The rooms are very modern and ergonomic. Every thinkable amenity kit is provided right in the room, you don't have to ask at the reception. Nice and spacious bathroom. There is even a capsule coffee maker in the room, ready to fullfill your needs on a very early morning. With cream and sugar. And of course location. Basically the whole way from the airport - 5 minutes walking - is under the roof, protected from the weather.

Well, I could imagine a little lower price. But you are right at the airport, take it or leave it. In no Radisson hotel have I ever experienced a reception clerk, who would show any sing of happiness or genuine interest. If I had to assess the check-in as a mystery guest according to Leading Hotels of the World standards, Forbes or similar. The content is there - all the absolutely necessary basic requirements are fullfilled - but the emotional aspect is 0%. Plus they enroll you every time, when they present you with register card to be singed twice. They must, I guess. Considering this is an airport hotel, where everyone stays for a one night and doesn't come back - it serves its purpose nicely.

Booked as our airline left us stranded in Oslo... Place was fantastic and the extra large double was super comfy. Shower was brilliant. Literally a 5 Min walk to the airport - couldn't get any better! Breakfast was AMAZING with soooo many options. (fruit, veggies, fresh breads, fish, cereals, Oats, yoghurt, cold meats and cheese, etc etc). We checked out at 0530 only to find our next flight had been cancelled a couple hours after checkout.. So we called the hotel at 8am to see if we could check back in for a few hours of sleep and they were so lovely. Checked straight back into our room and it was easy as. We were greatly appreciative.

the staff was not friendly and couldn't communicate clearly. to be more specific, it's the male staff in the reception in the evening of Aug 17 2024. he gave 1 key per room, and we asked for 2 Keys, and we got the 2nd key, but the 2nd room key was not working. also there was some other communication which i don't want to talk about it now. the other female staff is really nice. so i guess this is single case. however, this staff did make me feel i may not choose this hotel again. there's no water stopper design in the shower so the water could come out , but we could solve this by the floor mat in toilette.

The room was a good size for a standard room, with a large en-suite bathroom. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice on the buffet. Only 5 minutes' walk to the terminal so ideal for an early flight.

At dinner there were very few vegetarian options on the menu, and as I was travelling with a vegetarian this could have been difficult. On asking there was a vegetarian main course that wasn't listed, and was excellent, but this wasn't advertised anywhere so felt a bit of an afterthought. At breakfast it was not clear if you could order things that weren't there, such as eggs done in a particular way. Also some of the cooked eggs and meat (sausages, bacon) had been sitting under heat lamps for too long so were dry and not hot. Our room was on the 6th floor, and although there was plenty of hot water the water pressure in the shower was not strong .

Great location. Great staff in the lounge on the roof and in reception. The service on level 14 was fantastic. The view up there was great. Everything was clean. Room was very comfortable. Easy to check out.

The restaurant for dinner was understaffed. First drinks took 25 minutes to get to the table. I could see the drinks sitting on the counter waiting for a waitress to be available. The bar tender was trying to keep up making drinks that he was rushing making the drinks and not mixing them properly. The only waitress available was sitting people really close together (even though the restaurant is big) to make her live easier, even though it was loud (felt squished) and uncomfortable. We asked to move tables. When she finally took our order, she didn't know what the "special" for the day was. The service was awful and we noticed other customers not happy either.

I recently celebrated my 13th wedding anniversary at New Orient Da Nang, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. When we arrived, the staff made us feel special and welcomed. Excellent location close to check-in and train station. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a very good breakfast buffet that is offered from 5 a.m. - most helpful for early departures from Oslo Airport. The restaurant is nice, even though the range of meals offered is limited.

Basically, everything about this hotel is fine. But: We were asked to check-in online before our arrival. The process was time-consuming and didn't really work. And it did not make checking-in at the hotel any faster at all. Useless.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Red Hotel near Oslo Airport during a 13-hour nighttime layover, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. The room was perfectly sized and modern, with all the amenities you could need to recharge during a stopover. It was clear that a lot of thought went into the design, making it comfortable and functional for travelers. The location is unbeatable—just a 3-5 minute walk from the arrivals hall via a covered walkway. It was so convenient to step off my flight and be at the hotel in minutes, even with luggage in tow. The staff at both check-in and check-out were lovely, making the process quick and welcoming. Their professionalism added to the positive experience. If you’re traveling through Oslo Airport and need a place to rest, I highly recommend the Radisson Red. It exceeded my expectations and was the perfect choice for a layover.

This is as unexpectedly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in for comfort. I was transiting from Australia to tromso and had a short time to connect so booked here for the night. Literally a 5 minute walk tops from the terminal flat and super easy with good signage. Checked in early and the room was spacious with a super comfortable bed and great bathrooms. The dinner and breakfast were the best I’ve had in a restaurant. There isn’t anything around the complex so for a short stay it’s perfect to connect to flights! I would recommend this hotel for anyone that wants to feel comfortable

The front office reception staff member by name Cherry (Indonesian Girl) was incredibly helpful, caring and personally invested in her job. I had a bad night sleep in the room 2316 (not because of room but because of my long journey) and I had a late night flight back again so I needed some rest. Cherry not only understood my situation but was very helpful to my request and granted me a few hours late checkout so that I could rest and recuperate. Apart from this she was extremely polite and very pleasant to deal with. Next the lady at the breakfast was again very helpful and caring to my request as my wife had to leave at 6am. Cheers to both the staff members as both were Amazing, helpful and customer oriented
