, and large pilows, but that is a matter of personal preference. The downside of our room was the noisy bathroom fan, that run nonstop for no reason. It sounded like if somebody was drying their hair with a hairdryer with shifting intensity next to me the entire night. A fan connected to the light switch or a timer would be sufficient. The curtains were constructed to direct light into the sleeping persons' eyes, which is rather hilarious. In the lobby, extremely expensive beer is served, and they probably expect you to tip them on top of that, even though there is no table service.

Good option when needing to spend the night near the airport. Nice breakfast selection was available at 4am. Shuttle to / from the airport runs every 30 minutes at NOK80 each way

I messed up on the date of my flight and had to stay close by for my actual flight the next day. I arrived at the airport and couldn’t get into security since my flight was the following day. I went online and booked a room here for one night to get some rest around 18:00. From the moment I checked in, the staff were extremely accommodating. I asked if I could check out later since my flight was until 19:45. The front desk clerk told me to come down the next day before 12pm and talk to the clerk working that morning to ask if it was possible. I woke up late, but came down around 11am. I spoke with Ella, and she was so friendly, treated all the customers with respect and she was no different with me. I explained to her my situation, and she allowed me to stay much later to get some more rest before my flight. Since I missed the breakfast time, Ella also allowed me to get some food to take up to my room. She is the epitome of Excellent Customer Service! I got to enjoy the fitness room and the sauna. Highly recommend this place! Thank you Ella in specific.

There is nothing I did not like from this place; other than that I could not pay in cash to take the shuttle from the hotel to the airport. But I just paid with my card and got there quickly (I was the only one on the bus). So, not really a big deal. It all worked out

Easy access from the airport - there are two different buses you can take. One bus drop you off right outside the hotel and cost 80kr, the other drops you off a one minute walk away and costs 42kr. Super convenient. I like when I arrived at 11:50 pm, the staff were unable to find my booking and tried to get me to book a new room. I asked them to check the Booking.com website and that’s when they found my booking. After that check-in was very easy. The room was on the small side but very clean. There is a fitness centre and a sauna. There is also an ironing room. The (free) breakfast was a surprise. There was a great range of food, all appeared fresh, and regularly filled up by the staff. They had a good range of gluten-free options and also many different types of milk for those who are dairy or lactose intolerant. All in all a great stay. Couldn’t really find any fault for the price point and convenience.

Staff could be more Pro-active and helpful during check In : A lot on confusion at check in , because I was unfortunate enough to come amongst Big group of French tourists, who all wanted to check in at the counter . Would’ve helped a lot if staff was better at directing the line towards self - check in option. Only found out when I had already been in line for 30 minutes !!

This is a great hotel at Oslo airport, very easy to get to by shuttle from the airport. I stayed here for two nights and used it as a base for getting into the city, before an early flight to Svalbard. The Ruter 24 hour travel pass allows you to get the local train from the airport into the city, which, if combined with trams, underground and ferries, is really good value for money. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and I really enjoyed the pizzas that were available in the evening.

Unfortunately, due to a refurbishment, full breakfast was not available during my stay. This was not advertised before my stay. However, I am sure that once the new restaurant is complete, it will be a big improvement to the services offered.

Someone spent a lot of time planning the breakfast. Many options. A whole area set aside for gluten-free and lactose-free options. Hot and cold options. I especially enjoyed the chia pudding. They also had overnight oats and other options I don't often see at breakfast buffets. They don't have their own shuttle but the city bus stops right at the front door pretty quickly and comes every half hour for around $8 USD, I think. There was a long line when I arrived. It's a very popular hotel. But I was able to get to my room fairly quick via the self-check in option.

My flight was delayed, and therefore so was my check-in time. It was going to be past midnight. I sent a message to the front desk and they had everything ready for me when I arrived so I could go straight up to my room, no waiting around. It was absolutely amazing, especially since I had an early flight the next day!

Shuttle was on time, though it was extremely packed, so please be aware that if you are taking one of the first shuttles in the morning to line up early to guarantee a spot. Not exactly a con of the hotel, or a problem, just something to take notice of if you need an early airport shuttle.
