Quick check-in. Nice quiet room no noise of planes what so ever. Good bar and nice restaurant. Good value for money. The shuttle is good once you understand the system.

When I called the hotel from the airport to ask about the shuttle from the airport the recorded message said press 9 for English. Which I did, but the message was in Norwegian. So I had to go outside and try and find the shuttle. By the time I had found out where the bus went from I just missed the bus and had to wait half an hour for the next one !! Quite simply at Oslo airport there is a stand in the middle of the road just outside the arrivals hall where shuttle busses visit the various hotels near the airport. The stand for this hotel was 41 and it went to two other hotels before the Thon. It goes at half past the hour and 10 to the hour and takes 15 minutes to reach the hotel. Just 10 on the way back.

The hotel was good value for a quick, one night stay with a flight out the next day. We would have stayed closer to the airport but the other hotels we've used before were more expensive that night. The breakfast options were very good, although breakfast was busy due to an event.

There is no need to take the hotel shuttle - there is a Vy bus that goes between the hotel and airport and is a comparable amount of time (and walk) for less price. The hotel was hosting a conference while we were there so breakfast was busy. The layout was tough to navigate with all the people, but there were at least numerous options and it was good.

Modern decor. Large bathroom. Amazing breakfast spread. I would give it a 10. This is why my overall rating is 9.

Onsite restaurant was booked out mainly with large groups so we were put on a wait list for 9pm. Property is somewhat isolated so it’s essential you can get something to eat. Bar person could have shown more of an interest.

The hotel had one of the most amazing breakfasts I ever had. The variety of cooked meals, fruits and vegetables, different breads was just wonderful. Rooms themselves are well equipped and homy.

The beds were too cushiony for my taste. I prefer a harder mattress. All the rest was great. Shuttle bus from hotel to airport was 80,- NOK.

Parking was a little bit of a walk from our room at night. We had a lot of baggage to organize, But honestly no big deal because it was really quiet on that side of the hotel. Our dog enjoyed that!

Breakfast was realy good. It was delicious. I like that they have the shuttle bus to airport. This was a good choice. I recommend it.

There was a pee stain on the toilet seating. Just writing so they can be more careful about that. Wverything else was good.

Breakfast offer is astounding - you can choose from many dishes hot and cold (pancakes, eggs served in various ways, vegetables, fruits, smoothies, cereals, bread...). Rooms are very nice and clean.

Hotel restaurant is extremely expensive.

Staff very polite and helpful, room lovely warm excellent pillows. Breakfast amazing fantastic variety .overall fantastic stay will recommend and stay again.

Nothing wished I stayed longer

A comfortable hotel with a good bus service coming every 30 minutes right outside the door. Very comfortable and warm bed linens and the free tea/coffee in the lobby is a very nice touch that I have experienced with Thon hotels in Norway in the past. WiFi is quick and easy to pick up and the breakfast buffet truly has something for everyone. The bistro did an excellent grilled chicken salad and I do like how they tried to keep some of the ingredients local, particularly the chicken. The potato crisps in the minibar came from Kristiansand, so again from southern Norway, and the hotel looks like they take this seriously.

A couple of very minor points, the bread rolls need looking into as the filling didn't seem to "cut" well. Milk would be better than creamer in the tea and coffee making facilities.

Clean, spacious, great staff

My husband accidentally left his watch charger cable plugged in the room. I contacted the hotel straight away but it was not found. Clearly someone has taken it.
