Beautiful location, friendly staff and modern common areas with a couple games, the restaurant was very good. Breakfast was with delicious bread and lots of warm and cold dishes. We ate dinner at the hotel and it tasted really good. Unfortunately we did not get to try the spa section, but the stay was pleasant. Love the late checkout.

I previously said we loved the dinner, All though id love a tad bigger portions, the meat size was fine (ordered reindeer) but we got 3 tiny potatoes that is same as 1 normal potato, when hungry after a long active day a little more side dishes would be very much appreciated. The room only had a trashcan in bathroom on our 4 person room, one in commonarea would be good. A shoehorn, and a refrigerator that does not make so much sound. We also did not receive 4 cups ready for us in room only 2, same with chairs, tiny things but easily fixable.

friendliness and customer oriented attitude of the reception personnel - y oung but very professional and customer oriented good swimming pool, sauna, and park / nature behind very nice food (à la carte) reindeer and lamb were excellent

restaurant personnel attitude could be better (they seemed under stressed /tired) forgot to bring bring bread and butter or ask for it (they did for tables in neighbouring room " in the morning they started to clear the breakfast buffet exactly 5 min before 10:30 (closing time for breakfast buffet - they seemed in a hurry and closed the buffet doors exactly at 10:30 - no smoked salmon at the breakfast buffet

The included breakfast had both a wide choice of foods and was plentiful, in short it was the best breakfast of our entire trip. The grounds are nice for a short walk around. The grounds are also dotted with various sculptures, we found one or two a bit odd, but still appreciated the effort to incorporate some nice artwork into the hotel grounds. The facility itself is clean, and relaxing All the staff we encountered were courteous and helpful too. Highly recommend this hotel, it's not that far from Oslo's airport either.

A hot pot to make tea in your room would be nice. Everything else was very good.

The location is excellent. Quite and spacious park, easy access to the beach. Tons of space and facilities. Attentive and nice staff who prepared and excellent breakfast for our checkout at night. Amazing spa facility with warm pool with a view. Rooms are OK would probably need a refurbishment to be fully up to date, but the surrounding and the spa compensates for everything.

Comfy beds, great location by the lake surrounded by forests. Fantastic breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, a selection of meat, cheese, fish and other delicacies. Helpful staff. Great interior with an artistic touch (paintings on the walls and sculptures In the garden), blankets, umbrellas to borrow. Indoor and outdoor saunas. I will stay there again if I travel In the area.

Poor coffee. In the bar there was No Spanish wine, even though it was on the drink list.

They accomodated one of us with allergies to a really wonderful dinner! Breakfast was awesome! Grounds were beautiful by the lake, sculptures were fun! We'll go back!

30 mins drive from airport but totally worth it! The hotel located on the lake and views are breathtaking. Nice cozy atmosphere inside, spa with a pool, breakfast was really good. We even decided to stay one more day. Definitely will be our go to hotel in Oslo.

I don't know how they do it but they make it such a homey comfortable hotel with GREAT food and the most wonderful staff. It feels like you're at a friend's house. We will continue to come back here!

Nice hotel located into almost the woods. Comfortable and large bed, good breakfast and kind staff.

Some details in common areas could be managed better. The coffee machine was,in my opinion, hard to find because it was situated apart from the breakfast area, so I first thought there was no coffee for breakfast.

...stay at this beautiful place. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very accommodating. Good but pricy dinner options. Breakfast was decent. No chocolate spread or honey...haha. We didn't try the spa.
